Efficient,, informative, and had a great bedside manner. They addressed my concerns thoroughly. I felt confident leaving the office after my appointment knowing that I had no cancerous or precancerous areas or even any areas about which I should be concerned. I have seen other dermatologists for skin cancer checks who were less thorough and actually missed small but aggressive lesions. Having care about which I can be confident is imperative to me and Im so thankful to have found it in Wichita Dermatology.

I have been going to this clinic for over 6 years now. They have done 5 surgeries on my face and hands and I wouldnt go any where else. They are very professional while caring and I appreciate that.. Dr. Mueller did my first surgery and Dr. Johnson has done the rest. Both men are highly professional and yet friendly. I love them. I see Christine every 6 months and she is great.This place is the place to go if you have any type skin cancer or think you might. They are great.

From the moment I checked in to my depàarture at the scheduling desk my interactions with the staff was a positive experience. Everyone was cheerful and very happy for all the clients. The waiting room was clean and well maintained as were the exam rooms. My experience with the PA was through and pleasant. He took the time to answer questions and put me at ease with his humor.

This place is just the absolute best! Dr. Johnson was wonderful while doing minor surgery on my arm. Made me feel so comfortable and talked to me during the whole procedure and explaining everything.I have never met a better staff friendly and took time to explain the Blue light treatment. This clinic is very well organized and efficient. The check in process went smoothly because of their appointment management process sends a reminder by text message, allowing one to quickly respond to confirm. Once arrived, I checked in and never even sat down - by the time I had made my co-payment I was being called back to the treatment room. Once inside I sat only a minute before a clinician pre-screened me to verify medications, etc. and my provider went straight to work.By the time my care was seen to and cared for I was out the door in 35 minutes. Im delighted to say that wasnt a fluke, thats the norm.

The second I walked into clinic the flow was very smooth. I walked in 5 mins late but no big deal and they were right there, gathering information and doing the check. Would recommend anyone go there for their needs.

I had a very negative experience with getting surgery here. I’ll start with the positive- their front desk staff is very polite, as is many of the nurses I saw.Unfortunately my negative experience outweighed my positive experiences here. I saw Christine, and I did not feel like she gave my skin condition proper care. She performed a procedure my first time in (which involved cutting me with a scalpel) and she missed the actual spot that needed attention. That was frustrating. When I went in the second time, she told me it was best to be surgically removed. While I really just wanted her to do the same procedure again, just done right this time, I trusted that she as the doctor was giving me good advice. She told me the incision would be small, not painful, and would heel within a week or so.During my surgery, one of the nurses made a comment that this was her least favorite procedure because “it was so disgusting”. I needed to be undressed from the waist down for it, so you can imagine how incredibly embarrassed I was she said that. Christine was right there, and said nothing.Then when they were cauterizing my wound, they hit a spot that had not been numbed and it was very painful. I will dismiss this as an honest mistake.Then, as Christine was sewing me up, she was trying to sell me $60 scar cream. I found that wildly inappropriate- and somewhat manipulative, to try to sell something to someone who is on an operating table.What made me even more upset was the fact that she did not sew me up properly, and I have now had a deep open wound for 3 weeks. It’s been very painful to walk without having it bandaged, and I work on my feet.What was a mild inconvenience has now turned into a long, drawn out, painful healing process- and she didn’t even see me post op. If I were a doctor performing a surgery, I would want to be the one to check that everything was going well with my patient, but maybe that’s just me. I’ll have a huge ugly scar, and still have to keep my leg wrapped.Needless to say, I cannot recommend this place, nor will I ever be back.

I received excellent care and expertise in treatment.

This is the first place I went to for Botox when I was 34 years old. My hairdresser recommended them, so I had to give it a try. I have been seeing Kara every 3 months since! She is extremely knowledgeable and I always feel amazing after seeing her. My last appointment was this past Friday. My birthday is October 3rd and I wanted a fresh look for turning 38 and our upcoming trip to the Bahamas! I had some cheek fillers done along with my usual Botox, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! I highly recommend Kara and the staff At Moeller Dermatology Skin Enhancement Center.

That is the only one I can physically wear due to other health issues but obviously everyone elses health is more important. Ive never been turned away from a Doctors office before. Schuyler Stump PA-C was very thorough and his prescriptions for my condition have improved my condition. Great experience as this was my first time to visit a dermatologist. All the staff was very friendly and professional. Ive had a really great experience going to Moeller. Getting an appointment isnt very difficult, which seems rare for dermatologists.They have been very accommodating and have gone to bat for me to get the medication I need despite some issues with my insurance. Then once in the examination room, I donned my paper robe, opened my book, found my place and the doctor was knocking at the door. Geez, no reading time in this place! In and out in 12 minutes total! I feel so comfortable in their office and would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Actually, the above survey really does not apply to me for this visit, sorta....I had an appointment for late March, 2021. I asked to be placed on a waiting list for an earlier appointment. My request was granted. About 4 or so days later I received a call asking if I could make an appointment later that afternoon. YES, i replied. On arrival, here is where the survey really begins. I was quickly ushered to the exam room, and the PA responded, looked at my issues and she took immediate action. Using upmost care and concern for my skin issues!Now waiting on Biopsy results; Possible skin related surgeries.

They are very prompt and professional. In a time where waiting for service is the norm, they certainly step outside to box.

My appointment was yesterday at 1:15p.m. I was expecting to see Sarah and when she didnt see me, I was like, Sarah must not be here because she was the one whose been seeing me for my last three appointments I had. The white lady who I dont remember her name avoided answering that about where is Sarah. Dont know if she quite or had the day off or what, would have been nice to let me know where she was because I was coming to see her, not someone else that hasnt assisted me before on who dont know my beginning process from the first time, up to now, which was Sarah. If I were informed that Sarah wasnt going to see me this time of my appointment, I would have been more prepared to see someone else instead of Sarah.

I saw Sara Johnson at Moeller Dermatology. The appointment was scheduled over 2 months ahead, as this was their soonest availability.Here’s how my visit went.Very kind, courteous, lovely receptionists. The paperwork was the expected amount.Escorted to my room and saw Sara fairly promptly, which was nice. Unfortunately the rest of the visit wasn’t great.The entire visit lasted maybe 5 minutes, and again, I waited over 2 months for the appointment.While waiting to be seen, I noticed several cosmetic enhancements posters around the room, such as lip injections and facial fillers. The intake paperwork also included questions about any cosmetic work I wanted done. I was surprised by the emphasis.My two presenting concerns were rosacea and extreme facial dryness, the main concern. I told Sara everything I had already been doing -- twice daily heavy cream moisturizer (vaseline on top at night to seal it in), physical exfoliation with a microfiber cloth after months of chemical exfoliation failed to make a difference. The cream was entirely preservative, phthalate, fragrance, and paraben free. She then proceeded to speed talk for the next 3 minutes about a moisturizer that her clinic sold that was superior because it was paraben and fragrance free. Did she even listen to what I had said? I was already using one! Then she asked if I was using a detergent with fragrance and what type. I told her I used oxyclean and vinegar to wash -- this is as clean as you can possibly get for cleaning your clothes. She then recommended her own (sponsored?) detergent brand that was superior because it was fragrance free. Again, was I listened to? My current detergent had 0 fragrance or any additive for that matter, because it was just oxy and vinegar. By the way, when oxy and vinegar mix, they eventually break down into oxygen and vinegar. Do you get any cleaner than that?For the facial dryness, aside from her clinic’s chosen moisturizer, she wanted me to start a retinol cream/retinoic acid. I was horrified. I’m pregnant and it was indicated on my intake paperwork. Retinol is a known cause of birth defects. I’m just glad I already knew this and told the doctor I couldn’t take it for that reason, and she responded with, “Yeah we’ll have to change that”.In summary, I waited months for a 5 minute appointment, where I talked for half a minute and the doctor talked for the rest of the 5 without breathing. Her recommendations made it alarmingly clear that she had not listened to a word I had said and also not looked at my patient paperwork, endangering my health. I felt the goal of the practice was to churn patients and profit off them in as many ways as possible, above all. As I was sent out the door to schedule my next appointment, I was told to schedule to see her again in 3 months. See me for five minutes, not listen, and schedule me again? That makes them a lot of money and ensures my problems aren’t really addressed. The recommended treatments themselves were superficial and oriented around cosmetic enhancement and a slew of products that they clearly were sponsored by. There was no interest in root causes, such as when I brought up a hormonal disorder I have that is easily related to the dry skin problem. This wasn’t even acknowledged. I have never before had an experience that felt so overwhelmingly like a profit mill.

Great service, but the wait is insane! I scheduled an appointment for 2:00, but didn’t see anyone until 3:00! The great service they provide does not make up for the wait. I waited well over an hour to get my monthly check up which takes 10 minutes max. ABSURD..

Had to wait for over an hour PAST my appointment time both times I have gone here. Staff was nice but does not make up for the excessive wait. PA spent about 5 minutes with me and gave me a cream that made my entire hand peel. Won’t be going back.

Dr Moller is a wonderful doctor. My son had some skin issues and he was able to answer my questions. He is very attentive and personable. I would request specifically with him. After reading other reviews, we did just that and had a wonderful experience.
