This bank are thieves. I deposited money from my account to another bank account for them and the system did the opposite and I thought it was my mistake so I tried it again and the same thing, now I have to pay two overdrafts fees.Bad customer service they dont listen to me they think the one who made the mistake was me. And they hung up on me when I was talking to them on the phone. I know how to transfer money, I know the difference between to and from!!!

Very rude staff with attitude. Waited for a call back for a week, said he would that day. Waited a week, then he lies and said he left a message. He never called me back I was home all day and never received a message. Tried to contact anther loan representative and she had a attitude the whole 5 minutes we spoke. As soon as my loan is paid off I definitely will never bank there again.

Customer service is excellent. I like banking with them.
