Ive just had my first visit and so far so good. Every member of the staff I dealt with today (5 different people) were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Baalman took the time to explain so much about the health of my eyes. Incredibly informative visit. Not only did I feel like I was receiving top notch health care but walked away much more informed about the condition of my eyes and quite confident in the care I was receiving.I look forward to continue my vision care with these folks. Highly recommend.

I love this place! The front desk ladies were amazingly kind and sweet, the doctor was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly and the lady who helped me pick out my glasses was so polite and hilarious. Also the woman who helped me with my contacts was a pro. I got em in on my first try! Highly recommend this clinic to everyone!

Been going to Dr. Baalman for many years now. Watched him turn silvery gray! He takes the time to explain the exam and answers questions so you know hes concerned about your vision. I am impressed with his hi-tech equipment that can detect abnormalities. Staff is always friendly and welcoming.

I really had not found a good eye doctor and bounced around looking for a permanent one that I feel comfortable with. Dr. Pruett was great, thorough and very kind, she explained things and asked if I had questions more than once on things. I felt very comfortable and will be keeping her as my eye doctor and recommend her to others. The other staff members were equally as kind and great customer service

Love dr. Pruitt. Shes so nice and thorough. Very good w/my kids. She is not pushy & if I tell I dont want extra stuff she is accepting of it. Glad we found this practice! Me & all 3 of my kids now see her! Office staff is great. Dr. & staff all patient and nice. Very pleased w/them!
