The girls in the office are so friendly and sweet! Great customer service! Cara gives a fabulous massage. Dr. Reno is so knowledgeable and really takes his time with you. He genuinely cares about his patients.

My first visit was 20 years ago for a temporary back issue...they were super then and great now! I recently injured my back again and when I went back they still had my old records and Dr Reno remembered me. His staff is professional, accommodating and fun-loving. It is a pleasure to go to such a positive environment....and the treatments have worked extremely well.

Dr Reno and his staff are great. I have a busy schedule and they try very hard to accommodate an appointment that works for their schedule and mine. The staff is friendly and outgoing. Dr Reno listens to my complaints and offers ways to alleviate future stressors. I have nothing but praise for this clinic.

The NICEST staff in Wichita!Dr. Reno is the best at what he does. Hes the only doctor I can relax enough around to get my neck cracked. Ive always been on edge about that, and my neck is my problem area.The pain was alleviated from my constant headaches, and after moving away from Wichita, Im still on the hunt for a doctor Im comfortable around enough to crack my neck.Hands of a healer!!

** 4 year later followup. After I moved from Wichita I needed a copy of my records for my new doctor here to work with. The staff refused to send me a copy of the records unless I first paid an old copay. Thats ILLEGAL per HIPPA hence I am withdrawing 3 of the stars I posted 4 years ago. I officially give them 2 stars and I no longer suggest them. #AVOID.
