Please go somewhere else like KC or Denver.Over the course of 5 months, I saw the doctor one time via telehealth and thats it - never in person. The nurses do everything from monitoring to the actual procedure.Its impossible to speak to anyone, you have to leave a voicemail and there was a time my voicemail got missed so I called again after 4 days and had to leave another one. They do call back typically on the same day.It feels like you actively have to ask or push for treatments/medications and you arent told of all of the options. Almost everyone acted like theyre annoyed you are there. I dont want to actively have to go to a clinic just to try to get pregnant; fertility is such a sensitive topic. I felt like only Mary, one of the APRNs, understood that and treated me with some empathy.They missed my ovulation one month, not all women ovulate on day 15 especially when there are thyroid/autoimmune factors. It was frustrating to wait yet another month to try. We then had two failed IUIs and decided to move on to a different clinic because were doing IVF and it seems like they only do it a few times a year here in Wichita. It was overall a bad experience which could have been improved if there was at least a little bit of empathy, understanding, or bare minimum communication.

Felt like just a number. You never see or able to contact the doctor and got multiple nurses each time and felt like there was no plan set and was throwing me into treatment after treatment. Office staff very rude as many have stated. Needs to be more kind people working here as a fertility journey is a very sensitive matter and emotionally draining. After our bad experience we took a year off and now planning on going to Kansas city.

Its hard to rate anything because after I called repeatedly for new patient paperwork, I never heard from them to set up my initial appointment. I guess they dont want my money, we decided to try Reproductive Resource Center in Kansas City instead, who were highly recommended by my OB.

I would not recommend this place if you are a single woman or a member of the LGBTQ community. The staff were very rude over the phone and they do not use inclusive language to account for non-heteronormative couples. Repeatedly, I was asked to provide documents for “father” and they seemed confused when I told them I was a single mother by choice. I ended up finding a clinic in Kansas City that was much more inclusive and supportive.

I’m honestly so shocked to read some of these reviews. We are so incredibly lucky to have a fertility clinic right here in Wichita! I for one love not driving to KC or Denver for treatments. Secondly the staff at this place is amazing. They run like a well oiled machine, they are so knowledgeable and help you understand the process. No one wants to be a patient at a fertility clinic, but it happens. I’ve been a patient here since 2013! I’m incredibly blessed that I have had their guidance and support through a miscarriage and a birth of a now beautiful almost 4 year old. These people are literally the best. I have pictures of a couple of the nurses and Dr. Tatpati holding my little boy as a newborn in his baby book. He will always know the people and the place to thank for helping bring him to this world. Incredible. Simply an incredible place.

I absolutely loved Dr. Tatpati and her team. They were so knowledgeable and friendly. They cared about my husband and I and did show that from the very beginning. I am very thankful that my OB sent me over to this clinic. I would recommend them 100%

If you’re within a decent driving distance of OSU or KC, go to one of their clinics instead.Dr. Grainger was nice, but the rude office staff, seemingly emotionless nurses, and overall horrible experience was enough for me to drive 2.5 hours to Overland Park for reproductive meds, and it was so worth the peace of mind. Not only do the nurses have little to no bedside manner, the office staff is also rude and disorganized. They never called me back in appropriate time frames during a very time sensitive matter - I always had to call repeatedly to schedule, check on results, etc. No one seems to understand the emotional toll infertility takes and delivers news poorly at best, which was the driving decision for me to switch to KC. I got tired of walking into a depressing situation and leaving even more upset because not one human being in that office could muster kindness, minus the actual doctor, who you don’t get to see often anyway. The office staff has also sent me extremely time sensitive and private information belonging to people with similar names on accident and didn’t seem too worried about it. Would highly recommend looking into nearby clinics if for nothing else but peace of mind.

My husband and I waited 4 months to see the one female doctor. I got a confirmation email Tuesday confirming my appointment and a few moments ago I received a phone call saying they needed to cancel. They offered me another male doctor (there is a reason I waited 4 months for a female doctor). The nurse was argumentative, unhelpful, and couldn’t tell me a time frame of how much longer I would have to wait. I was referred there and based off of the phone conversation and their customer service alone I would STRONGLY suggest not using them. They were very rude!

I love Dr. Tatpati! She is so wonderfully caring, patient and professional.

Dr. Tjaden is the absolute best Doctor ever!!!! After years and years of not being able to get pregnant I finally found the right obgyn who took the time to figure out what was wrong with me and help me and I was then referred to Dr. Tjaden. Being from Hays, Ks I was really nervous about having to drive 2 1/2 - 3 hours just to go to the doctor but Im soooo glad I did!!! Dr. Tjaden did my surgery in Feb 2019 and now 6 months later I am finally pregnant with my first child!!! I would give everything to go back in time and be able to find him sooner!!!

This place is horrible. I have received multiple contradictions between nursing staff and Dr Tjaden as to what my lab values and diagnosis are. I have also been treated like I don’t matter and am just a number to them. When I call in and mention things to the nursing staff they tell me they will get back to me and I have to call them back and then they always say oh sorry let me to talk to the doctor about that, even after 2 to 3 days of waiting after the first phone call. I also mention these same items to Dr Tjaden and he seems to know nothing about what I am talking about. Not sure who is running the clinic, the nurses or the doctors. Also been told multiple lies in regards to diagnosis and lab values to only find completely different things on my records. Go somewhere else if you want a chance at having a baby, cause they only actually care about the easy cases not people who are having true problems.

Very rude staff and uncaring administrators. I was talked to rudely on the phone by multiple staff and told to go back to where I came from. That I wasn’t a good fit for them. There’s more but the bottom line is it was clear that without even knowing me they decided they didn’t want me there just by a phone call. To have the administratior himself be rude and condescending for no reason was too much. What kind of place has rude receptionists and admins that are even more rude?.

This clinic is HORRIBLE. I feel like they have fought against me every single step of the way. I have been given opposing information from Dr. Tjaden and the nursing staff. The nurses run the place with seemingly very little guidance from the doctors . This entire process has been a complete nightmare. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Please, use a different clinic. I felt like I was just a number to them, and they didnt listen to my concerns.

Today I hold my precious baby girl that I wouldnt have conceived without help from the center. Words cannot express my gratitude and the love I have in my heart for each of your tireless efforts.

This office is very unprofessional. They say their end goal is to help couples have successful pregnancies. I cant speak for all 3 Dr.s at this clinic but do not see Dr. Tjaden. We went to him a year and half ago to try to conceive. We wanted IUI walking in thought this was our best option to go forward and get pregnant. He talked us out of it. Said we were better off for time release after 4 months of treatment and no success. We took a break. I ended up getting pregnant without any help from the facility only to lose the baby.Dr tjaden was pushing for me to get a test done that costs 2k. I want sure if we needed it. Thats when I seemed out a 2nd opinion from another facility. A year and half later. This Dr. Told us we should have done IUI from the beginning looking at my medical records. There was no reason to do time release. That dr. Suggested I go back to the clinic to get IUI but see a different Dr. And for that very reason of what we went through with Tjaden. Is why that Dr will not rec seeing him. That Dr. Also told me its common at clinics for people to switch drs in this field. There isnt anything personal sometimes the dr and patient just dont see eye to eye.I tried calling the clinic to see another dr to get IUI and they wont schedule me due to all the Dr st the clinic work together for supposedly giving couples hope and helping to conceive they sure dont tru very hard. Sadly enough this is the only facility in town that handles these procedures**Update** Ive drove to KC to meet with a dr two times and they are wonderful. We do a lot of communication over the phone and only have to drive for necessary stuff. Weve even been able to do labs here in Wichita. And after 2 months at this clinic. I already have answers as to why I was having miscarriages and infertility. Looking forward to the positive things to come with a dr who cares!
