I have been very happy with this location and business. I have been able to establish a regular person who knows how to cut my hair well and I feel excellent about it. I have you some other people in the past but like Hannah the best.She is very friendly and professional and does a great job. My wife always says my hair looks great after this haircut.

This place is SPOTLESS everytime we are there! So clean its amazing. My son has difficult hair tons of cowlicks and no natural part. We always go to Chaney and she manages around each and every cowlicks hes got. She never acts like its a pain even though I know it! He always leaves with the cut he wants, other hairdressers have not been able to deliver. Miss Chaney gets it right everytime. Shes so great we just love her!

Kadie was my stylist. She gave me a shampoo and blowout. As a retired hairdresser, I am pretty picky about my standards and she got everything on point. The shampoo felt great and the blowout was relaxing and looks amazing. Shes very personable and I will definitely be coming back!

The ladies that work there always treat our son so great! They are sweet, funny, & kind to him. He has Autism, & haircuts are always difficult for him, until we started going there. I think they all have cut his hair by now, but Amanda is so quick, she doesnt skimp on the quality of the cut, & he really enjoys going in there. Once a month we literally drive over 100 miles just to this Supercuts, its literally the highlight of the month. Also, the prices are super affordable! They are definitely worth their weight in gold.

Went there not to long ago, Amanda cut my hair, even before she got to me the lady she helped before looked amazing when she was done and you could tell she enjoyed the whole experience.And with me she listened to what I wanted. Really looked at my hair and gave me the best options. My hair felt and looked amazing. Definitely recommend her. She makes everything enjoyable!There was a small blonde who I remember made a guy look awesome and he liked how she did his hair. Place was nice and clean!

We needed a specialized hair cut for our little baby girl that nobody else was doing. I called here and they were more than accommodating. We get our boys hair cuts here as well and they always provide great customer service.

Depending on who you have really determined how well your hair is cut. But everytime that I went, my hair looks phenomenal, and I always go back to get it done each time. Each cut for adults is $16.95, and about $12.95 for 12 year and under, and Seniors. The atmosphere of Supercuts is very friendly and welcoming, and you always get what you want. No matter what I throw at Supercuts, they always get the job done. The only reason why Im giving it 4 stars instead of 5, is because you never really know 100% how itll come out in the end depending on who you have.

I always get my haircut here, even though the original stylist left. I know that the COVID thing has created difficulties and everyone is trying to get their haircut, but when you post a message that says you are open May 19th and you can use the app or go online to make an appointment and it does not work or let you, it is VERY FRUSTRATING TO THE CUSTOMER!

Don’t waste your time here, especially with kids. Take them over to pigtails and crewcuts instead. The women working this afternoon were rude and said we would only have to wait 20 minutes. My son had a speech therapy appointment within an hour so it was important for us to get out of there in time. 40 minutes went by though and all the Adults that came in after my son were taken first so we left. Not worth your time or money going to this place when there are so many other places with better service and talent in the area.

I was a walk-in, no waiting. Asked about pricing, asked if I wanted a shampoo, I had just washed my hair, said no I just wanted a cut and blow dry. My hair was considered long so they said they would be an extra charge. They didnt give me a price it depended how much they cut. They cut off 7 inches which put it at my collar bone. The cut didnt take much time, I just couldnt get over how long it took her to blow dry (at least an hour) When she was finally done she checked with another hairdresser the cost 1 Supercut 16.95 ( did not have it shampooed) and now my hair is at the collarbone. I was also charged 19.00 for a blow dry (after hair cut), ticket says long hair, she explained my hair was still long. I paid and promised myself I would never go back. Super Cuts what are you doing? Are you crazy? Are you hurting that bad? Their were 8 hairdressers in there with 2 customers. Want to know why? Because you are charging salon prices. Super Cuts is a cheap place for hair cuts and thats why I came in, you dont have the quality hairdressers to justify your outrageous prices!!!! I would like to hear from the owner of this place, so I can understand.

Great place for a quick haircut. As with any place always call ahead, or use their app, and that tends to resolve a lot of the speed concerns. The only time Ive ever had to wait the girls were incredibly apologetic and kept me in the loop as to how long it was going to take. Not perfect, but pretty damn good.

First timer here and it was awesome..all stylist were super friendly And knowledgeable!! I wanted my hair shorter and got it..even with curly hair!! Thank you ladies defiantly going back!!

This is the absolute worst place. I got my hair cut and specifically asked for a length with no layer and the woman who cut my hair took it upon herself to cut it significantly shorter and add side bangs. I looks awful I will NEVER be returning here. It is worth it to pay extra and not get your hair mangled. On top of all of this one side is shorter than the other and to fix it I would have to go even shorter than I already went which is at least 3 inches shorter than I wanted. Never go to the girl with the purple hair!!!! Worst place ever!!!!!

Can never get right in, even when using the app. Had sick people cut my hair twice. Buzz cut usually misses some hairs I have to take care of when I get home. But its cheap and saves me time from doing it myself. The staff is always friendly.

Every time I take my boys in here, we come home and find something jacked up with their hair. And its noticeable things like a crooked neck line, completely embarrassingly messed up bangs. Do the stylists even look at the hair before they finish? How can they be satisfied doing this kind of work and charging people for it? Yesterday was the last straw and we will not be going back again.

Amazing staff, they are great with my kiddos. Every time we have been here, their haircuts are $10.95. Yesterday my 8 year old sons clipper cut was suddenly $14.95. That is a huge increase in just 4 weeks!

For the most part a great place for haircuts at a decent price. I would have given it a 5 star, except for one stylist (Courtney) also mentioned by another reviewer (Chiu Chau), all the other stylists are great and pleasant. She is the worst one in there, has no people skills, the worst attitude towards customers and co-workers (in front of the customers), acts like she is the best thing happened since the sliced bread and that the world owes her something, the queen of pity party. I was in there today and another stylist cut my hair, found out from her that Courtney is no longer there, to the owners I say, good riddance. Now the customers do not have to deal with that fat slob. I see she commented as a reviewer, giving the place 1 star, to all the future customers, dont pay attention to her review, just another disgruntled former employee. I talk to the owners, they are great people and really care about their employees and the rest of the employees have great things to say about the owners.

Only two stylists on duty when I visited. The service was satisfactory and reasonably quick Pricing slightly above its main competition but far below some of the local, high-end operations.

I always go to that Supercuts, maybe every two months but the last time was really bad service. The hairdresser names Courtney. I told her how to cut my hair, After she finished my hair and I think my hair still too long and I want her to cut down little bite but she said that is what you told me to cut and you was rude. I told her other hairdresser understand what I want to be done and she argued she was not the other hairdresser. I never go back again

Slow!!! had people show up after and never got a reason why no comunication from so called hair stylist, have to assume its call ins,We will never know, hair cut that we waited for for over 40 min on my son was not satisfactory, uneven and rushed through, the staff didnt miss a beat with there breaks even though they had a full lobby of customers they still had to smoke. Overall a terrible experience Ill stay home with my flowbee.!!

Terrible customer service. Was a walk-in, waited an hour, kept getting bumped by online sign-ins even though they couldnt find them in the system. One customer they took in front of me said he had signed in online 20 minutes ago; I had been waiting 30 minutes in the shop before he supposedly signed in online. I left in disgust when another walk came in and I was asked Our online sign-in is here now, is it okay if we take him and you be next. No, its not okay...

I called ahead and the lady was verry rude then was screaming on the phone and at the end said she had ke penciled in for 2 hours later. When i arrived i wasent in the system. She denied the phone call and they left me waiting.
