I have never had such a great deep tissue massage. I have tension problems as well as orthopedic and without my regular massage I would be in agony. It has helped so much and can’t thank Krissy enough. Also Teresa when Krissy was fully booked.

Ive been going for years. Krissy is the BEST! Peggy is also wonderful. Not sure if shes there anymore though. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

As a massage therapist myself I expected a bit more than I got with the massage treatment itself but we arent all the same I guess. It was a cozy little quaint place and everyone was friendly.

I came here after being a regular customer at Massage Envy because their prices are so high. I will be returning to them because there is a DEFINITE difference in quality with prices.My therapist was Helena, and I do not recommend her if you do go here wanting deep/firm pressure. She is a very nice young woman, was polite and professional the whole time. However, I did ask for medium to deep pressure since I have awful shoulders. I would describe my experience as an hour of being rubbed down with lotion. I told her a few times that the pressure needed to be much firmer, but her hands were shaking from either exhaustion or inexperience. She was a very petite and young person, who honestly did not look capable of providing the pressure I wanted, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. The room was FREEZING to the point I was covered in goosebumps. Only half-way through the appointment did she ask if I wanted the heated table on, and my bumps were quite visible. She used the same two hand movements on my back for almost 20-30 minutes, and in the same place. To make matters worse, she didnt even get the knot in my shoulder out, she made it worse. I was not able to relax at all because my shoulders got worse.I am the kind of person that is uncomfortable confronting people. I understand that there are therapists out there that only have a year of experience and are fresh out of school, but if they do not provide a service worthy of $50-$95, the manager should offer a discount of some kind. That is general customer service. I told the manager at the front desk very calmly and politely that I was still hurting quite a bit in my problem area, and that the young lady that did my appointment did not provide the service I expected. He proceeded to tell me unflinchingly, We cant please everyone. No apology, no how can I fix this, nothing. I tried to plead my case, even telling him I know it was just a case of an inexperienced person. Its not her fault she doesnt have enough training yet, but if I am forking over between $50-$100 I should get a service that I am happy with. But he just shook his head and pretty much told me I was overreacting and picky. It SHOULD be his goal as a business owner to provide EVERY customer with good service. I will be going back to Massage Envy because dipping down to $50 is NOT worth it at all. Now I am out $50 and scheduling another massage appointment around $100 to fix the damage that was done/ not fixed. Awful.

Wow. Well done 👍. This place really but the spot. My wife has been going for years and since the pandemic my other place hasnt reopened yet. So I went and tried it today. Very clean, quiet rooms. I had a fantastic massage with Stephanie. She got every fiber of every muscle!!

Bought gift certificate and they used it. Loved the place will be returning!!!

This is by far my favorite massage business. Very professional. I appreciate they don’t guilt you into leaving a tip like other places. I live solely on social security retirement income and need massages for a disease I’m battling. Dropping $55-90 per massage in quite the chunk of change already.

Weve been going here for 10 years. Joseph works the front desk and answers the phone. There are two Therapists that we feel do a great job. One recently quit and the other is always booked days in advance. Today I was told off and hung up on by Joseph when I mentioned I may have to consider looking elsewhere. Really horrible customer service. Seriously, weve been going here for a decade. This is how they treat their customers. Whats even scarier is I believe this guy is a co-owner. We wont be back. Would recommend avoiding this place unless you like paying someone to treat your poorly.In reply to your comment. Dont worry you havent helped anyone. In fact, youre an illness to the face of this business. You should not be dealing directly with customers. You have horrible customer service skills. Doesnt matter how good your Therapists are if someone has to deal with you before and after. I noticed theres another review from March 17, 2018 that talks directly about you as well. Just keep doing what youre doing. Sounds like you personally are really exceeding expectations. Im guessing youre just a miserable person and this is why you act as you do. Ill pray for you.

Had a great experience here. The prices were reasonable. Was clean, professional and nice. My therapist Stephannie listened to my needs and really did an excellent and thorough job. I was very pleased’

I have been coming here for over 10 years. I have been working out of town for the last few years & on the few times I have been home and had time for a massage I have been disappointed. Joseph has been at the front desk and is not what I would call friendly & welcoming. My last visit I called 10 minutes before my appointment to let them know I was still on a business conference call and would be 10 minutes late but I was sitting in the parking lot and as soon as I am off the call I will be in. Before I could say anything else Joseph said I will cancel your appointment and hung up on me. I immediately called back and left a message then called back 4 more times but no answer. 9 minutes after my appointment time I walked inside. I told him had he not cut me off i was trying to tell him i wanted to keep the appointment and still pay for the entire hour even if i was only able to get a 45 minute massage. Joseph said since you were not going to be here on time I just canceled it, here fill this out, shoved a form to me. He then said he already sent the therapist home so I could not keep the appointment. He was snide and rude the entire time. He cost the therapist an appointment & had no business being in a customer service position. I always liked Merleta but I will not be back. Im sure I will find another local place that will value a customer.

I went here this morning for a couple massage this morning with my hubby. I had Peggy as a massage therapist. This was hands down the best massage that I have every had!!! This place is professional, clean and excellent customer service. Give it a try and I am sure that you wont be disappointed. 😃
