I was in a bad car wreck in February 2021 After being treated at a E.R several times, both times saying I was fine. Needing a second opinion I went to see Dr. Dave Engelken, he is as a certified auto Chiropractor specialists. I knew he would find out what was wrong with my back and neck. Dr. Engelken did x-rays and found two separated vertebrae in my back going in opposite directions and I also had a bad case of whiplash. He recommended a series of treatments to realign my back gently so the process would be less painful and have longer lasting results. I have been going to treatments for reconnecting those vertebrae, putting ribs back in, and resolving that whiplash. Dr. Engelken and his team are so great they have made me feel so welcome. I feel so much better get the treatments. I dont have any trouble with my whiplash at all now and can move my neck much more. I have been seeing chiropractors my entire life, and love my chiropractor that Ive been going to for 15+ years. I went to this business one time because my best friend went here and loved it. They charged $230 for unnecessary x-rays, and, when I saw Dr. Dave for my adjustment, I told him everything that I wanted adjusted, and he lied and said he couldnt adjust everything in one visit. He claimed it had to happen over 2-3 visits. A simple way to extort additional money from a patient. He also pushed a treatment plan and insisted he couldnt truly help me if I wasnt committed to getting better and willing to do one. The whole thing was a sales pitch from beginning to end to reel you in, get you on an unnecessary adjustment plan, and make money off you. He was very nice the entire time and probably for most people it was too subtle a pressure to realize what the whole process was culminating to, but thats what is was. I cannot stand chiropractors that treat their patients like ATMs. Watch out.Note: Yes, you wont find my name in your records because Enjoy Life is an alias, but I indeed went to your office.

There are a lot of chiropractors in Wichita, but Dr. Dave is my choice! I love the ease of not having an appointment, but go in when I need/ want. Dr. Dave can do his adjustments and basically tell me Your sinuses should feel better now without me even telling him they were bothering me. Very personable, staff is always smiling and welcoming.
