Lambert Radiology has problems with billing.Did not bill my insurance to begin with then I had to call them for a bill. Paid that bill. Then they sent another bill and it included an amount I previously paid. Called to get a correct bill. Sent another bill no correction.I have paid that bill with my correction.Now calling to say they are going to send it to collections.

Lambert Radiology billed me for a procedure I never had. Theyve been scamming me for well over a year now, its beyond disgusting. Would give them zero stars if I could. Bunch of scam artists.

Billing department needs to get audited. My husband paid over the patient responsibility and got sent to collections after one billing statement for another bill on top of what he had already over paid. The representative that answered my phone call was rude and was trying to belittle me. It is now august 2020 and I am still disputing my refund from lambert radiology.

This group, which performed services for my mom in the hospital, keeps mistakenly billing my mom over and over because they keep submitting the insurance claim to the wrong insurance group. After many calls to correct the insurance group, they still cant seem to get it right. It is negatively affecting my moms health to have to deal with this.

This company is the worse Ive never had any issues getting to talk to the customer service until this year you will have to wait hours and hours to get in touch with a live person . They part of Whittier pres . A star is too much for them
