I had made an appointment and they had me waiting for over an hour until I walked out. I will never return to that place of business again ..

Waiting an hour and 45 minutes had an Apointment a month in advance. They kept on telling me I was next until I was in a waiting room by myself. Very unprofessional. Plus I went in to get my teeth cleaned and the dentist number my gums and was ready To give me a root canal on my front tooth before I corrected him. Dont do it!

This place is great, extremely friendly and very professional .

On Friday the 31st of March 2017 my gum was stitched after one of my molars was pull out. Sunday the 2nd of April I realised that part of my cheek was stitched along with the gum. When I called the office on the 2nd of April at 10.15, the receptionist said hello and put me on hold. After 3 minutes of holding, I hung up and called again, no answer, and finally it went to a voice mail. I called again and this time the receptionist said hello, how may I help you? When I said I came on Friday she again said please hold on a second and then added last time I put you on hold because I am helping a customer.. This time after one minute and 15 seconds she came back and when I told her my problem about part of my cheek being stitched along with the gum, she said I can come around 11.30. I explained that its not possible because I am at work and cant come within an hour. The reply was the doctor is next available on Monday the 10th of April. I said but the doctor was here on Friday. She replied, yes he was, but now either you can come at 11.30 or like I said next Monday of the 10th of April.
