I took my son to the familiy medicine on a Saturday. Our problem was solved quickly and efficiently. The receptionist, the nurse and the doctor were all very kind and professional.

I have been going to DMG for over 10 years now and the quality of care seems to be going down more and more each year. I have been having health issues lately that I needed an appointment for and am tired of the screening I go through just to get an appointment. I called today, sat on hold for over 20 minutes just to be told I wasnt allowed to make an appointment until after a nurse or doctor okd it first. All I needed was to get in to see a doctor to have my issue assessed, and felt like I needed to jump through hoops just to get an appointment. Not sure why this has become their protocol, but sadly it has pushed me to find a new doctor. I am still in pain because they wouldnt book an appointment for me, so now will start over somewhere new tomorrow. Very disappointed with how they handled my wanting to book an appointment today. Why should it take over 30 minutes on the phone to MAYBE get in with a doctor?

I am very disappointed in this facility. I got notifications from Walgreens that my prescription needed to be refilled and found out they had not sent confirmation. Walgreens was going to reach out to Dr. Bednarz for confirmation to refill (which I was told she would do 2 months prior and did not). Walgreens has been trying for 5 days to get a hold of them and they have not responded. I am now completely out of my medication and have to wait for the office to get in touch with Walgreens.

Don’t go to Willows lab, the nurse is rude and has no sense of respect for the patients. The nurse looked me up, didn’t find my lab work and was rude about it. I called DMG and asked why I wasn’t in the system and sure enough, there I was. The phlebotomist at Willow Ave needs to find another job if she has no pride in doing this one.

Very unprofessional that you can never get through to a receptionist.Ive held on the line close to 40 mintes today and finally opted to have you call me back, I cant say that ever happened. I dont understand how you can justify such service as a healthcare provider Growing up I have good memories of coming here, but now that Im trying to manage my mothers care, I find it very disconcerting.

34 minutes waiting on the phone to speak to a person (couldn’t spend anymore time on hold so was unable to address my issue) . These excessive long waits seem to be becoming a trend with DMG. Can patients expect to see an improvement in this area any time soon? I have heard these same complaints from friends and neighbors and many choosing to leave DMG because of this nuisance.

Called the number listed to set up an appointment for bloodwork test. First operated transferred me to labs. The lady said they were walk-in only.I show up the next day, with a lab order from my doctor (different hospital), my ID, and a digital copy of my insurance card.Waited an hour just for them to say I didnt have an appointment and they couldnt put me in the system because I didnt have a physical copy of my insurance card. Despite have a lab order, my ID, and completely emailable or scannable file on my phone.Terribly disorganized. Waste of time.

Dr Steven Burandt is my doctor. He can takehis time in a good way with you, depending on how busy they are. I always end up feeling better with his help. He is competent, and having travelled and seen different doctors, that is not always the case.

My wife, three children and I have been dealing with DuPage Medical Group through their growth and ownership changes for more than 40 yrs. I like the doctors, nurses and staff but the administrative portion of the interaction has become user unfriendly; excessive on hold wait times (the last time 24 minutes and the person I was directed to never answered) redundant and excessive on hold recordings that advertise irrelevant services make verbal communication a nightmare. I adjusted to MyChart and the inconsistency of use by the staff to update and add notes makes this a tool with limited benefit. I need to make a call to followup for my father and I cringe at the need. I am researching new medical providers.

Couple of mos ago I had my route appt. When the bill came for my portion it seemed high. I called the billing office to see if they could review for accuracy. The person said there appears to be a possible a coding issue. They told me to call the physicians office. (apparently billing office employees dont have to resolve billing issues). I called the Wheaton office and the person said they would look into and call me back. I never heard back so I called a few days later. Again said they would call me back. Again..they never did.Finally i decided just to pay it. It may have been correct but it may not have been. Guess Ill never know.All I wanted was the bill double checked and a return phone, They would not do either.They clearly take thier customers for granted.They never would not been paid. I always pay what I owe.They got thier money but will be losing much more as I will likely not go back due to this poor customer service and hope to discourage others.

This is the worst ObGyn practice. In my 2nd trimester, I called 3 times to ask about drug interactions to something I was prescribed for a terrible cold and it took days to get a response. They did not tell me when I failed a test and needed follow-up (I checked the electronic records and called them), and it has been a nightmare. I finally transferred to another practice in my 3rd trimester which took a month because my records were never sent. Apparently my records were not even complete and they didnt have the test results in my records so I have to retake many tests. I am still struggling getting my complete records.

I just switched to DMG on January and have seen 3 different doctors and office staff who have been great! However, I had to go to the lab to give them a urine specimen and was told to put the container in the box behind the door. When I opened the box, there were 5 other specimens sitting there. There was no place to put mine and I was not going to touch any of the other samples so I placed mine on top of another person’s sample. All of the containers were labeled with names and date of births of the people who left their samples before me. Disgusting and not cool.

I’ve been a DMG patient and one at the Wheaton facility for years. Doc Kemp has been my GP Doc for those many years, and he is and has been phenomenal - very friendly, attentive, responsive, communicative, and certainly professional! He is a winner, and I couldn’t ask for a better Doc!

Love the doctors and nurses but now they have unfriendly front staff and medical assistants who cannot pronounce any of the drugs my child takes or even get a blood pressure properly. Cheap jerks who bought them out ruined a good practice. Consider looking elsewhere.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Most of the OBGYN doctors are incredibly rude, the scheduling staff is completely incompetent and will send you on a wild goose chase just to schedule a routine 20 week ultra-sound. Finally you can only schedule appoints 3 weeks in advance if you want to request a specific doctor.Their staff needs to learn common courtesy skills.

WARNING! This place now categorizes walk-ins as urgent care. For me this meant them billing over $600 for a sour throat and cough after waiting an hour to be seen. I could have visited the emergency room for cheaper. Used to be a great place. They were recently gobbled up by a giant company trying to control hospitals and prices in the region. Great job providing criminal care!

The reception and nursing staff for internal medicine are unhelpful and too busy to answer the phones in a timely manner on several occasions. The receptionist, and older woman with dark hair, is always in a bad mood and is frankly quite rude and acts like youre bothering her just by being there. The doctors are good, but the staff is atrocious.

Not friendly staff at all very up tight . got to my appointment 10 minute late because no parking space and the front girl said I have to change my sick son appointment or wait 2h to see the doctor and very rude . not recommend them at all. will find another place!

Went to drop off papers and it took over 45min for someone to even come to the front desk to collect it. I showed up an hour before they closed. Insanely annoyed and disappointed. Terrible terrible service

I have a recurring prescription that every month I have to repeatedly call and message about getting sent over to my pharmacy. Time consuming and a massive inconvenience.
