I went in for a consultation for my wisdom teeth removal and was with Dr. Scheive. The receptionist was kind as well as the dental assistant. Dr. Scheive went through the whole process of how the surgery was going to be done, and was very knowledgeable about it all! I felt very comfortable and cannot wait for my surgery on Monday!

Today I went to an oral surgeon and he pulled my second tooth out in five minutes, stitched me up, checked the other tooth the dentist messed up and prescribed me stronger medicine! He listened to me and lit up when I told him I played sports at Thornwood and was in the Army! He really cared and I left happy with my visit! Dr. Boyer and his staff in Wheaton, IL were very professional and caring! Oh, I didn’t know that you weren’t supposed to workout after a tooth extraction because your elevated blood pressure causes excessive bleeding, swelling and pain! Something I learned during his visit

Excellent staff.The dentist I had was Boyer.He was amazingI was not anxious as I expected.I stayed awake throughout the procedure.Thank you kind people.

BEWARE OF THERE BILLING PRACTICES! It took a 2 page spreadsheet for me to try and figure out the errors in there billing that they WILL bill you for. I had to bring it to there attention to re-file denied charges. Still not correct and surgery was 8 months ago!!! Make sure you compare your eobs from insurance to what they try and bill you for by diagnosis code. Its not the insurance like they would like to blame! Over 10 claims sent for same date of service but they will tell you they do this all the time!! Robbing people of there hard earned money is what it is. Glad I was able to catch it!!

My son was very nervous prior to six. But Doctor Boyer was so very comforting to him. It went very well. I would definitely come back!

Had a very bad extraction. Tooth was almost to bone. I chose local, and I THOUGHT nitrous. Shortly after I tried to tell him either I needed more novacaine or to turn up the nitrous, (seemed like oxygen to me.) It was not working. He wouldnt stop for ONE second for me to tell him I was about to pass out from the pain but he just kept pulling hard from my jaw! He didnt stop. I took the nose piece off myself. It wasnt working. They insisted it was. I said Im the patient and he said sarcastically, Im the doctor! Either he couldve given morsufficient novcaineI didnt ave enlugh novacaine & want him to stop so I coukd let him know. He just kept on pulling from my jaw saying just take deep breaths!! I said Im the patient here,n he said Im the Dr. (they want ridiculous amounts up frontridiculous amounts, of course up front. Im on disability and even brought my benefit statement.) Couldnt help me.

They made sure I had all of the information I needed to make a good decision.
