Dr. Rick has many years of education and experience in his field. He knows what he’s doing and always patiently answers all my questions. Very fun and friendly environment in his office. When there, expect to have a good laugh at times. Laura his secretary always looking out to assist during the visit, for a more welcoming and enjoyable experience.

Dr Rick has done wonders on my back pain issues. I was unable to sleep or make any movement because of my back pain. After a few sessions with Dr. Rick, who’s been very thorough and educational, I have been feeling much better.I highly recommend this office and the staff (Laura) is very friendly and always has a smile on her face.

I have been going to see Dr. Hyde, for about 3 years. I first was diagnosed with Carpal tunnel syndrome. My Primary doctor had referred me to an orthopedic for a check up. I went to see the orthopedic and was given the bad news that I needed surgery. I was shocked by the news but was open for a second opinion. I went to visit Dr Hyde and talked about my issue. He started treating me and ever since I avoided surgery. I really like the idea of always getting a second opinion before surgery. I am really happy with Dr. Hyde and the way he explains things and treat them. I live pain free under his watch!

PLEASE CONSIDER READING ALL THE WAY THROUGH: I feel bad leaving an unpleasant review, but I feel like its necessary so that people without (or even with) insurance can make a better educated decision on where theyre putting their money. Could this practice be legitimate and provide positive results for people? Im sure that it can and it does, but my first visit was such a bizarre and unsettling experience that Id like to make sure that others dont spend money here if this isnt the right practice for them. A lot happened in the two hours that I was in the office, so I will sum it up to the best of my abilities in a pro/con list based on what I thought was positive and negative about my first exam. PROS: Laura at the front desk was really welcoming and shes a lovely staff member there, a basic examination of my neck was done, x-rays were taken and discussed, a plan of treatment was created, a quick first adjustment was done, and Dr. Hyde did seem very knowledgeable about the spine and chiropractic work. CONS: The other negative review on here that discusses Dr. Hydes viewpoint on vaccines is correct, I was in the office for over two hours past my appointment time, Dr. Hyde kept forgetting my name and how to spell it (Ill just say that I have a VERY simple name and it was a little weird how often he asked me what it was/how to spell it), he spent an extremely long period of time telling me his story of how he got into chiropractic work and his migraine cure (I didnt ask at all or prompt it in any way, nor did I want to be in the office any longer at that point), he talked about his religious beliefs and how his path was put forth before him by God (he also offered to talk more about religious things with me if I ever wanted to, but I am not a Christian so this made me extremely uncomfortable), he ended up crying during his unprompted story-telling (which I honestly dont even mind, but he did not apologize or act like it was unprofessional at all), and lastly, even with insurance (GOOD INSURANCE) he claimed that I would have to pay $2400 upfront at my next appointment because insurance doesnt cover his migraine treatment. I honestly think that he probably does provide good care to some people and he does help people, however based on my first exam, this was the most unprofessional experience with a health care worker that Ive ever had. I dont know if this all happened because Im just young or shy, but Ive never had an adult sit across from me in what is supposed to be a professional setting and have so little consideration for how their behavior was being perceived. If you decide to go here, just make sure youre looking out for these red flags before you put money into it and make sure you feel like youre being properly listened to and cared for. As I said, Im sure that he is fine at his job, I just know that I personally need medical professionals that are a little more focused on the patient, rather than on their own story or their own accomplishments.

I normally dont do this, but i couldnt just let this go, i was so afraid when i went for my first session , due to me never seeing a chiro before... but i have to say the experience was great, from the front desk to seeing the Dr. he is so smart and concerned about your wellbeing .. i feel amazing .. yes i am scheduled to return..

I have had had back problems for many years, and have contemplated seeing a chiropractor, but many sleepless nights, and countless days missed of work, I finally did it! Was it a great decision! Very detail oriented chiropractor. Dr. Hyde is very experienced and cares for his patients. Educational classes often and are free attend. Long term care is the goal and not just a adjustment and go. Dr. Hyde shows and reminds his patients different techniques to do at home also! Great office and everyone is friendly!

Rick is more concerned about getting you to bring your family in, so he makes more money, than he is about helping take care of you personally. In the 5 minutes you get with him during a visit he will try to shove anti-vaccine propoganda down your throat or ask you to bring your family in, but not want to talk about progress in pain or discomfort. My experience was that there was also very little follow through on the things he did say he would do. The equipment for home stretches was never ordered, x-rays were not reviewed, measurements of spacing between vertabrae was never provided. These things, on top of surprise group meetings that are explained as personal as a review of you personal health, and him publicly sharing what various patients have come in for, make this a practice I could not recommend less.

Dr. Rick Hyde really knows his stuff. I have seen other chiropractors in the past, but none of them looked at things from the total holistic viewpoint like Dr. Rick does. I have been seeing him for about 3 months and my neck, shoulder, hip and lower back pain has been reduced. I would highly recommend Dr. Rick and his staff to anyone seeking chiropractic treatment and/or to anyone who just wants to live a healthier life.

The last time I saw a chiropractor was 30 years ago and last week, the same back issue flared up. This place is great and very helpful. They actually give you an x-ray to determine a plan for you. For most of my life I have had excruciating headaches that could turn into crippling migraines. I tried everything, got CAT scans and MRIs, and every time nothing was wrong. I cam to CC and they discovered my spine was out of alignment. With the treatment plan I have been headache free for over a year now. It is a family friendly place and you will be thoroughly informed about your condition and the benefits.
