Haley is a true caring and knowledgeable professional. The office person Diane is a helpful and organized staff person. The office is COVID safe by current standards. I had not seen Haley for a year due to my personal quarantine but she easily recognized me and asked about my family members by name. I was confident about my hearing assessment. Haley reviewed my insurance coverage to assess my coverage and was able to advise me about my current options. I was able to upgrade under my insurance policy. I left feeling everything had been well handled.

I lost one of my prior hearing aids (Siemens) and then met Haley.The Siemens units were up to date for the time I bought them, about 10 years ago. I had no idea that the Hearing Lab with the new technology could be a real improvement. I remain shocked to this day!My hearing, without aids is very compromised.With the Nu Ear aids, my hearing is almost 100% .Haley was very patient- oriented , and I recommend the Hearing Lab and Haley without qualification.

Haley and her staff are wonderful! Ive had my hearing aids for over 2 years now, and, if it wasnt for Haley, Id probably still be debating my need for them. ( my tests showed a significant hearing loss...I was in denial!) The maintenance service, thorough examinations, technical questions, and outstanding administration assistants will keep me coming back. I highly recommend them!

Have enjoyed working with both Haley and Erin. Very helpful and always courteous. The hearing test was the best yet and showed me the level of my hearing deficiency. Hearing aid is very comfortable and easy to use. Ive had no trouble getting used to it and easily wear it all day.
