This is one of the best locations out there. My husband has had issues with other locations holding his SSI check hostage. The branch manager here has been the most understanding of our situation as we are living out of the car. We are thankful for the wonderful customer service at this location.

I had to cash a small check, and stopped by this branch on the way home from work today. While in the drive through I was assisted by Edgar...he made a special point to learn how to pronounce my name correctly, and ask me how my day was. Seems simple, and it was, but he genuinely seemed interested in what I had to say and we ended up having a full convo about what plans I had for the evening. I was impressed by his sweet personality, and his ability to engage in a conversation with a complete stranger! I called the branch to relay my experience with his supervisor, and was advised they would “relay my message”. Surprisingly, about an hour later i received a call from a branch manager who wanted to hear about my experience from me... I told her my experience, and she thanked me for reaching out! This branch seems so friendly and real! So grateful for such a positive experience today! :)

This location has the friendliest staff. They are always smiling and helpful. Kim operates with love and compassion. She’s responsive and informative. Always seeking to prove alternative solutions. I’m glad I joined this credit union.

Had 3 fraudulent charges on my account. The customer service gentleman Aaron, was FANTASTIC...He explained everything down to the last detail. 😊😊 The manager Kim Myers is an awesome lady. I live closer to the one on 4700 south, but I will drive farther for better service.

Today the staff at this location showed there professionalisim. They are wonderful and make this branch the place to go.

Do not bank or get a loan from these people they claim there rates are 5.70 % but then they charge you 30% had many loans but this one is bs dont bank here

I have been a member for 2 years now and Ive experience nothing but great service UNTIL I went to this branch, I came in to apply for a auto loan and walked in about 5:30pm, now I understand they close at 6:00pm but half an hour is more than enough time to process an application and they refuse my business because it was too late in the day. Now I have worked for both Wells Fargo and America first credit union and most businesses WILL help you as long as you are in the branch before they close!. I just got the impression that the loan officers are just lazy and incompetent because they wont go above and beyond for their members.

I usually never have a problem here unless I’m depositing a check. They’ve had to check my checks to see if they were fraudulent most of which were my payroll checks because those specific checks from the post office were being faked? They also were never over 2,000. I don’t know if it’s just me because I was in once and they had no problem cashing a personal check for someone at the amount of 10,000. I went to deposit my tax check today and I was asked to see the paper work of me filing my taxes, a manager was asked, they called and verified the checks, they checked the water mark on the checks, and were still skeptical about it. I wasn’t wanting to cash it or anything and was told there would have to be a hold out on the check even if I just wanted it deposited.

Told me I couldnt stand next to my wife because of social engineering.

Got $100 out of their atm and it gives me 2 50s. I go to the drive up to exchange for 20s and they wont because I dont have an account. Lame. I had just paid their ATM fee for cash, didnt even leave the parking lot and they cant give me change. The teller seemed super lazy and glad to not have to help when she asked if I had an account and said no. Thought credit unions are supposed to have good service. Zions bank is way better. Go to Zions

I had plenty of issues with my debit and credit cards. And so many people assisted with both of the issues each time I came in. Including many phone calls to card services on Saturday and weekdays. I was traveling internationally and needed to make sure my cards were working correctly. Every person both in person and by phone were super patient and willing to help. I cant thank you all enough. The cards were fixed in time to travel. I cant name all of the employees names personally, but I wanted to thank each and every one of you.

I love coming here, the staff is friendly and always willing to help you. Even when they are super busy, they always greet you with a smile.

BEWARE THIS CREDIT UNION WILL MAKE YOU Waist your time over any kind of transaction. If you don’t have a account they refused to help out!!

There was 6 Cyprus credit union employees standing around talking while there people in drive through waiting and myself and one other person in the lobby waiting for about 8 minutes which is the longest Ive ever waited in the lobby before

UPDATE: Im updating this to 4 stars. The branch manager did reach out to me personally to apologize and explain what was happening. Overall I do enjoy banking with Cyprus for personal accounts.One account rep and one teller during the lunch rush. There were more people working, but they were either standing and staring at the long line while doing nothing or they were doing something else. Maybe do your busy work at another time of day when you dont have the majority of customers coming? Just a thought. But what the hell do I know? I bite the heads off fish...

From the beginning to end this credit union has been very unprofessional and lack of customer service. I went in for a car loan that had been approved over the phone. I then had to go into the credit union for a meeting to finalize the loan. When I arrived I was not greeted nor told what the name of the person helping me was. Also it turned out the person helping me had never done a car loan. So he would be yelling across the bank to his manager to give him step by step instructions. She would respond by yelling back herself. Then she would come over and just have me sign documents without an in depth explanation to what I was to sign. They gave me a check to take to the DMV and I specifically asked if I needed to take further documentation which they told me no. I get to the DMV to find out I needed a bill of sale and title. I called the union trying to getting this solved and they kept telling me that was not necessary and go back to the DMV. So there I go once again. And was sent back home for the same reasons. I called the union and asked to speak to someone in a management position. I found out later the title would be sent to them which they would mail out to the DMV and then I can get all that finalized it took over 3 weeks for this be completed. Next I had set up my payments to be done automatic. But they told me it would be pushed to the next month. The next month came and the funds were not pulled out of my account. They told me I needed to sign a document to give them permission to do this. Keep in my mind I already signed this document a month ago. So they transfer me to make a payment and do not tell me there is an extra fee for making a manual payment. I was not going to pay a fee for something I didn’t mess up myself. They waived the fee and will hopefully have it resolved for next months payment. I do not recommend this credit union what so ever and would highly recommend you look somewhere else.

I have used several different credit unions for shared branching and have never had an issue until today. I drove up to the window, put my id, money and account number in and sent it over. The lady working cant multitask at all so she let me know that she will help me once she is done with the only other car there. No joke, it took over 10 minutes. Then when she can finally help me she just tells me shared branching needs to be done inside. I totally understand that being a policy, even though the other credit unions in the area let me deposit cash through the window. It would have been nice if they A. Included that info on the sign on the window that lists the transactions you have to do inside and not at the wondow, and B. Not let me sit there for over 10 minutes for no reason and waste my entire lunch break. Im hangry now.This lady shouldnt be the window person. I have seen one teller help 4 cars at once at my bank and this chick took 10 minutes to help one person. Rant over.

As far rates go they are not to bad. The wait in the drive thru is always at least 10-20 minutes so always plan on taking a long lunch just to get money out especially because the ATM is never working. Inside is even worse!! Never enough employees for how many customers there are. The manager (short spikey haired lady) she never comes and helps even with long lines. She isn’t always very nice to talk to either, and she talks down to you which is very unprofessional. Overall I would avoid this specific Cyprus at all costs!

Drive through was extremely slow for depositing a check. Other locations is in and out. Here was 15 minutes.

Avoid this branch by all means. Youre guaranteed atleast a 10 minute wait until youre spoken to or helped. Its rare if you even get accomplished what you came there for in the first place. Always nothing but problems or issues and weird rules that all the other Cyprus branches dont seem to have. & to top it off, the manager has the worst I hate life attitude ever and takes it out on everyone she comes in contact with. Not even the ATM does you any good, its always broken or out of service. Save yourself the the time and hassle and go to a different location.

When you walk into a bank and you asked them to talk to somebody about a loan and they hand you a business card and tell you that they only handle loans over a phone call and then give you an extension number to call. I think that tells you what you need to know about this bank. Talk about unprofessional. Can’t even talk to somebody in person about your banking needs!

Idk why in the hell this bank has a 24 hr ATM that doesn’t freaking work most of the time!! This bank needs to upgrade their ATM or just not have one at all! You guys are like McDonald’s and their broken ice cream machine🙄 get it together Cyprus.
