Not a good experience. It took a long time to get the permission to have treatment and then the packet of papers needed to be signed were highly suspicious in payment. In order for them to accept treatment they needed my credit card information on file with permission to charge for any services not rendered by insurance. I was told that they do their best to get insurance to pay for all of the treatment but sometimes out of pocket expenses are needed. I told them they were in network and I was reassured all of my treatment would be covered. This appeared not to be the case and because I wouldn’t sign over this permission treatment was refused. The fact they can’t notify you of any overage costs before their treatment is performed (automatically charging your credit card) is unacceptable. I did notify my insurance company of my experience and maybe with enough complaints they will be dropped.

Surprisingly the experience coming to this clinic was pretty bad, I kept giving it chance after chance after chance. There was a lady in billing who would come to the front and be incredibly rude to people including coworkers. Im hoping coworkers speak up for themselves. I hope they figure themselves out quick because others are bad talking them downstairs as well.
