They are very unprofessional, they refuse to pay my cleaning lady, shes a very hard worker and deserves to get paid. ANS has a lady that works there (I believe she is a scheduler) her name is Monica, she is plus-sized, African American, very rude, doesnt listen to any questions I ask and instead hung up on me... Im very upset with this company!! Im going to sue when I get a chance. The women that sit there not work but just SIT, also dress very unprofessional! I took pictures! The last time I went there, they were all like in a (groupie) talking about clothes, and VERY inappropriate topics. Just disgusting!

I worked for this company shortly in April and still havent gotten paid!!! Was told I was the best caregiver they have ever met. Then why treat me like I dont matter? Never will I work for this company again. Was said that my case wasnt an priority. How when I actually worked and havent gotten paid.

Can not say enough about ANS. Having used other companies to help with my father, ANS has been outstanding in his and my families care. They go out of their way to accommodate your needs, are Always on time and even early, friendly and hard working. They work with you,. They work on finding a fit for your needs and loved ones. All of caregivers that have been to our home with this service not only did tasks and care within the care plan as defined but did the small things that needed done without even being asked! If the trash can was full, it was simply taken out , folding laundry all little things. It may seem tedious to some but if youre doing care for loved one mainly on your own, very little small thing matters.They make an effort to get your needs met.I CANNOT agree with the other reviews left, by the looks of it, it was a spam bot made by a rival company, they are all drastically similar in their wording. I would report this to google to get these reviews taken down.

This is not a good company. I made a huge mistake not listening to my instincts and my mother paid for it. Everyone was rude and didnt even seem to care.

These people have been getting away with what they been doing so Ling, they are confident they keep on doing it. Court orders them to cooperate with the family but the ignore it. Once they take your loved one’s account, they manipulate your family to out last you. They control the account until the gramma is dead. They control and manipulate and try to remove the immediate family. Intentional cooks at robbing the pension account. There is no real help to the loved and the family. This is the scariest place for your family. They have women working there who went to control your family. They use every effort. One women kept on calling my lawyer when she should be talking directly to me. Obviously she is trying to create my legal fees that I cannot afford. If I let go of my relation to my mom, they will take over the pension. These are crooks , modern day crooks. Legalized non profit crooks. There too many places like this. Another woman Vicki always promises but never dors anything good for us. Her excuse is that she is waiting for an approval from the VA, when the pension is a guaranteed pension , unconditional pension.

Very manipulative. They send people to buy old hoses. They want us to sell our the house. Then they can put our grandmother in their nursing facility to control the entire account. Crooks hiding our Medicare card as if they were the guardian. They take their time to hold onto the account. Time is money. Every month they hold on to our account, each month less opportunity for your loved ones to live a quality life . Get rid of these crooks

Once they have your family account, they act like they got your family bank account. They use every effort to remove immediate family from the account. One worker called my lawyer for ever phone called made. Another threatened endlessly to ruin our life. So many different workers but all work together to remove the immediate families. Their intentions to steal the family pension. Look at the size of their building. Your family pension is paying for it. Get rid of these money grabbing places.

They take to to disrupt our family and take all her pension. . A gang of thrives who have been getting away so so long so confident that they can get away with it. They are not helping our family and the elderly is getting help from them. Her life style has considerably declined because they take her pension and the our grandma dies not get anything in return . How can she live o. 400$ a month? These ANS and such are a life time of leeches sucking my grandma dried to death.

I will never recommend a this kind of a gang to take your loved ones assets. your family and the loved one do not benefit from a group of people organized as a business, but acting like robbers.

Horrible place to do business with. Completely unprofessional. The workers are dressed inappropriately. They gave a woman a Spanish application to fill out. She didnt speak any Spanish. The worker did not care. It took 20 minutes for someone to respond to the phones that were just left there to ring while the ladies behind the desks talked about sensitive topics with regards to the company and clients. When we confronted the manager about this she too was dresses very inappropriately and seemed to defend the other workers whom did not answer any phones and gave an incorrect application to a potential hire. It was cringe worthy at best how this business is run. Stay away. Potential clients and employees stay away.

The front page clean looking is deceptive. They se bunch of manipulating females who cannot let go with your family pension. They are always 10 months late with year financial reporting, and intentionally delays giving out the information even after they have completed their report.

I worked there for approximately 5 years. I have to disagree with the negative comments. I have worked for other home health agencies and ANS is definitely one of the more professional agencies. Im sorry about those of you that have been taken advantage of by personal care workers, but the theft is something that all home care agencies deal with unfortunately. ANS trains and retrains all staff as required by the state. They are very serious about following policies and procedures. BTW the artwork has been there forever and was done by someone the owner knows, so you can rest assured that the clients money is not going towards art work.
