After going in earlier in the day around noon to become a member at Xperience and not knowing that the people that sign you up arent in on the weekends. I was simply turned around and was told that I had to apply online and basically go on from there and to come back either Monday or someday during the weekday. I wasnt offered a tour let alone a FREE pass to try out the gym ETC. I came in ready/prepared to work out and not being offered nothing as a promising customer to me is extremely poor customer service! Then again, coming on here and seeing so many common negative reviews just goes to show me that this location needs a lot of customer quality/service improvements all around.

This club is very well unorganized and unprofessional. First of all, it’s dirty and no type of Covid health precaution plan put into place. They do have every other machine but then it’s so many people in that building who are not wearing a face mask. Not to mention, they are not properly cleaning off machines. Staff members lack knowledge and are not friendly. No staff members in the building to ask about membership questions. A customer was using three different treadmills when another customer was walking pass she stepped on the treadmill not knowing it was on and she literally busted her head and lip. Staff members didn’t assist accordingly. Lastly, there is no room to walk around when it’s packed ppl are literally touching one another. To conclude, they make it almost impossible to cancel your membership! I’m talking about the West Allis location! Be aware!

Just started with a membership here. What I notice & appreciate: 1) staff says hello & goodbye to members. 2) covid precautions are posted & generally observed by members, though only a small percentage presently wear masks. 3) paper towels & spray bottles are generously spread throughout workout areas.Noticed & less appreciated: 1) mens shower stall areas could have been cleaner & gnat-free. 2) members using weight stations to fiddle with phone or otherwise monopolize a station annoys me (wherever Ive been a member), but its impossible to police. Gone to knit-picking so Id better stop.Free tip: If you forget your earbuds, theres a Below Five store & a Dollar Store just down the block!Overall, really happy with this place so far.

I have been going to this location for a couple of years now. Its been challenging over the past year or so due to Covid. The gym has adjusted as needed. I like this gym a lot. I feel comfortable here and everyone for the most part is friendly. I typically attend the Q class, which is HIIT, approx. 3-5 times per week. I primarily attend the 5 am class because that fits my schedule best. Shauna has been a trainer there almost from the start and she is a great trainer. She is always on time and has great music for class. Everyone really thinks she is great! Thanks. Ps. I have also worked with a couple of personal trainers from this gym and they have been great as well.

Can’t lie. I’m pretty frustrated by the inconsistency in hours of operation. Friday’s till 8? But weekends are 6pm? It’s so frustrating when I can’t attend a gym I pay for because of my work schedule.Also, I get why closing front desk people hit the lights as a warning, but fully turning them out when people are clearly still on equipment, is really rude and dangerous. Especially if they’re doing something with a squat rack.

Just signed up today, and interacted with at least one team member without a mask, while walking past the masks required sign on the door.For all the reviews here about this issue with responses saying management will look into this, one can tell there is no follow-through, at all.This is extremely concerning for a new member. It points out that all the other poor reviews are accurate and all the responses from management are patronizing.As a manager myself, I celebrate accountability and I dont hesitate to drop anyone who is opposed. Brace yourself.

There is a huge sign at the entrance that says mask are required. Whats the point of having a mask mandate when the staff dont follow the rules either? There are literally people walking around without a mask completely. I lost count of how many chin diapers I saw. There is a reason why people spend more money to go to better gyms because their staff enforce the rules. This location doesnt.

Basically I had a membership with them for some time. But because of my hectic schedule I was not able to get to the gym. So I canceled my membership. Well months later I saw they were still charging me. When I called to speak to someone about it they apologized for the mistake but said I need to send something in writing. Welp needless to say they stopped charging my card but left the account open. Some how I owe them $274 and they have sent this collections. I’ve tried numerous times to speak to some but no return call. Be careful of this place they will rob you!!!!!!!!03/05 Follow as of this date I have left three different messages and still no response. I did what was supposed to do as far as canceling the membership the correct way. All I want is to rectify this situation as soon as possible. So sad to see big companies like this take advantage of good people!!!

Unfortunately 80% of the people in here at any given time are not wearing masks. Furthermore, people do not respect personal space, so they are not only within 2 feet of you but also not wearing their mask most of the time.When I asked staff about the rules on masks, I was told that they are not allowed to tell people to wear masks (as long as they walk in with one on) as they may have a health condition, which the staff can not dispute- only a manager has access to health records. They also stated that they simply do not have enough staff to try to enforce mask wearing near the back of the establishment (the desk is up front near the door.)I understand that wearing and enforcing masks is inconvenient but we are still in a pandemic.This is very irresponsible, and I hope that the practices here change soon.

Absolutely horrible. I went in person to cancel my membership on July 31, 2020. The staff said I have to do that over the phone or online. I call and call no answer. When they finally do answer I’m redirected to ABC financial and given their number. Of course they couldn’t cancel my membership. So I send a email on Aug 3, 2020. Asking how much I owe and telling them I want to cancel my membership. The guy says okay and tells me how much I owe. I pay and that’s that,right. No they take $44.99 from my account in mid September. Causing my account to overdraft and get me charged by my bank another additional $35. I email them and ask for my money to be returned. They said I couldn’t cancel at that time because I owed on my account. Did they explain that no. And once I paid did they cancel my membership no. They kept me on for another month and wouldn’t return my money to me. Despite me already thinking my membership was canceled and despite me not using the gym at all during that time. Or even a few months before.

I unfortunately signed up for this gym just before covid so Ive been going during reduced hours this entire time. My last visit to the West Allis location, it was 92% humidity in the gym, and there were what seemed like 200 people crowding in there. What I dont understand is, if the company is not enforcing a company mask policy after the state ended theirs, then why arent they expanding their service hours back what they were pre-covid? I dont mind going in at midnight to work out if it means I can avoid the crowding of maskless people. There were still roughly 60 people in the gym when they started turning off all of the lights at the current close time of 10pm. That should be an indicator that people are showing up again and that service hours need to return to normal, previously 24 hours on weekdays. Xperience isnt helping the health crisis by not enforcing mask wearing but also crowding all of the customers into a shortened service window.They also had security guard come in at 10pm to clear everyone out. Way to appreciate the folks that picked you over Planet Fitness. I wont be renewing my membership.

I signed myself, my husband and son up for a membership. I was quoted a price a little lower then is actually coming out of my account. This is my fault I should have read the contract closer when I signed it. I also asked for a different membership for one of my family members and we all received the same one, again my fault because I didn’t read the contract closer. They do charge a yearly fee which wasn’t mentioned until I asked about it. Other then that the gym is clean and we enjoy working out here. I would recommend using this facility but just read everything carefully.

Place is not clean. Several garbage cans were full. A shower curtain was dirty on the edges so they cut off the left and right sides. Now, the curtain does not fit the door. How much does a new curtain cost?One sink faucet is broken for months. One soap dispenser broken for weeks.Front desk person does not wear a mask.Its obvious the staff does not care about taking care of the club.

This was by far my best XPERIENCE (see what I did there?) signing up with a big box gym! Courtney and Jacelyn were so awesome! They gave me tour of the facility, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make feel at home! The gym was so clean which was awesome considering most gyms I’ve been to are dirtier than under my kids beds after they “cleaned their room”. All in all those 2 deserve the highest of recognition because they are seriously the only reason I decided to give Xperience a shot!

If it wasnt convenient I would go somewhere else. Not very clean. Its been a month since the time change and the clocks havent been adjusted. Very little maintenance done on the equipment. People here leave weights and their paper towels on the floor. I feel bad for the front desk people.

Attended a few of Xperience Fitness centers and this one provided a poor experience to put it lightly. There is one employee who cleans and when he’s not there the gym is filthy. When the gym first opened back up after quarantine it was a team effort from trainers to front desk staff cleaning, that lasted about a week. Staff is lazy and gym is dirty.

I enjoy the classes Xperience provides. Especially the Total Body Xperience with Jessica L. She is fun, motivating, and plays the best music for sure! I was extremely surprised when remembered my name the second class I went to, and that she also took the time to ask me how I feel about the class afterwards! That being said, all of the instructors have also been great! I switched to Xperience due to it being a closer location since I’ve moved, and I’m extremely happy I did. The staff is always friendly, and kind greeting you when you both walk in and walk out.

Used to love this gym...until I had to put my membership on hold (extend the hold rather because I noticed it was taken off of the hold and I was charged. I went to this gym for about 3 years and talked with the employees regularly. I put my membership on hold for personal reasons and a tragic life event. I looked at my bank statement and saw I got charged so I called and was told management would get back to me. No one called me back. I called again and was told my membership was placed on hold but would get a call about the charge from management. Once again I heard nothing. I kept being charged monthly for a membership I was not using and did not authorize payment for. I disputed this with my bank and the charges were reversed. Now, I find out my account was sent to collections because I received a charge back. You have got to be kidding me! Everyone that works there knows my situation and that I have not been in to the gym. I would not recommend this company to anyone! They make it impossible to talk to anyone about the matter and apparently the woman at the front desk failed to do her job and place my account on hold which now I have to deal with, not her!

Edit: I had to update my review from 3 to 1 stars. Since the state is no longer mandating mask wearing, the place is AWFUL. I mean like, nasty. Waaay too many people in there to not enforce at least a company wide mask policy. If you arent even going to do that, then expand the hours back to the standard 24 hour model Mon-Fri so that people can space out when they attend the gym to decrease congestion. I had to leave shortly into my last visit because of the crowding of people not wearing masks and there is no option to come back later in the night. Super spreader event waiting to happen. I recommend just going to Planet Fitness.Original review:Sign up was great. Just a heads up if you were a previous member at Xperience, ask about a returning member rate if you pay in cash for the whole year. This worked out perfectly for me.Aside from that, the gym is ok, probably the smallest location and people generally do a good job of cleaning.My main quip is that on weekend nights, some of the staff rather rudely starts trying to close up early. I mean walking around 30 minutes early telling folks they are closing in 20 minutes. Then starting to turn the lights off at the last 10 minute mark. I paid a full membership a year in advance back in early March and folks are already having to accept reduced hours at the gym due to the pandemic for the same price as before the pandemic. Dont appreciate being rushed out on the staffs personal time rather than on the gym hours. If you guys dont want to work at 6pm on a Sunday then set your schedule to such. Lack of professionalism there. Needs stronger/better management.

I don’t know how this has been allowed to happen but I signed up here after a bad experience at Golds for not enforcing mask rules and the staff at Xperience assured me they were enforcing the mask policy and cleaning. Nothing is ever stocked. Currently the toilet paper in both mens stalls is out. Equipment is often broken. Weights are never properly racked by the staff. Place is dirty and not well managed. Plenty of staff on the clock but everyone mostly sits around. Needs some new management.

Just signed up. Had a great experience meeting a few of the trainers and people around. Gave me information, but didn’t ramble on forever. Pricing was good and they weren’t pushy about going to a higher price point , just let me know the extra I could be getting with a different plan. Plenty of equipment, clean locker rooms, and I’m excited for this welcome workout. Never had that experience before, but it will be nice to have someone go along with me for a first workout.

If I could give this gym zero stars I would. I transferred to this gym because it was closer to my job and my baby sitter but after only one workout I was very unhappy. The gym equipment is very old, it does not have much variety. And one of the cardio machines I was on was literally coming apart. You can definitely see after a walk through that the company is neglecting to invest any money into this location. The only good thing I have to say about the place is that the employees were very kind and professional. I did write to corporate to demand a refund. I would definitely go to the one in Greenfield instead. That gym is awesome.

I put my account on hold when COVID first started. After a month or two I noticed COVID was taking over the rest of the year so I went into the gym to cancel mine and my husbands memberships. I was told all set nothing else I needed to do. I then seen a charge from ABC taking out the fees for both memberships along with the yearly fee. I called ABC to get the charges refunded they said that decision would have to come from the gym manager. I called and left over 5 voicemails with the gym and STILL noone has gotten back to me about this and its been weeks. I had to remove my card from the account (ABC is who did that for me) then I received pre printed receipts for the upcoming months. Here we are almost 7 months later still dealing with this issue and noone from Xperience has reached out to me. Needless to say that I will not be coming back to Xperience because this is the second time ive had issues canceling my membership and both times the canceling process was completely different. This has been such a horrible experience for me and would not recommend anyone to XP.

I did the Q experience my first day there. This is a program with different stations to do rapid exercises for an hour. 40 seconds on and 20 seconds off in a group setting.It was an invigorating experience. A little too much for someone out of condition. (ME)But a good investment of my time.Class was on time and the other participants were more than happy to give me assistance. Very friendly environment.I scheduled back to back appointments which is not too good an idea.I assumed that the contact for my second appointment would have been informed that I was in class prior to our meeting. He wasnt and called me to verify our appointment.Problem here is, I dont need my phone with me when Im working out and left it in my vehicle.Needless to say I never kept my scheduled appointment.Still a 5***** experience.

I have been going here for 2 years...mad lately it’s been way too crowded to get a decent workout in. They need to expand...they need more squat racks and barbell areas. I hide out in the cinema room for way too long waiting for a chance to grab a rack. I’m sad because the gym is close to home but if they are going to sign up that many new people they need to expand. Hopefully that is in the near future.

The facility is immaculate, smells clean, and has tons of different machine options to choose from. I was a little bummed to find out the West Allis location does not have a pool or sauna, but what can you do? I would still recommend it to anybody who asked

Me experience there was amazing. The employees there are extremely helpful and very polite. They showed us a full tour of the place and answered any questions that we had. When we made our membership they solved any confusion that we had and it went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place to people with children too. They have a daycare like place for kids to play while the adults can go do their activities. There are many different activities for the children to do like mini basketball so they most likely wont get bored .Other than that there are many other activities and classes that adults can also enjoy.

When I originally came in to sign up, the guy I talked to was really short with me, flew through the plans even though I didn’t understand the differences & told me prices completely different than the flier I had received (even after I showed him the flier he said I couldn’t receive that pricing). Confused I walked out & told him I would think about it. I received an email from Xperience with a link to their website, which broke everything down & was clear so I decided to come back in & sign up. When I came in, I was greeted with a smile by a different rep, who gave me a tour & was very thorough on explaining the plans & deals. Your experience at Xperience really depends on who you get to help you, these two gentlemen were like night & day. In the end, I am very glad I came back & Andrew definitely motivated me more by taking the time to explain everything to me. I like the rewards program, that I didn’t know they had!

Was a pleasant experience from the moment I walked into the door. Staff wasnt pushy and outlined each membership, gave no indication that they needed a sale or just wanted my money. A coach gave me the run down of the location and even set up an appointment for me to go over goals and realistic expectations. Granted it was day one, but Im optimistic that this location will maintain positive experiences and outcomes.

Elliptical machines need to be wiped down regularly. Someone elses gross sweat spots on the base for days. Crazy guy jumps from treadmill to treadmill and doesnt wipe them down and he is all sweaty. The staff is always friendly!

Great training and atmosphere! The front desk staff are friendly and inviting (s/o to Daniel!), good locker room facilities, and good variety of equipment. Decent availability for group classes too (go Zumba!). Would recommend to anyone if you’re looking for a great gym!

I go there very early in the morning around 3 or 5 am and I can say that the people there are very nice and welcoming. The equipment is of average or considerable quality and Thai gym isnt too crowded with body builders rarely in the morning.

William is great. He gave me a tour, very informative and answered all of my questions. Not giving it 5 stars because I waited 40 minutes to be helped when I made an “appointment” to see Jose. I was then told he is corporate, so he never comes to the gyms which upset me because Jose himself told me he would meet me at the West Allis location at 12. He could’ve be honest and have said “Go to this location at any time convenient to you, and someone should be there to help you sign up!” Rather than “I’ll meet you...yada yada”. I had other things needed done at 1, so I apologized to William that I may seem short, but he was efficient. So props to him.

I cancelled my membership 3 months ago. They have charged me for the past 3 months before I noticed the 20 dollar charge.I have written documentation cancelling it. The company is refusing to contact me concerning compensation.Horrendous company, awful gym, simply one of the worst places you could work out.Go to Animal House. They wont rob from you when you walk away from them.Also the free weights at Xperience are a disaster. Clean your gym.

Will never return. Went for a while. Decided to go to a different gym but didnt cancel Xperience membership. Kept being charged which was completely my fault. Credit card number that was used for Xperience account was stolen. I get a new card but Xperience keeps trying to charge the old account. Now I have a bill collector after me for unpaid charges. If I havent been there for a year and my credit card stops working, wouldnt it make sense to just cancel my membership? Thanks, Xperience.

This gym 🏋️ is my favorite gym to go to because of the variety of things available. If you wanna watch a movie 🎥 with your platonic bro 🏋️🏋️ in a dark room they got you covered ☺. The location is amazing too because after a hard, sweaty, exhausting workout you can walk across the parking lot to Burger King ® and get yourself a little reward!⭐ After all youve just earned it. As an added bonus sometimes you can sneak in a burger 🍔 with some fries 🍟 maybe a large shake and go into the movie room! Now thats what I call date night!💃🕺

This gym is outdated and not kept clean. $20/mo and can’t even bring a guest nor is it open past 9pm on the weekends. Only reason I come is closeness to current residence. Why have 10 people working during the day trying to rake in memberships when you could have a few people working at all times, keep the place cleaner and update equipment.

The trainer I spoke w/ listened & gave me the feeling of understanding along with a potential plan of attack. When I went there everyone was very nice and it was a great environment for working out. However I had to cancel my account. So I called in and asked to cancel the person over the phone sounded annoyed and it sounding like they were trying to rush me off the phone but told me my account was cancelled. 3 months later I found out my account was not cancelled and charged an extra $56. I called in explaining this and was told they had no record of my cancellation because Im supposed to do it online. I was also told to come in for information to cancel my account. I told them I am busy and it would be difficult to come in, hint the reason why I stopped my account. I went in and they handed me a sheet explaining how to cancel my account. Something that could have been emailed. When I have time to work out again, I will be taking my buisness elsewhere this was a piss poor experience.

Dorothy Travis, an employee here, has continually harassed me and stalked me. I will now be pushing this up to the state consumer protection board.AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They should rename this place to the garbage gym. Smelly, unclean, and horribly trained (not trained, at all) staff. Was close to home but forget it. Found a much better gym in Bayview, and though it is further away, it is 24 hours, the price is comparable, and the equipment, cleanliness and personnel are FAR SUPERIOR. Tried to formally complain to management and could not get their email address or phone number. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Dont take my word for it, check out their BBB Better Business Bureau rating. 22 negative complaints of which none have been responded to by Xperience. I was really disappointed with the service I received from the West Allis location. I did still join xperience, but went to the hales corners location and don’t plan on ever stepping foot in West Allis based off of how I was spoken to on the phone. Initially I had talked to someone at West Allis about getting a tour, but had mentioned that I wanted to use several of their locations because I’m somewhat centrally located to a few of them and was planning on joining with a friend. He told me to stop in for a tour and info. The friend I was joining with was going to the hales corners location to sign up, so I called West Allis back to let them know I would be stopping at hales corners today instead. The girl who answered the phone was incredibly rude about this and disrespectful. She immediately just said ‘well okay, I guess that’s fine but we lose that commission then.’ I responded ‘oh, I’m sorry aren’t you all the same company?’ She said ‘well I mean, yea but still now we won’t get that commission, so if that’s what you feel you need to do then I guess just do that.’ She also couldn’t guarantee that if I wanted to stop in to that location at a later day that anyone would be available to give me a tour since I wasn’t signing up with them. Now I understand that working for commission can be rough, but that doesn’t give you the right to guilt someone about not making a sale! You’re supposed to be in the business of encouraging and helping people, not lecturing them when you don’t get your way. You work for a company that advertises multiple locations, so there should be no issues with me signing up at any of those locations. I understand that you have to push your people to make sales, but you should also be training them how to do that in the correct, polite, and customer oriented way. Taking the step to join a gym can be nerve racking for a lot of people to begin with, so to have this type of reaction the first time I even called was really discouraging and I felt it should be shared. If everyone in West Allis is like her then I definitely wouldn’t feel comfortable ever working out there. Like I said, I did still join and was very happy with the people working in hales corners, but I was totally shocked by the woman I spoke to on the phone from West Allis.

Love this gym! I go to the Q classes and it’s a great 50ish minute HIIT workout. It pushes me and motivates me to get to the gym. I leave feeling accomplished every time !

The club size and layout isnt nearly as nice as the newer locations. Staff is nice and overall its about as clean as the other locations. I make an effort to go to the other locations though because this one is smaller, gets crowded easily, and doesnt have a pool.

Every employees are so personable.The clientele is laid back and friendly.Everything is easily accessible.As someone who doesnt listen to music made after 1985, the music is not bad at all, unlike some of the other locations.Im moving out of state soon, will definitely miss my, xperience in West Allis. BEST LOCATION!

If I could give a 0 I would. They do terrible business here. I would recommend. If you’re looking for a gym that’s affordable go to Planet Fitness or a more exapensive gym The WAC is good. This place is not good.

This is BY FAR the worst Xperience gym I’ve been too. As soon as you walk in it’s an extremely foul odor that’s greets you at the door and it seems to linger around in random places of the gym. It seems like the bathrooms are never clean whenever I go and the floors never get mopped in the shower area.

Great gym with loads of equipment. Only problem is that there is almost never any staff at front desk on sunday afternoons. Had to wait 15 minutes for a tanning bed, luckily there was somebody in the office area to help me out.

The Gym itself is great. Big cardio area, plenty of machines, doesn’t seems crowded, lots of ppl on staff. It’s 24/7 and lots of ppl on staff to help. Also a good value for what you are paying. Only problem I’ve had is that I was pretty much forced to meet with a “welcome trainer” named Travis on my 2nd day at 6:30am and when I arrived at 6:30am and asked for Travis, the attendant told me “uhhh I’ve never heard of a Travis, but you can start your workout.” I never ended up talking to him and not sure what happened but I guess I appreciated the accountability of making me go because I’m still happy I got a good workout in haha.. On top of this “welcome trainer workout” they also scheduled me for a “Q workout tomorrow” at 5am and after my experience this morning I think I will pass on that and continue to do my own thing.. overall I like the gym though.

Very Rude people that work there. I walked in there on Friday to check out there gym because I was going to transfer from my current gym to their gym. The first clue that should have warned me is when I heard 2 Women outside there talking about canceling their membership & going to another gym. That should have been my first clue to stay away from this place. I walked in there & told the Woman working there at the front desk that I was thinking about transferring from my current gym to their gym. The Woman asked me if I had a appointment yo meet with their people to join the gym there. First of all they were not even busy when I was there. Second of all since when do you need a appointment to join the gym. I have never heard of this or had to do it at any other gym that I joined. I explained that No I did not have a appointment. She told me that I needed a appointment just to join the gym & that they had nobody available to meet with me right now. The place was not even busy when I was there. I told her forget it. I will go somewhere else yo join. You guys just lost a potential customer. I will take my business to Planet Fitness- Joseph Alexander SuchorskiOrdained Minister
