I recommend any pregnant women , women with small infants to join this prenatal care program. They have many great opportunities for u to grow in your motherhood. They offer great classes as far as employment. You can get certified at low costs with just attending classes, sending over your resume, and meeting with who you are assigned with. They help you set goals and do everything they can to help you reach those goals, whether long or short term.They also give great advice and make u feel as if they are your home , not just a place you come to visit here & there. I love that they care for you as if they are your closest friend. They make you feel welcomed and appreciated at all times, no matter the situation you are in. If you are pregnant, have small infants and you are seeking help I would recommend u attend Whitemore Cares because this is the place to be !

I think this program helps with information about things I ask like parenting resources and help with little things like diapers wipes when needed the lady I work with is nice to work with for the most part in my opinion it’d be nice if she could be more patient I do have a hard time understanding some things about the program like the points and she does seem quick to get frustrated but I do like her I would recommend this program to other moms and have let friends know about the program I hope they decide to join this program because it’s helpful on some things

I REALLY HAD THE MOST FRUSTRATING UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PROGRAM.. BEEN WORKING WITH THEM ALMOST 5 MONTHS. HAVE HAD 2 DIFFERENT CARE COORDINATORS. BOTH WHO DID NOT CARE TO HELP ME..SUBMITTED MY RESUME AND COVER LETTER 4 TIMES STILL NO CLASSES..i started with the program in August.. My 1st worker Coordinator was Maggie. I met with her 2 times she never texted or called me backk she seemed uninterested..she was always gonna bring resources and things. Never did. Always made appointments to meet me.. Never met. I reached out to the supervisors (Cassandra and Melinda) 2 times about her.. They said they would talk to her. And they would fix the problem..but they also stated that she didnt have to meet with me until i had the baby because the state pays them more once the baby comes..ok. Cool. A week later she finally texted me (September) saying She had been going thru alot. Ok understandable. Whatever. Cool. We made an appointment to meet. We met . where she asked for my resume and cover letter for the 3rd time. She said that she was going to pass my documents over to her supervisors. For the 3rd time!! and that i would get a call about being in the October cbrf class. October came.. No call from her or anyone at the office..i continued to reach out to her. Finally October 15th she texted and said she had quit the program.. And she told me to call the office to get reassigned to a new worker. (Unprofessional asffff) i called the office.. Spoke to Melinda who told me that yes maggie had quit and that i could contact my New worker if i wanted to . (why wouldnt she contact me ??) I never texted her. Alicia my new worker called me a week later.. We talked about making an appointment. I voiced my concerns about all the previous missed calls text and appointments.. I told her i did not want to get the run around.. I shouldve left the program wen she told me.. A few workers had quit and she had to take on 14 new people and was already over whelmed.. I said i didnt want to make things more complicated for her.. I said that i could call and ask for someone else. She said dont and that she would fit me in.. And 3 weeks passed.. No contact... I called the office . spoke with Melinda who said that i would start seeing the new worker Tuesday and Thursdays. I asked about the classes and was told by Alicia that i would have to pay 200+ if i didnt meet with her but just wanted the classes. Otherwise i could meet with her and do the reviews for participation and pay 80.. This was 2 weeks ago. I saw the worker one time. Im steady texting her. Reaching out to her.. Getting the run around once again..like im not understanding how its a building full of people who dont want to work.. Doing the Google and Facebook reviews are required to participate in the classes. But im not understanding how Ive gotten the same result from 2 workers.. Very discouraging. Supervisors dont care... I had an appointment with my worker yesterday. That i reached out to her abt.. She said she was in the office. And asked could we meet today. I said ok. Today came. And she NEVER came.. Like wtff.. I wont be doing the classes and im leaving the program..because im done wasting my time..im due in 6 days. Ion need the continued stress. This is just my experience and i hope nobody else has to deal with this unprofessionalism ..
