My experience with Dr. Eslami and his team has been amazing. Dr. Eslami is so caring and truly walks you through the entire process with compassion and understanding. The job you are getting done, can at times, be very vulnerable but his gentle approach and knowledge made me feel so comfortable and well taken care of. I got dental implants, which is not an easy process, but I couldn’t ask for a better team to have done it with. I feel so very grateful to have experienced what they are all about. They truly care about their patients and go above and beyond.

I am in the process of having my third implant placed with Dr. Eslami. The results have been fantastic. Dr. Eslami has earned my complete trust and confidence. He is the unique combination of highly skilled surgeon and humble and kind person. It is very rare to find a professional in his field who does great work, treats you with kindness and respect and has wonderful business integrity. I was recently in horrible pain and needed immediate help. My family practice dentist was just too busy to help me. Dr. Eslami was also very busy but he made time for me. This really sets him apart. I was very grateful to him. I will not go anywhere else. Dr. Eslami is the best. His entire staff is also personable and very kind.

I have spent about a month shy from a complete year with Dr. Eslami and his staff taking care of a cracked tooth. I have a fear of the dentist which eventually led me to unfortunately need his services. Fortunately, his skills and expertise has made me very comfortable in his care as I got a tooth extraction and implant. I did not feel any pain during the multiple procedures and was well informed of each step in the process to calm my nerves. I do 100% recommend he and his staff for your periodontal needs.

Dr. Eslami is quite simply, the best. I visited him twice, for 2 molar extractions (abscessed root canals) and he handled both procedures with such kindness, skill and the utmost quality of care. I love to ask a lot of questions to understand what happens in detail, and he and his team could not have been more patient or accommodating. They really put the paitent first. I can honestly say it was an enjoyable experience both times, to have my molars removed (who would have thought ha?). And one of them he performed while I was pregnant - I was kept comfortable, safe and everything healed perfectly. It was fast and drama-free. I cannot recommend Dr. Eslami and his team enough. You are in great hands, literally. And hes a really fun, warm guy too :) Thank you!

I was told to see Dr. Eslami for gum grafting work by at least three different dentists. Only because his name was brought up in 3 different dental offices I figured I had to at least see Dr. Eslami for the consultation. What I learned from my dentist about the grafting procedure terrified me big time, to say I had big fears about the procedure is to say nothing. I had no rush to learn more about it. If I would know about the experience I would have with Dr. Eslami and his kind attention to my issues - I would not waste a minute going to see him and I would do this 4 years ago! His entire team treated my case with such a kind attention and helped me with all the logistical questions also. Most of all - I felt the personal care from Dr. Eslami - like from a family member who cares about my gums to be healthy and also about my future progress. My husband and I both attended the consultation and we both were so impressed by Dr. Eslami. Everything he explained us about my issue was clear and he answered all our questions. We were both swaped away by his kindess, sense of humor and attention to details. I was impressed that his team also worked with me on the best possible payment plan in my situation. On the day of surgery the entire team made sure I was comfortable and I truly felt nothing during the procedure. Due to COVID I got in my family I did not want to risk the entire Team Perio to get it from me so Dr. Eslami managed to do 1st post-surgery check using Facetime (and good lighting I organized), then he insisted on my in-person visit even some time later to check on the results in person. My dentist and my orthodonist were commenting on his good work right away (fantastic work! Wow, Dr. Eslami again did a great job). When I saw Dr. Eslami in person again for post-surgery he even recommended some solutions for my non-gum/more cosmetic related issues that hes discussing with my dentist and I trust it. My wife and I created & operated3 large medical practices for the last 30 plus years. The most important attribute we looked for was ‘bedside manner. When a dear Dr friend recommended I go to Dr Eslami I was sceptical. Dr Eslami proved my friend more than accuracy. Not only is he a true gifted oral surgeon, but humble and kind- and my I add, reasonable with charges.After my last surgery last week, I told him to me when he is doing a procedure on me I feel as if it is Michelangelo sculpting a fine marble statue.

Dr. Eslami helped my husband with a toothache that was driving him crazy, not only did he get him out of pain but answered all his questions and treated him like family. In this new era of health concern his office was clean, and clearly practiced all of the required steps to keep us and his staff safe! I was not concerned at all and neither was my husband. He may be a highly professional periodontist, but my implant experience was very painful - not only the day of the surgery but for weeks thereafter - even with codeine. I had communication issues with the staff, too. I am a senior and it wasnt this way a decade ago.

Dr. Eslami and staff were so friendly and helpful! As soon as I walked into the office I was greeting by everyone and they were all so friendly and personable.My dentist had recommended Dr. Eslami to do my gum surgery but he wasnt covered under my insurance plan. I decided to go to him because I heard he was the best at what he does and he definitely is! My gum that he worked on looks amazing now and I dont have any more pain. I have three more surgeries and I will definitely going back to Dr. Eslami for all of them. Sure it costs a little bit more but its well worth it! Dr. Eslami, Chris, and his staff are beyond welcoming! As a person terrified of the dentist, I put off dental work till it was a medical necessity rather then just a basic need. After getting a referral from a friend I reluctantly went, in tears of embarrassment and fear, but was happily surprised at how comfortable they are and never once felt judged. Dr. Eslami worked out a plan and we started the process last week with 5 implants. Healing is going good with the only real pain from a extraction that had an infection. I work be lying if I said I look forward to the dentist but I do feel very comfortable returning for my future appointments!

Dr. Eslami with Dental Implant and Periodontal Solutions is a skilled surgeon who I have gone to for an extraction, implant, gum surgery and surgical biopsies. He was capable of finding an implant crown solution for an implant that had to be placed close to my tongue due to some bone loss. Dr. Eslami and his staff are highly qualified friendly, courteous and personal. They are always punctual which I value because I drive a distance to get to his office. I would never think of going anywhere else!

Great team, answered all of my many, many questions. They made sure I was comfortable with everything that I needed to have done. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to have work done.

Let me start off by saying, the number one thing you notice about Dr Eslami and his staff, they care about more than just a healthy mouth. They care about you and want to know how you are doing. Prior to seeing Dr. Eslami, I suffered from bleeding gums and bad breath (just ask my wife). Dr Eslami, performed laser mouth surgery and corrected my mouth. Now I have fresh breath, and more importantly healthy gums. Lastly, everyone on his staff cares just as much as he does.

I recently had intense pain and swelling associated with a tooth implant Dr. Eslami performed 10 years ago. I called the office after hours emergency line late on Friday afternoon and received a call back within the hour. Dr. Eslami was able to provide me with medication based on my symptoms and worked to schedule me first thing on Monday morning. He even checked in to see how I was throughout the weekend! Thankfully the irritation was not an infection and my implant is doing well. It was of great relief to know that Dr. Eslami is committed to solving his patients concerns, even if it means returning calls and contacting a pharmacy while he was away for a weekend. I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Eslamis attention to detail and care for me as a patient. I offer my highest recommendation for Dr. Eslami if you are considering any implant work.
