Dr Steve not only convinced me, a skeptic to try chiropractic care when I strained my neck and was just coming in for a free neck pillow but he explained to me how chiropractor could help with my mounds of stress I had, my anxiety, and the tension in my shoulders and my jaw (for all of your teeth grinders out there) yes he can even do jaw adjustments for clenchers and teeth grinding that relieve a lot of built up tension. I came not only trust Dr Steve but depend on him to heal manage my health mentally and physically. He does amazing work and is very attentive to your needs, makes you breathe in and completely out before adjusting crucial areas, and listens to what is going good or not so good. We now have my husband and 8 year old son going regularly every 2 weeks as well. Husband for hip, back and neck pain and son for a locked up lower back that was contributing to constipation issues that my son has been having since he was born and was always but miralax by pediatricians to treat. Now he is off the miralax and having regular movements thanks to Dr Steve! I have never felt in danger or uncomfortable in his care and even my son looks forward to going to our appointments!

I had a pinched nerve and was unable to lift my are. A clinic did nothing for me, but ease the pain. Doctor Steve fixed the problem and did what they couldnt.

My husband picked up the pillow for me and was told I should lay on it for 15 min at a time. I find that I get almost instant relief for about 5 minutes, but then it starts hurting me just like any other pillow and it’s too awkward to fall asleep on. So I do enjoy that brief relief of neck pain, but it doesn’t last. I’ve also tried using it while sleeping on my side and it’s a bit and miss on whether I keep it with me during the night or push it away. I feel I have too many other pain issues to make a very good review on the effectiveness of the pillow.

The best thing about this pillow is that it’s small so you can use it whenever! I sleep with it, use it while working in my office chair, and you can even use it in the car. I get much better sleep because it improves my posture. I would definitely recommend...what do you have to lose? It’s a free pillow!I must also mention that the brief consultation at the clinic with Dr. Steve Wilsens was great and very informational. He had a very welcoming approach, answering any questions that we had as well as educating us on how poor posture can trickle down and affect all kinds of things with our bodies (some of which, I’d been experiencing). He was professional and nice. Cared about your health and you as a person. I tried the pillow, for the first few days I didnt think it was working intact I thought it making things worse. My neck was sore and hurt 3 days after the first 2 days of using it. But... I plunged on and used it for another week. I do think it has helped. And its now the only pillow I use. It did take a bit to get use too and learn if your in a good sleeping position. But it was worth it! Thanks Back 2 Action Chirpactic for caring and offering to help!

Making an appointment to pick up my free neck pillow was the best decision. Working as a hospital patient transporter can sometimes put a lot of strain on my body due to the walking and pushing requirements, but since using my pillow when Im sleeping, driving or just relaxing, my discomfort has decreased tremendously. I sleep better and longer throughout the night. I would recommend this pillow to anyone. Hopefully they will be soon selling across the nation!

Dr Steve is awesome. He listens to what your problem areas are,and does tests of all sorts before he decides how to treat you. I was used to getting the same typical adjustments,neck/back,no matter if I was having pain/issues other than these areas (shoulder/knee etc...) Dr. Ryan is the most amazing chiropractor my husband and I have ever seen. We have been seeing him regularly (once a week) for over a year now. Each visit is 15-30 minutes, he starts by massaging out your muscles and then adjusting everything from your feet, to your neck. He always asks how I am feeling and customizes the experience every time. My husband and I lift heavy weights so its necessary for us to keep up with chiropractic. Ive had neck and back pain for years and Dr. Ryan helps me manage it. He is very knowledgeable and is willing to help anyone!The Tustin office is very nice and clean, has a couple different rooms he uses for chiropractic, compression bags, and cupping. We have recommended friends and they all love him too!

I head an amazing experience! The receptionist was so nice and help! The doctor was great! They gave me so much information and detail regarding my neck and back pain and what could help to improve it. The pillow I received during my visit is awesome! I used it once I got home during a nap and slept like a baby! I would definitely recommend anyone with neck and back pain to visit!!!

The people were kind enough if running a little behind, but that is often expected at a doctors office. They tried hard to be pleasant and efficient at the same time.The pillow is a bit odd to learn to sleep with based on its size and shape. I havent been able to spend an entire night on it yet, but Im getting there. I have tried the relaxation method the doctor explained to me using the pillow while I lay on my back, and I can feel my spine releasing, so this is a good thing. Its just the sleeping thats awkward.

Good service

I reached out for the free neck pillow because I was having a little trouble sleeping and wanted to try new ways of getting a better overall sleep. After testing the pillow out, I wake up a lot more rested. The pillow can be placed between the legs as well for a side sleeper like me, which makes it more comfortable. I recommend this pillow and the knowledge that was given to me about this pillow.

I really felt that he actually listened to what I was saying. I have been to several chiropractic offices and that’s one thing they don’t do is listen. I have set up an appointment to come in. I hopeful in seeing some changes. The free pillow that was given is so soft. I placed it right away on my way home on my back and truly helped in driving home. Felt a little better driving.

Great! I sit down for 8 hours a day at work. Since I received the pillow, i don’t find myself slouching in my chair. I am yet to use it at home to sleep with. But work wise, this pillow is great!!! I was treated with kindness and understanding plus I wasnt even made to feel like I had to buy or receive services from them. I truly thought they were going to try hard selling me on services. Services were offered if I wanted them I could schedule an appointment but it was not mandatory. What a relief!! I am going to make an aopointment once I find some time as I felt like the Doctor was truly going to try to help relieve me of some of my pain..

I have used the pillow for the past 4 nights and it is great. I am usually a stomach sleeper and have upper back problems. Using this pillow helps to keep me sleeping on my side and I have not woken up with upper back neck problems. It is a wonderful pillow!

Very friendly staff. Working with Dr. Wilsen has been such a blessing that my joints (neck & lower back) dont ache nearly as much as they were before I started my visits. He also explained thoroughly what was causing my joint pain and seen that its degeneration within my neck and spine. The free neck pillow they gave away has also helped to get my neck realigned. I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Wilsens for a while now.It has been in a business capacity, not having him as a doctor.
