My kids have been going here for years...same staff for the last 10 years that are wonderful ❤

My son has been going here for 2yrs now and we love it. The teachers aresuper nice. When ever there is a concern they call me and tell me or tell when i pick him up. They have gotten some new teachers since Ive started going there and they are all nice.

I had to quit my job on the spot. I wouldnt recommend working here nor would I recommend enrolling a child of mine to this place. First Class Child Care is unprofessional and unorganized. You DO NOT get a break unless you smoked. There was a sweet baby boy who slept my entire shift and I had to sit around doing NOTHING for my entire shift, except breathing in toxic chemicals they made me use to spray down already clean toys. Dont know how or understand why they became an accredited daycare. Their values of their black employees and black families are questionable to say the least.

I would like to say thank you to all the wonderful teachers at First class. Coming from a previous childcare teacher I understand the struggles you go through as a teacher. You are not given enough credit for your hard work and dedication!Trusting someone to care for my child is very important to me and I refuse to take her anywhere else but First Class! Thank you for all the wonderful, hardwork yall do. This is definitely an amazing daycare! I was referred by family and i will always recommend to family and friends!! Thank you First Class staff!

The employees of this daycare take at least 7-8 smoking breaks during each shift! I live right across the street and I see them smoking constantly throughout the day. The employees show up to work looking so unprofessional and the Owner Sue is one of the rudest women I’ve ever met. When the employees take the children for walks, their is minimal supervision or control over the children.

My family loves First Class Child Care. We have 2 girls that have been at the center for all of their lives. One is 12 and the other is 7. The teachers are amazing and treat my children as if they were their own. It has been fun to watch the center grow over the years and my girls absolutely love going there. I highly recommend First Class Child Care

My daughter is in the preschool room and she loves first class childcare! They stay open late which is great for my work schedule. Always a clean, friendly environment and the staff are very attentive. thanks first-class!

My girls were at this daycare for over a year. At first I loved it, I had no issues for about the whole first year. Almost immediately after their year mark i started noticing a lot of the senior good staff were leaving without notice. They started going through a lot of different staff in and out. My oldest would come home daily with complaints about being bullied, after i talked to the owner she insured she would take care of it! Nope, things just got worse. My oldest would come home with bruises in teeth mark shapes, busted lip, bumped head and more bully stories. I always got the same result with the staff which was they dont know what happened, they watched cameras and conveniently never found anything on cameras. My youngest had an asthma attack and was not given her albuterol due to my consent form being expired and they refused to take my verbal consent. She fell off tables, got sick all the time. and again never knew what happened and never found anything on cameras. I ended up calling state and the next day i received a hand written letter from the owner stating that i my girls were no longer welcome. I wouldnt recommend this to any parent who wants they child health and safe. This daycare is dirty, unsafe and extremely unprofessional!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My three year old was wearing the same pull up I dropped him off in 9 hours prior, they fed my 11 1/2 month 28 pound baby a string cheese and a bottle for dinner essentially starving her. Let me know with less than a 24 hour notice my kids couldnt come because of a mix up with the state. I also heard the workers talking about people smoking pot in the alley where their playground is located. My kids went here for less than 2 weeks and Im pulling them out already. This place is HORRIBLE.

Won’t bring my kids here they attended once my niece and my two young children i won’t give details on what happened very nice director unprofessional staff. Go else where

I went there as a kid and they had many things for the kids to do in the school age like n64s and gameboys
