This place is great! I was able to book online, check in was efficient and they even have a great rewards program! I especially love the comfortable reclining chairs that recline me back to the lash artist.

I had a great experience getting a hybrid set of lashes from Idalia. I showed her a picture and she gave me exactly what I wanted. After having several bad experiences at other places, I’m glad I found Fabu Eyes. I love that they have a loyalty program so you earn points to use toward future appointments.

I went to Fabu for lashes based on a recommendation and I have to say, I have never been more disappointed in a service as I was after going here. Firstly, I’ve had extensions for 6 years and have never experienced pain before until going here. I kept having to stop my technician during my service. She was pressing so hard while isolating. I could feel everything. Secondly, I was very clear before she started lashing me that I had a lot of natural lashes and it normally took people 2-3 hours to complete my full set. She “finished” in just over an hour. Imagine someone throwing papers on a desk, that’s what my lashes looked like and the quality of work that was done, not to mention the several dozen natural lashes that were missed. I have never left a bad review before however I hope that by doing so it saves someone else the trip there. It was just a bad experience all around.

The lash tech I got was great and they looked STUNNING. I got my lashes done on 8/6/21 and they looked exactly how I wanted them to and more. I was planning on getting a fill because I loved them so much but so many lashes fell out the first week alone that I would’ve had to get a full set. I took extra care of them and followed all of the instructions given to me. I was really disappointed :(

I am very sad and disappointed with my lash extensions. I got my lashes done on 1/29 and they looked amazing! I was so happy with them!! But then after a few days I noticed they kept falling out. I know they said the average was 3-5 each eye but there were a lot of them falling out. I made sure to follow all the directions and not get them wet. Not use oil. I was extremely careful with them. It is now a week later and most of the lashes are gone. I even looked at the lashes to see if they were attached to my natural lashes when they fell out and they were not. I feel like they should be lasting more than 7 days for sure. Especially if I am paying for them to last 2-4 weeks.

I got a eyelash extensions recently. But i could overcome extension and return to the normal because of fabu eyes. I highly recommended for anyone. Great Customer Service. Also Great Service.

I got eyelash extensions done 6/16/21. I had a really nice tech, she was very sweet. She did exactly what I asked which was a natural look. I got the direction from her to brush gently. That night when I brushed gently 7-10 extensions fell out. I called the next morning and they booked me for a free 30 minute mini fill for that same day) which i appreciated). When I got in she said she would add more glue to the lashes this time... She left the impression that maybe she went light with the glue the first time? Not sure.After that I didnt touch them for 48hrs per the techs instructions. I sleep on my back so I knew sleep wouldnt be an issue. By day 4 there was more fall out. None of the extensions were attached to my real lashes which tell me that my real eye lashes werent the ones shedding. Its very disappointing because I spent $110 with tip for them not even to last a week (theyre suppose to last 2-3 weeks).Note: I never put mascara on them either to help with longevity.9/20/21 - I went the Exquisite Threading and got my eyelashes done by Amanda. No fall out in the first week and only a couple of lashes fell out on week 2. Week 3 the lashes still looked amazing but I did go in for a fill. Will only go to Amanda at Exquisite in Glendale moving forward.

I really wanted to have this as my “go-to” place. Here’s the deal, the tech was nice. Atmosphere is comfortable. The reason for my low review? Quality I guess. This was my second time ever receiving lashes. My first experience (completed by an intern) was great (not here). This time... (ugh this makes me so sad)... my lashes have been falling off since day one. I’m losing multiple CLUMPS each day. My appointment was about a week ago and I have whole sections missing. I paid $150 and they’ve hardly lasted. It’s just disappointing to have spent that much and by day 2 be unhappy with how NOT long lasting they are..or lasting in general.They did however look great the day I got them. Full, voluminous...just beautiful. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Work done well! The place is very cozy, and the stuff there are very nice and polite. It was my first experience getting lashes and I am definitely in love with not needing a mascara in the morning. My work is now mostly from home with lots of Zoom calls throughout the day, so only putting my hair in a nice ponytail and throwing a formal blouse on to attend my work meetings makes me a very happy but lazy camper! Also, I love that I can make an appointment online for that place, just makes my life even easier.

My tech didnt speak English but she did a great job! The other girls at the salon helped to translate everything that I wanted in terms of lashes into Spanish to my tech. She was very attentive, and honestly I just fell asleep during my appointment and had a great nap in those comfy massage recliners they have. I travel a lot and had my lashes done in many different states and countries, but its the first time that I have experienced being in such comfortable recliners in a lash place. I will be back whenever I am back in Milwaukee area.

Always a great experience for me with Fabu Eyes. I have been a customer for a couple of years now, I love the atmosphere of this place. The girls are always nice and welcoming. I had my lashes done by different techs and so far I like it! I also bough Gift Cards for my mom and my sisters for Christmas and Valentines day. They loved the experience too. I know times arent easy right now with the pandemic for many businesses in beauty and restaurant industries and I want to leave the review to help out a local business like that to keep them in our community and have them thriving. West Allis and Milwaukee in general needs more businesses like that!

Look no further, this is the place! I have gotten eyelash extensions elsewhere before but Fabu Eyes knocked them out of the park. Samantha is awesome, she is so sweet and gentle. The whole process is actually really relaxing with the comfortable chairs and the music going. Samantha is always on time and makes sure I get my eyelashes exactly the way I want. I always leave here happy. Its been about two weeks since my last appt and my eyelashes still look amazing!

Avoid this place at all costs! This place was suggested to me years ago, and I figured that since they had been in business for so long they would be good. I was wrong. I decided to finally get lash extensions for the first time, so I didnt really know what to expect. At first my lashes looked great, but I soon noticed that they were clumpy at the roots and hard to brush. I went to another salon for another service and the tech noticed that my natural eyelashes were actually glued together! I sent the business a private message on Facebook messenger asking them to refund or fix my lashes before writing this review, but they never responded. Clearly the owner no longer cares about customer service and is hiring techs who are unqualified.

Unprofessional. This is the second time I’ve been waiting outside way past my appointment time and no one is ever there on time. Wont be coming back

I had a full set of lashes done by Alyssa and they were absolutely perfect! They were exactly what I asked for, a little length but super natural! I’ve gotten so many compliments on them this past week and a half !! Additionally I barley have lost any lashes yet! Beautiful work!

My lashes were done by Jaleesa. I absolutely love them. She understood the exact style I was looking for. She was professional, fast, and the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be going to her again.

I waited until after I had my first filler appointment to post this (super long) review so I could share how my experience went. As a long time sufferer of photophobia and trichotillomania (specifically pulling my lashes) I seriously thought I would NEVER be able to have lash extensions. But, I forced myself over the course of a month to stop pulling so that I had just enough lashes to get extensions.The day of my first appointment I was nervous. I have sensitive eyes and they water a lot... but Zuly was SO patient with me. The way a regular appointment goes is you walk in, they give you a cleanser for your eyes - so you go into the rest room and clean your eyelids and lashes. Then they take you back to a room with 4 really comfy leather recliners, you sit in one of them and they even give you a cozy blanket to bundle up in. From there they tape down your lower lashes - this is the most uncomfortable part. My eyes water so badly when things get close to my eyes - but Zuly was super patient and managed to get my lashes taped down. Then she adjusted her light so the brightness wouldnt make my eyes water and got to work. The initial application took about 3 hours. They have music on and you can just relax and let them do some work.I got the Russian Volume set and I was so pleased with the outcome! I didnt even recognize myself in the mirror! It was completely worth the expense. Zuly did everything she could to fill in the gaps in my natural lashes due to trichotillomania and she did a great job. After my appointment my self confidence went through the roof. I didnt feel the need to wear makeup anymore other than a little mascara on my bottom lashes and my eyebrow pencil! My prep time in the mornings is next to nothing and each morning I woke up next to my husband for the next week I would bat my luscious lashes at him and say I woke up like this. LOLI managed to keep my lashes dry for the 48 hours after my appointment (which is crazy cause Im emotional and cry fairly often LOL) and I took care of my lashes by brushing them multiples times every day. I bought a pack of disposable clean mascara wands on Amazon for under $10 and still have a ton left after the initial 3 weeks.Check the photos for a side by side comparison of my lashes each week throughout the initial 3 weeks. I kept my lashes clean and brushed and I slept on my back or my side with my lashes off of my (clean!) pillow case. I still had a ton of lashes left by the time my filler appointment came around. I was starting to lose them a lot while brushing during the 3rd week, however, and they often got twisted at that time. So 2-3 weeks is definitely the ideal time to have fillers done!At my filler appointment Zuly had already planned for me and booked some extra time to accommodate for my sensitive eyes. Which its a good thing she did because mid way through my eyes were having issues. The filler appointment took about 2 hours this time and Zuly said that my gaps had pretty much all filled in with new growth! Having extensions has helped me to beat trich! I havent pulled since I got my new lashes!I LOVE my extensions and truly my only complaint is when I have mascara on my bottom lashes, sometimes my top lashes will get tangled in them (a welcome problem after years of not having ANY lashes!) beyond that I absolutely love my extensions and will be keeping them up in the future.That said - I highly recommend the ladies at Fabu Eyes. Theyre professional and kind and made this anxious lady completely at ease!

Poor experience! I was there from 3-6:30pm for a few flakes of lashes. I left with a stiff neck to the point that it hurt to swallow the next day. It took a whole week for my neck to recover. Update- I now notice that this review was done while I was under an alternative email address of mine, my name is Jeanette. Check your records again. I also called and spoke with management.

Loved the location and the stylist was amazing. I went to get my lashes lifted and tinted and they came out beautiful! Im sorry I forgot her name but she was so nice to speak with and made me comfortable while she was working on me. She was also very gentle which is such a big plus for me. I will absolutely be coming back!!

I got a hybrid set with Leslie for my wedding and they have lasted so well and looked so great in all my photos! Love the chairs and blanket they give you as well, super relaxing. My fills however have no lasted more than a week without looking sparse again.

I went here for lash extensions and the girl who did my lashes completely ruined my lashes. I went to another place to have my lashes looked at and removed and the lash technician could not believe her eyes. she said they glued clusters to your natural lashes and used so much glue. You know, the clusters that you can get at the pharmacy, well that is what was glued to me apparently. It took this other place an HOUR TO REMOVE THESE.. My natural lashes are completely ruined. I just cannot believe this. I have been so upset all day. I have never ever left a bad review. Matter fact, I have never left a review anywhere, but this is just so upsetting that I needed to share so others do not have the same thing happen to them.

The girls working their were very friendly but that doesn’t really make up for the fact that I had one of my eyes glued shut :( my lashes proceeded to all fall off within the following 3 days. They need to work on how they apply glue and be a lot more careful.

I’ve been getting soft glam here for about 3 months and I’ve always been more than pleased with the services! The lash techs are wonderful and always make me so comfortable and I love going here.

Had an amazing first appointment with Lydia, but my second time at Fabu Eyes was less than ideal. Lydia was booked, so I had to take whoever was available. After my 2nd fill, I didnt really look like I received a fill, and it was a bit painful. I was shocked to be charged $90 for work that didnt seem noticeable. Less than a week later, it was clear I needed more than a full fill... again. Maybe that lash tech was new. If you do check out Fabu Eyes, I definitely suggest booking with Lydia! Im disappointed with my 2nd appointment, and the substantial expense and inconvenience from that, but Im going to try just booking with Lydia moving forward and see how that goes. Shes seriously talented! I get the impression theres a lot of talented techs there, despite that less than ideal experience.Also, the environment is really nice and comfortable. They have the most amazing recliners, which isnt something Ive seen before at other salons.

I am now a former student, I took the eyelash technician beginners course and I can say it was one of my best decisions coming HERE for that education. I’m leaving knowledgeable and ready to apply that knowledge. I’d HIGHLY recommend taking their course if you are serious about becoming an eyelash technician.
