I have been participating in the weekly Bootcamps for about 16 months now at NSN and couldnt find the proper words to express the results in my health and appearance that I have gained. I LOVE the scheduled workouts. No thinking just show up and DO. 16 months ago I weighed 198.6 lbs. to date I weigh 150lbs and still reshaping my temple. Along with proper nutrition and the Bootcamp classes with the direction of both Josh and Sara this amazing transformation has happened. Members are welcoming and fun to be with. Outstanding facility with more equipment and training options than you could ever need! The daily bootcamps are tailored to meet all levels of ability, they are a lot of fun and provide great motivation to push your own personal limits if you want to.The owner is wonderfully friendly, enthusiastic and professional. This is a great place to work out and more importantly it is filled with great people.

Great gym, great atmosphere and the BEST prices youll find anywhere (and the only 24 hour gym in Weare). Bootcamp classes are amazing and they change every 6 weeks! (Different bootcamp every day of the week) tgeyee designed to be moderated for any and all fitness levels! I love this place
