For 5 months I was living with a slipped disc in my lower back. I could barely do anything. Couldn’t pick up a box, couldn’t sit/stand for a long period of time. The pinched nerve was getting worse and worse. Then I came across an ad on Facebook about Chiro One Wellness and my life changed within the first few weeks of coming in and getting readjusted. The group is extremely knowledgeable and also helpful. Ive been a patient for about a year and a half. Ive had huge improvements in my mobility, flexibility, and pain relief. At one time, I was not able to sit for long periods of time, run, or even stand for long periods dealing with 2 herniated discs and so forth. With Chiro One, I was able to start and maintain physical activities. Overall, Ive been much more productive at work and much more happier in my personal life. Absolutely love Dr. Dana and her staff my family and I have been going to them for 3 years! I did chiropractic care while I was pregnant and Dr. Dana was amazing she has great experience with pregnant women and that I believe attributed to me having a wonderful pregnancy. She has also done chiropractor care with my daughter since she was 2 months and again she’s absolutely wonderful.They are a wonderful clinic and their kindness, positivity and great attitudes is why they have so many patients and keep gaining new ones. Ive been going here for almost a year now and Ive been seeing great improvement! My neck pain is substantially less, and practically gone. They listen to me and work with me to make my body feel better. I will recommend anyone to this location. Dr. Dana and Dr. Asad are great doctors. The staff, Denia, Nikki, Karina, and Shay are great. Incredibly annoyed with this practice. It was incredibly sales pitch, every thing, including the talk about my x Rays, seemed incredibly rehearsed. But whatever. I decided to do it anyway. They made it seem heavily that my insurance covered it and I would only be paying my deductible. Nope! Not covered so now Im paying, and the deductible they told me I needed to pay was my freaking out of network deductible! Even though I should have personally checked, I feel very deceived by these people. They seem to do or say whatever it is they have to, regardless of your health, to get you in there.

The ladies are so professional. Great doctors. My first time getting this kind of treatment. It’s a great environment, I feel right at home. Highly recommend.

Dr. Dana is absolutely wonderful! She and her team of technicians have been so helpful on this journey to healing. My first spinal adjustment was amazing! I never knew such relief could be felt in an instant. At first, I wasnt totally comfortable with the open floor concept with exercise stations during my initial visit to the office for a consultation. However, at my first official appointment I discovered it actually adds an interactive element to the whole experience. Because of this I always look forward to my appointments. I highly recommend Chiro One Wellness Centers!

Dr. D and her magically strong hands are getting me and my family back on the right track. The staff is so friendly and I feel like Im visiting friends rather than going to therapy. Dr. D has been able to correct my leg discrepancy from hip replacement that I had given up fixing without surgery. They provide whole body healing and Id reccomend anyone to give it a try before going under the knife.

When I first walked through the door I was stooped over and walking with a limp. The pain in my right hip was so severe that I couldnt even through my leg over my motorcycle much less ride any distance. After the first few visits I was noticing an improvement in my posture and mobility. It has taken several months but I can honestly say that I am fully mobile and able to do the 400 mile a day rides. Doc Dana and her staff are exceptional. The office has an open atmosphere and patients are encouraged to talk to one another. During my time in treatment I had lost my job and as a result I also lost my insurance. They were able to work out a reduced payment plan that I could afford so that I could continue my treatment. They truly care about their patients. I recommend Chiro one to anyone.

Signed up with the place. The next day some thing happened with my 91 yr old father. We went it to tell the people we couldnt commit to the time that was necessary for the treatment. After being told my dad was 91 yesterday I was told we would only be charged for 1 adjustment each.. 3 weeks later there is a $1000 charge on my credit card. Now trying to get a hold of them without a return call. Look out all!! Look out chiro one!!

These people are thieves. I went three time and was disappointed with their service so I stopped but they charged my credit card anyways. Now it is in dispute because they wont acknowledge they cant charge my credit card without service. Dont give them any financial information, they will charge you at whim .

I have been a patient for a while for neck and back issues but had to interrupt my weekly visits for shoulder surgery. After four weeks, the surgeon said I could return for chiropractic treatment. I cant believe how much better my neck is feeling after my first return visit! Even though it was only a short break in treatment, my neck mobility had decreased much more than I realized. Since the surgery, I have not been able to do some of the home exercises I had been doing, and it really had an effect. However, since it was gradual, I did not notice the impact. After the first return adjustment, I realized how stiff my neck had become (which was undoubtedly compounded by continuous use of the sling) and how much more normal it was following my visit to Dr. Dana. Also, I did not have any more headache symptoms starting that night and have had much better sleep every night since. The staff there is wonderful, always positive and professional, and is truly concerned about all their patients progress. Highly recommended!

Dr. Dana is hands down the best medical professional I have ever seen in my life. I’ve been to other chiropractors who just blew past my concerns and this experience was incredible. For the 11 months I attended ChiroOne I felt like part of the family and that my concerns were always top priority. My hardest goodbye when I moved was with Dr. Dana. This facility not only made drastic and unimaginable changes to my physical health, but my mental and emotional health has increased as well. The addition of Dr. Asad to the team was exciting and boosted my confidence in chiropractic capabilities. I’m so thankful I got to work with the wonderful care team for so long. Text 1st off, a sales rep convinced me to go to a consultation which I was interestin for $20. Durant I only had slight pains from an ax and about to happen a few years ago prior to this. The 1st part of this consultation was a sales pitch video. The questions that be assistant asked as well as the chiropractor were barely revolving around medicine. Majority of the time it was a sales pitch fight immediately discounting of $15000 bill. They took x-rays of my spine and following that the chiropractor decided to crack my back. Never allow them to crack your back! I now experience more soreness and pain than I ever have a 4 and a constant need to crack my neck.

I give 2 stars because I just went to there office yesterday and it was not a placent experience. As soon as you walk in you get hit with a not a good smell. The mats are not clean you have kids running around where others are getting treatments.

Dr. Dana and her staff are great. Very very busy. If you don’t want to wait 2 hours to get adjusted you have to get there right when it opens and line up outside. Depending on what your there for they X-ray you at the end of every portion you sign up for so mine was every 12 weeks. They don’t shield you at all. So lumbar or cervical, if you have ovaries or a thyroid I guess those don’t really matter as much as keeping up with how everything is aligned but if you’re really not that messed up then it’s really not worth the frequent radiation exposure. Corporate also likes to call and convince you to take down your bad reviews so please do not call me. I have decided to stop going simply because I don’t feel as bad as I used to and it’s not worth the radiation and having to wait 2 hours to be seen every week.

Chiro1 has really help me to regain ABITY & STRENGTH in areas of my body was enabling me to stand & walk ! Im so GRRATFULL for all the people here at Chiro1 in Waukegan. Thanks everyone

Very great and personable practice.At first I thought, whats going on here, but then everything made sense. The practice participates in every big event - Halloween / Thanksgiving / Christmas - and insert the patients with competitions! The way they do the reintroduction is great, two wonderful doctors (sometimes more) and a great team who take care of you. Great education and understanding. Top job. Would go there again and again!
