Receptionist are very polite and find ways to help your visit go smoothly and quickly. Overall professional service.The dr could have been a tad more the particulate.that’s why 4 stars not 5

I went a couple weeks back for some labs that the nursing program requested I get done. I didnt have an appointment and only waited about 20 minutes. I didnt have a babysitter and they were being so patient with my daughters mood. The blood draw was quick and painless. Not surprising though, I always have a great experience at this DOD.

Very pleasant and efficient staff. Wait time was supposed to be 3 hours but they got me in about an hour after arrival!

They rejected me because they had said i had covid I could of been treated with them I did not have covidNegative they reject people because they are scared of symptoms that they are supposed to help COVID ISNT THE ONLY DISEASE OUT THERE FEVER IS A SIGN OF OTHER INFECTIONSSo if they dont have all the symptoms its not always covid I had something else and because of them I got sent away you need to think and be more considerate

Ivan did my vaccine shot both times and I literally didn’t feel anything !!! He’s amazing with needles !! Y’all should ask for him !

Out of all the Doctors on Duty in Monterey County, this is my favorite! The level of care is head and shoulders above the rest. Their bedside manner is impressive and I appreciate all they do.

Drs On Duty are wondering caring people. Very friendly and courteous . I was very satisfied with my dr. And would recommend anyone needing care to go there. The staff was very friendly and the dr. Was awesome. I will keep them as my dr. From now on out. The wait was short and fast and parking was easy. All I can say is go there and you will be satisfied.

The staff here is kind and helpful. They havent been taking appointments recently so wait times can be a little long but they will hold your spot and call you to come back when it is your turn to be seen. They work hard to get to their patients. They will work after hours to see/call their waiting patients. Id recommend this office.

The wait time is never very long when I go there, they also have a tool on their website that you can check and see how long the wait time is she get in line virtually. Everyone is friendly and professional and willing to take the time to explain make sure I understand whatever treatment is being offered.

Audrey Payne has been very helpful in all my medical needs. When I found out I had cancer, it was very difficult for me but she always made me feel important and has been there when I need referrals and medication refills. Thank you all for your excellent service. I am very blessed to have you as my primary care provider.

Went to Doctors on duty at 12:35. When asked can I help you ? I replied I have something in my left eye. The women behind the counter said we are not taking anymore patients today. I guess that means No Doctor On Duty. What a joke.

They’re so good at their job as well as professional. I came here first for work comp and received excellent service; I came today for a tb test. I have a HUGE phobia of needles and cry like a baby every single time. The nurse was extremely patient with me and I highly thank her for that. I felt so bad she dealt with me because I know I’m a pain thanks to my phobia but she was so kind to me I’ll never forget that.

Ive been to other urgent care providers who, with the same number of people waiting before me, made me wait over an hour and then were not even remotely kind in our interactions. I appreciate that this location offered both attentive staff and proficient care.

Everybody here is wonderful. Danny Johnson PA-C and his MA Ivan Ramirez took great care of me! I felt like they both went the extra step to make my appointment pleasant and comfortable.

I was hesitant to go to doctors on duty because my insurance is not so great but Im glad I did. Dr. Audrey Payne treated me with kindness, gave me an inhaler and a few days off work to rest so that I can get better and return to my new job. I was also walked to the front by the manager who wished I get better soon. This place is full of warm and caring people. Thank u doctors on duty.

If you need care for a toddler, dont waste your time go to ER. After driving 30 min to see them, my son was seen by the doctor promptly (the one silver lining), but he said there was nothing he could do for him and he needed to see a pediatric doctor instead. Apparently they cant prescribe any kind of antibiotics. Son had a 101 fever for the last 2 days and a bad cough. After my wife was very mad about nothing being done, they did call in a script for a steroid to help with the cough. Overall, not the place to take young kids.

Thank goodness for Doctors on Duty. I was not feeling good at all and was well taken care of by all the staff. Steve Rigor PA was very compassionate and ensured I felt better before leaving the clinic. The medical assistants Cynthya and Bob were very kind and caring. Receptionist Sue was able to register me quickly and be seen as soon as possible. Thank you for all your generosity.

I took my wife here after she suffered a serious fall and injury to her shoulder. The staff here was excellent! She was quickly taken into an exam room, then got an x-ray of her shoulder. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Steve came in, reviewed the x-ray, and immediately phoned a referral to one of the best surgeons in Monterey (where we live). We could not be happier with the helpfulness, the courtesy, and the professionalism of the doctor, technician, and staff here!

Had a QFT blood draw done here by Olivia. She is great! Quick, efficient, and overall a great experience.The wait time was also < 10 minutes which was great! I had come here once before and had a similar procedure done. Wait time was a little more, but not bad for a walk in!

I went to my first visit after not being satisfied with my previous doctor. From the minute I walked in the staff was warm and friendly. I saw Dr. Allison Helms which was not only easy to speak to, but compassionate and informative. I received prompt and thorough care from this visit and was put at ease instantly in regards to putting my healthcare into their hands.

Went in to get checked out for a pretty bad cold I had been having for over a week and was greeted by a very nice friendly receptionist who helped me get started with paperwork and such. Not a bad wait to get back into a room either, less than a half hour. Once in my room I was greeted by a very friendly Audrey Payne, who was very friendly and helpful when explaining and going over what my symptoms more than likely meant. I walked out feeling very good with my visit. And hours later am already starting to feel a little bit better. Highly recommend Watsonville DOD...

The employees at this facilty are very welcoming and knowledgeable. The provider Steve Rigor is nice and listens to your medical problems and works hard to make you feel better. I highly recommend this place, thank you all for everything!

The only good thing is the PA that works here and at the aptos and SC office. The secretary doesnt ever call me back to confirm appointments and just schedules you without telling you and then sends you a bill for missed appointments. They are rude on the phone and their attitude is poor. Whomever is managing this place needs to enroll their staff into some obedience class and a business class. Wont be going here unless I need to see my PA who is extremely knowledgeable and very caring.

I was recently seen at this facility. I was courteously greeted by Carmen at the reception desk. I was taken back a few minutes after I was done with the paperwork.The medical assistant who triaged me was very nice and helpful, her name is Mireya.I was seen by Heather, she asked a lot of questions trying to get to the root of my problem, she was very knowledgeable for her apparent young age. She came up with a great plan.On the way out, I was discharged by Teresa, also a very nice lady. I left feeling these people really cared. I will urge all of my friends to come here if they need to.

SMH.Sent in a Student to help me?Not quite sure if its this or that?Prescribe my meds to the wrong location?Why ask me where I want it to begin with???

Even though i had to wait 40 mins to get seen as a walk in , they seriously took care of me once i was in room & i was out with in 30 mins! Thank you Dr steven & teresa !!

Waiting time is TERRIBLE. i had an appointment for 3:30 pm. i showed up and see that my name is up next on the monitor screen and i waited in the lobby until 5:00 for them to finally call me in. HORRIBLE

I had a really bad experience with them, they made me wait 1 hour after my appointment, the guy who’s in the front was not professional at all, no welcome no nothing, I was talking to him and he was ignoring me the whole time.
