When you walk in you have to sign in on an ipad. Then they send a link to your phone and you have to fill out the same information on your phone. THEN after that, you have to fill out 4 sheets on a clipboard with the same information!!!! It’s Covid, why isn’t everything paperless, and why am I filling out the same time when I’m here in urgent care and not feeling well. Please put a better system in place!!!

My experience here today was amazing! The best I’ve had at this particular location. Very outstanding, Thanks to Ms.Paris, Ms.Diamond, and Dr.Angela. From the moment I walked in all the way til I left the communication and connection between the staff and the patient was clear, understanding and caring they all cared why I was being seen and showed their concern. Ms.Paris started off my experience and definitely made me feel like my time is very valuable and important! Absolutely love these staff members there will definitely recommend this location anytime these staff members are on duty!! 10/10 amazing job ladies!!

The staff is simply amazing! You feel welcomed as soon as you step foot in the door. Paris had great customer service. It was nice building a rapport with her. I felt like I knew her forever. Nurse Justice was really nice and was very personable. Last but not least, Dr. Joanne made our day! She was very informative and her sense of humor was like no other. She was very kid friendly and handled us with care. I recommend this facility 100%.

The reason why I can give this review a 5 star rating even though the wait time was very long both times I have came in, is because of Paris the receptionist she is very welcoming. This is my second visit to the Waldorf Shoppers World location and Paris is very nice, helpful, friendly and has great customer service. Shea our Nurse was also very nice and helpful and Dr. Jessica was also very nice, friendly and informative. Keep up the amazing work ladies.

I just want to say the customer service here is wonderful. It all started with Paris the front desk greeter. She made you feel comfortable and welcomed.Always letting you know what was going on about your wait time. Her whole attitude was amazing, she never never came off as if you were bothering her. She was there for you wholeheartedly.

It was a beautiful and lovely experience dealing with these ladies at the shoppers world location. It is a must visit for all your medical needs. So nice I have to mention them by name. Paris is the receptionist who has a bright welcoming smile. Both diamond and Ashley who are quick and speedy nurses. Dr Henry need i say more.

Everyone was so nice. The facility is clean. Even though I was a walk in I didn’t have wait long. Paris the receptionist is super sweet and Nurse Cynthia was great too! 10/10 I definitely recommend this location.

I loved that Paris explained that they were a little behind today and I completely understand as I am in the medical field as well. it was probably a little more than an hr before I was seen and i was absolutely fine! It was all because Paris explained it ahead of time and I know what its like on the other side of the counter. I mean If what I had going on was extremely dire or didn’t want to wait I couldve either gone to another location or a hospital emergency room 😊. Once I got to the back, before I knew it I was back out the door Lol 😂 Diamond was so sweet and friendly and Dr. Ashleys bed/ chair side manner was awesome as well!! I hope they see this, they were absolutely amazing ladies!

Great experience! We were seen quickly! Paris, receptionist at front desk, was friendly and efficient and kept things running smoothly. Shawnay, nurse, was also friendly and very informative. And Dr. Weber was quick and straight forward and even had us laughing!

My experience today was amazing. From the time me and my family walked in Paris greeted us with excellent customer service. My 8yr was nervous but Diamond was so gentle and polite that she calmed down and felt comfortable. Dr. Brandon was very thorough and answered all my questions and do not make me feel as if I was bothering him. I thank the staff and I will be returning.

I was there for about 2 hours for something minor. Overall, my visit was pleasant. I would recommend coming to this facility.

Everyone was so nice! It was a very busy day as we all know due to Covid wait times can be hours.. reception squeezed my two kids in between scheduled patients which is very unheard of these days. They got us in and out with no issues. I am very pleased with how everything went today. Fingers crossed they won’t have to see me any time soon but if I do have an emergency I will definitely be going back there.

Everybody at this urgent care are great! The front desk associate Paris is super nice and welcoming. Some places dont have that welcoming person they surely do! The nurses did everything needed in a timely manner and Dr. Dyson was able to provide me with some answers resolving my issue. Great staff of people !

Shawna, Diamond, and Paris were amazing. They showed great customer service to me from the time I walked into the facility and left. I truly appreciate all the love and support they showed me after already having a bad day! They are a great staff to have and it would not be good to lose such amazing workers! As i work close to here and have been sick a littlelately i always at greeted by Paris with a loving smile and fun personality! She is so nice and easy to understand and very helpful! Diamond is very supportive and understanding and wants to help fix a problem if you’re not feeling right and tries to find every option to rule out anything! Dr. Dan is so nice and such a people person very easy going! You will not leave here un-satisfied ✨

My family and I visited here to get Covid tests done. Though they only had 2 appointments left the very friendly receptionist Paris was able to fit both my husband, my daughter and myself in.. They worked as a team & were all very friendly & professional! Our Nurse Monique did our triage and Nurse Brittany did our Covid-19 test. Everyone was extremely friendly to my 3 year old daughter. This was her first time being tested & they made her very comfortable. Finally we were greeted by Dr. Hussein. She was very professional & friendly & she answered all our questions without a problem! I will be back & I highly recommend this practice!!

The young lady at the front was honest about the delay due to a previous emergency. She was kind and thoughtful in her delivery. The assistant whos took my vital signs was kind and thorough. The doctor was friendly, personable and kind. I appreciate the kindness by all I encountered today. They are the exception and the standard in health care especially when the norm tends to be very cold and dismissive.

Paris was the receptionist was very accommodating informative and cheerful upon greeting. Shine the nurse was very knowledgeable of the symptoms I told her I was having. Romani the physician was stellar in his diagnosis and informing me of the immediate actions I needed to take. I highly recommend driving from wherever you are to be a patient at this Righttime facility. It was definitely worth the drive.

I usually dont write reviews, but the health care heroes at this urgent care were awesome. Despite a busy work day with people steadily coming in for care, Paris was super kind and took her time to explain to me everything I needed. The care I received from Monique and Dr. Campbell was top notch. A great experience for an urgent care visit.

Waldorf MD clinic. The staff was amazing courteous, such a nice greeting. The Dr was effective. But all the adm and med assistant were great. Would definitely go see them again. Ca not say the same for the la plata MD, med star urgent care it was painful horror experience. They should strive to level of expertise from the Waldo clinic. Thanks to the Waldorf office

I needed pre-op blood work and an EKG, but my primary care physician couldn’t see me until the day before surgery. I was able to get an appointment here for the morning after I called. Everyone was very nice and patient from the moment I checked in. A huge shout out to my nurse, Shawnay! Shawnay was so polite and friendly; I honestly enjoyed her company during my visit.

The staff at the Waldorf Location was phenomenal. Me and my 2 sons walked in to have Covid testing without and appointment and Paris at the front desk treated us as if we had appointments and got us right in. Her energy is awesome. This was the BEST urgent care I’ve been too in Southern Maryland. When you’re not feeling well and you’re already contemplating going to the ER or Urgent care, the last thing you want to do is have bad service when you arrive. They were AMAZING 🤩!!! I read reviews before going and they lived up to their rating.

I brought my family in this morning to get covid test for upcoming international trip. I was greeted by Paris who was very personable and nice. She supplied me with all the documents needed for me and my family to fill out. Monique and Brittany were nice also and check out vitals and performed the covid test with no discomfort, especially import as we have a 4 yr old who was not too happy last time she got tested at another location Dr. Hussein came in at the end to confirm we were feeling well and wished us to have a happy family vacation. Great staff to work with. Thank you.

Wait times are very long took about 2.5 hours to be seen by the MA. Then an additional 30 min for the Doctor to come. This location needs extra men power to get people in and out in a timely manner. Front desk receptionist was friendly. MA was somewhat friendly as well I could tell she was exhausted and burnt out. Besides the wait time overall customer experience wasn’t to bad. This place wouldn’t be my first option but I’ll keep them as a backup urgent care.

Usually my experience when I go is good. Paris always makes it pleasant as soon as you walk in the door and she keeps the same energy with everyone. Same with all the others Monique and Diamond. This time I had Dr. Hussein and she was very pleasant as well, no matter how busy they are or how short staffed they are they still maintain the friendliness and bedside manor.

Very seldomly do you hear that my visit to the Docs office was fantastic but this visit was just that. The staff was sharp and super personable. I love going to this Medstar. The lady at the service desk Paris directed me and helped me. My nurses Shawnay & Justice were super amazing. Dr. Dan was excellent he had me in and out. He told me what I needed to do to get my health back in order .

Just wanted to thank the staff for being so kind and helpful during our trip to urgent care. My 4yo needed stitches, we did not have an appointment, but the receptionist, Paris tried her best to move us up due to the nature of my son’s injury. Our nurse, Jessica was so sweet and caring that my son felt at ease right away. We had to return to get the stitches removed a few days later and we were so lucky to have Paris and Jessica assist us again. Also, Dr. Beauchamp was so great and extremely patient with my son. I brought my children in at the last minute to have Covid 19 testing conducted to continue recreational activities (camp). Paris. The receptionist was very welcoming as soon as we walked in and answered any questions I had. Our nurse Diamond made my children feel comfortable and ensured they understood how the testing would work and that it wouldn’t be painful. Doctor Gonella was also very kind and informative. I was in contact with a few people who may have contracted the COVID virus. To be responsible and proactive I went to Righttime in Waldorf. I was greeted by their Receptionist Ms. Paris and slid in to have my COVID test in such a fast manner. Called for cortisone shot as I am excruciating pain and urgent does not have or will not provide that. They why call it urgent care this is all about money and NOT Patient CARE! Never go there is you are sick or you will die!

The staff at the Waldorf location were fantastic. Paris is a true soldier, working while pregnant. She was thoughtful and considerate as well as professional. My nurse Jessica was very polite and informative. And Dr. Hussein diagnosed the problem and got me on my way expeditiously. Overall my experience was great with on exception. Medstar health systems needs to merge the data on all the former Righttime patients. So that the patient and receptionist do t have to manually filll out so much paperwork.

Upon my arrival I was instantly greeted with a ray of sunshine, namely Ms. Paris. Being my first time visiting since the start of the Pandemic, their process and procedures made me feel at real ease. Making my way to the triage area, Nurse Monique proved to be a gem as well. She was patient, especially her carefully explaining why the COVID tests (rapid and 7-Day) was required. Lastly, Dr. Longchi reassured and delivered just as the staff did prior to her entry. All in all, Im always pleased with the service when I come here. Please keep up the stellar service.

On this morning, June 19, 2021, around 8:15 am I brought my daughter in for an urgent visit. Only one other family was in the facility. The front desk nurse or receptionist told me to sit if I didn’t have an appointment. She (nurse/receptionist) didn’t ask any further questions regarding why we were even there.Never called me back up to take my information. Someone she knew walked in and instantly got paperwork to get started on.I left immediately and went to Med Express… Very disappointed in Righttimes customer service. However, MedExpress was pretty awesome!The owner should watch the video if they have cameras… Poor customer service!!!!!

They didn’t care about my son’s symptoms just how they could make money off of us. My son had a cough and runny nose, common for a kid in daycare, NO OTHER symptoms. Daycare said he has to be seen by a dr before he can come back. I tell the nurse practitioner that he has a history of allergies, he has been outside more lately. What does MedStar do? Run a rapid Covid test and it’s negative. Then they tell me I have to quarantine my son for 3 days until they get the results back before even bothering to check my son for any of the actual reasons he was brought in. After me saying that he has allergies and normally his primary Dr would advise us to up the dosage of allergy meds THEN they decided to listen to his lungs and check his ears. No prognosis, no confirmation of allergies or another problem. Just quarantine until the results come back. Now I have to make an appointment tomorrow to see his pediatrician to have someone actually check my son out to see why he has a runny nose and cough (probably just allergies). What a waste of time and money.The only positive was the nurse was very friendly and nice to my toddler. She seemed very caring.

Ms. Paris was the first face I saw and voice that I heard walking through the door. Her voice and personality was so friendly, she spoke to us like she knew us. I even had to look behind me bc I thought that maybe she was speaking to someone else..lol. Once brought for triage, Ms. Shawnay was so kind and gentle with my son. He was very anxious and she was so patient and reassuring with him. She explained everything that she would do and gave him an opportunity to settle himself before getting the lab sample, this helped him tremendously. When we were finally seen by the provider, he was evaluated by NP Camille. She was so sweet and kind, he was very comfortable with her. Again, she also explained everything that she would do before doing it, allowing him to feel like he still had control over the situation and his body. She was friendly and explained everything clearly. I always prefer to take my some to pediatric facilities because...well...hes a kid. However, I have brought him here several times and each time the providers are super awesome when handling him and I never leave feeling like I made the wrong decision. The service that I received on my last visit will keep me coming back for my urgent care needs when they arise. Thank you Right Time staff!

Great great clinic. I personally experienced a very polite and friendly group of staff members while getting my Covid-19 test taken care of. The receptionist Paris was very professional and helpful. The nurse Monique as well as Dr. Charlene got me in and out and were extremely professional in the process. The only thing that didn’t go so smooth was trying to call and setup the appointment but that’s out of the staff members control. They did assist me right then and there on setting up an appointment online and got me taken care of. Off that experience, I highly recommend them.
