My Mom had a appointment set up and they told us she had to get the COVID19 Test done 24 hours before her appointment and that it would be provided by them. Her appointment date came and we thought they would call my mom 24 hours before since they said the test had to be done and would be provided by THEM. We called multiple times to figure out when she was going to get her test done and no one answered. My mom heads to her appointment and when she arrives she’s told that she won’t be getting tested because she didn’t have her Covid19 test. She calls me so I can speak to the doctor and he said she needs to get her test done in my head I’m thinking why didn’t she get her test done if it was going to be provided by them ,but I just let it go. The next day I call in regards of the Covid19 test and a women answers and tells me that they DON’T provide the test. At this point I’m so confused. One tells me they provide the test and the other says they don’t?? After all this confusion my mom decided to wait a couple of weeks because she was afraid of getting the test done. She gets her test done by Family Healthcare and we call back after she had gotten her results from her test and the doctor ask where she got her test done and he said that it has to be done by Kaweah. Now my mom has to get another Covid test done and we have to call them so they can schedule the appointment for us at Kaweah. They are so UNPROFESSIONAL and NOT INFORMATIVE. When they scheduled my moms appointment the first time why didn’t they schedule her Covid19 test too ? All I really want is this sleeping test to be over with so my mom can get the surgery she needs!!

I had my sleep study done here and the staff here are very professional and they spent the time to answer any questions I had. I would recommend this facility to everyone. They made it very comfortable and they were very kind. I am very glad I had this done.

I had an enjoyable evening as Geraldine took very good care of me and answered all my questions explaining all the procedures and putting me at ease from the very beginning. The room and bathroom was spotless and the bed and pillows very comfortable. Nothing could have been done better in any way! Thanks again Geraldine I enjoyed our time together!T.W. Everything was nice and clean, the workers were very nice. They lady miss Geraldine was very gentle and took care of me. I was very nervous and at times felt like i couldnt breath. And she helped me... Thank you

Great staff. Comfy beds. Rooms are welcoming and not hospitalized looking.

My son was here for his sleep apnea a couple months back. Great staff, very respectful, explained the entire process made my son feel comfortable and he loved it here!
