I have been trying to reach Elizabeth for DAYS.. she does not pick up phone. So I decided to text message.. figured it would straight forward.. she told me she was not available for an upcoming weekend.. but had availability the following weekend.. I try to get a real date locked down and then she says she is now all booked.. HORRIBLE way to run a business. I purchased several massages.. will end up using none. I wish I would have read reviews first as I can she no customer service skills and works sometimes.. I guess..

Been going to Elizabeth for over a year now and she is awesome! I have been struggling with neck and back pain for a while and schedule regular massages with her at least once a month. She has been great and I will continue to be a loyal client to her as I have no complaints.

I had a massage and facial appointment last week at Akari. I had never been there before but immediately felt relaxed when I walked in. I did not feel rushed at all and the treatments were great. The knots in my shoulders were worked out and my headache was gone when I left. THANK YOU Akari, for helping me feel better!

Do not go to Elizabeth Jones! This woman was very rude! At one point, she got upset with me because I had to work on a day she wanted to perform the massage and hung up on me! I called back and told her how rude that was. She said, Sorry. I was getting upset. What?! I was just trying to use a gift certificate that I received on my birthday in DECEMBER. Wow! Long story short, it was already APRIL and I still hadnt received my massage! And I never ended up getting it because she called me the day before I finally got an appointment saying she hurt her wrist and would be out of work for 2 weeks. Are you kidding me? This woman needs to learn business ediquite and proper phone skills. Very unprofessional! Never again!

Got my wife a massage via Groupon with Elisabeth Jones, who abruptly canceled her first appointment within an hour of the scheduled time (which took weeks just to get and had to be scheduled months out due to Elizabeth’s schedule), then canceled again just a few hours before the rescheduled time. Both times we had to work out childcare for our kids which is hard enough without having to do over and over. When asked about a refund instead of rescheduling a third time she was rude. I would not recommend scheduling anything with her. After looking at the Groupon reviews (instead of just the star rating) apparently this is a common occurrence for her.
