My parents were ready to get different hearing aids. They got them from a different place. They had their hearing checked and they didnt need new hearing aids they just needed the someone to take the time to fix the ones they have. They were very nice and courtius to my parents. They fixed them and now both my parents both hear very well again!

This place is a total joke. 100% unprofessional and unorganized. Throwing blame on doctors and insurance companies when their own staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They are not worth the hassle or heartache. They do not know what a hearing impaired persons world is like with out hearing aids.
