He said I had a curvy and Windee colon and he had to shoot air into the colon which I know is protocol but he shot it so fast it was incredibly painful. I don’t know if he can control the speed of the air coming out of the scope but if he can’t he needs to purchase one where he can because I will never go back or recommend him. He is a nice man but I don’t think he’s very empathetic about how painful that really is.

Never meet the Dr. It was an PA who was vever nice & set everything up to have both procedures at the same time. Seven days before my procedures I get a phone call He doesnt feel comfortable doing both the colon.& the endos. at the same time. What?? Then I dont feel comfortable with him as my doctor!! My last doctor (who retired now) didnt have a problem & things went fine. Trying to make more money sounds like to me

He is an amazing Dr he found my colon cancer in 2009 since my surgery in 2009 I have been cancer free for 8yrs. He and his staff are all amazing

Had to stand in the office for almost two hours past my appointment time before being seen by a PA who sent out for a refferal. Its been almost three months and I have yet to year back from their office. Ive been trying to call them for weeks and they NEVER answer their phone and dont have a answering machine or message service.

My boyfriend Scheduled a colonoscopy for this morning and Dr Au is a no show!!! What more need be said?? Inexcusable!!
