The front desk clerk is very rude. I believe a Doctors staff represents him. There is no communication or messages being relayed to him when he is not there. That is a problem when it comes to his patients. My husbands first time experience was neglectful. He also put him on a medication that counteracts with his current medications. He is hard to get a hold of when you have issues with current treatments and the staff is impossible to work with when he is not there.
