Everyone is always very pleasant and caring there. Dr. Shawn is working very hard on my case.Kelly in my book is #1 in her profession. She has gone above and beyond to help with my insurance problems. The staff is wonderful.

This was a terrific experience from start to finish! I went in to have a couple of cysts removed, and the staff was extremely kind and caring. Taneka was the receptionist; she was very warm and friendly and had a delightful personality. Lisa and Ale assisted in my procedure and were very thoughtful and wonderful at explaining everything that was going on. The P.A. that performed the procedure was Sylvia, who had a delightful disposition and did her job with expertise and great consideration. The whole team made sure that I was comfortable, explained everything they were doing in detail, and made sure that the areas were completely numb before excising the cysts. I highly recommend this place!

1 star is pushing it. I had a pleasant experience my first time (although it felt rushed and like I was just another patient they were trying to wade through). I had an appointment for May (one month later) and I got a call saying they needed to cancel. Then I reschedule for June and I get a call again saying they need to cancel because my provider still isn’t there. So I call them had to leave a message and when they finally call me back she says they’re booked through July 21s. REALLY!? You canceled on me 2 months in a row and then say you can’t get my in. So my one month between visits would now be 3. Ridiculous and the girl helping me was rude and unhelpful. Didn’t seem like she cared at all.

I love this office! All the staff as well as dermatologist are very nice and professional! Ill definitely be staying here and returning for anything skin related! They dont disappoint.

This appointment was actually for my husband Bruce, we both feel very good with our treatment here. We see Shawn so Im not sure about any of the others.

The receptionist is rude has such a bla personality. Very upsetting when your paying for their services to only feel like your bothering them. I will definitely be looking into a new dermatologist.

I had four moles removed for biopsy and nobody called me with results for over a month. I called numerous times and the receptionist repeatedly told me I just had to wait for someone to get to it. When they finally did, I was called and told I had two that needed to be removed urgently. I went to a different office for follow up when I couldnt get an appointment to have them removed- and then found out it was actually one. The visalia office is poorly managed and disorganized currently.

I absolutely am so very thankful for the care I received from Carla Jones PA-C. I had some skin issues around my cuticles from a virus I picked up during a manicure 8 years ago. After many different doctors and a lot of money, I tried Lux a month ago and she finally addressed them and cleared them up. She is a miracle worker!!

Told me I could pay cash. I refused to sign a consent form for insurance payment. They refused to see me. The receptionist kept trying to tell me that the consent forms were just read and acknowledge... they were not.

They scheduled an appointment to tell us we need to schedule an appointment some place else. They also were going to send us away without telling us which kind of skin cancer nor the name of the doctor they were sending us to to have it removed.

Staff at Lux Dermatology are cheerful and helpful.

I arrived a half hour early new patients are told to arrive with time to fill out paperwork I was a little apprehensive. When the dr. Walked in she quickly eased my apprehension and made me feel so comfortable. She was so kind and patient.

It’s been 2 months since I switch my son over from L.A Laser skin care (I don’t recommend) to here (Lux) and so far I like them. They gave me a break down of everything, Friendly staff.

I dont recommend this place. Made a appointment 3 weeks ago and they called 3 days before my app and asked if I could reschedule as they overbooked (not my fault they overbooked after scheduling me) I told them I couldnt reschedule as I already had requested app day off from work, and the receptionist said ok. Well 2 hrs before my app the receptionist calls and tells me that they have to reschedule my app as the Drs car broke down and he couldnt come in. I will find another Dermatologist thats reliable.

Friendly staff. Great doctor

Quick consultations most of the time, took over a year to be able to stabilize my acne problem, and they are constantly changing doctor schedules which becomes really hard to be consistent and go to appoint es for people who a have a full time job!!! Recently relocated to nice newer location.

The staff at Lux Dermatology is consistently kind, respectful, and proactive. They always make me feel comfortable and cared for.

They helped me clear my face so I didnt have pimples on my face.
