Thanks Susan and David for helping me with my urn order. I only had a weekend to look for one and ship it oversea for my grandma. This company made everything quick and easy for me. Susan answered all questions and picked up the phone even on Sunday. After I placed an order, I wanted to pick it up to save time, David had it ready within 2 days. The piece is beautiful and made from the top quality. I shipped the urn oversea and it came in perfect.

I purchased the companion urn so that we could scatter the ashes together for my parents. The company was very helpful in getting the memorial label prepared and completed for the urn; they even allowed me to add additional text at the last minute!! We put the complete ashes for my mother and my father (2 separate bags) in the companion urn as described in the instructions. We had a boat operator take us 3 miles out in the Gulf of Mexico near Cedar Key, FL. I carefully placed the urn horizontally on the surface of the water; the conditions were a bit choppy. The urn floated beautifully for 30 seconds or more, then it gradually turned upwards as it filled with water. Then it sank... also, pretty gradual. We were very pleased with the results, although it happened fast. We were confident that the ashes for my parents had been scattered together; it was reassuring to know that the urn worked correctly as promised and co-mingled their ashes. I had a great experience, I found the perfect resting spot in a custom urn for my dad that suddenly passed. I also ordered two necklaces that were perfect. They sent out a sample picture to ensure everything was spelled properly, the font, the picture etc. It looks perfect and my dad I know would love it. My necklaces came in and were beautiful as well, pricing compared to what you would get at a funeral home is good, especially for a custom urn. Just a few things I would let folks know is that if you are in Canada you will have to pay duties which was an additional $70 but I expected that. Also, the amethyst necklace I ordered is bigger and heavier than I thought but theres only a little spot for ashes. I will the chain was a tad bit longer as well but again Im very happy with everything and the service I had was great. Id definitely order again to get what I was wanting. Thank you!!! Dad is enjoying watching us from his resting spot.

Ordering online was easy and the engraving came with our urn. We were contacted about a possible complication however it was resolved the next day and we got exactly what we ordered without having to settle for something else and we’re glad we did! Our urn was the baby girl wrapped in angle wings on top of a wooden box with gold engraving on the front. It is absolutely beautiful and perfect! The engraving is well done and it doesn’t look like a cheap keepsake you would get from a chain store. It’s actually a little bigger than I expected and how it looks on the pictures which is also a plus. I would recommend this company to anyone. This is a great company. When I had a question, they replied to my email within hours. When I ordered my items, I received them in two days flat, and I’m not even in the USA where the company is! My order was perfect, and the products were too, even better in reality than what the pictures depicted. Also, excellent prices compared to my local funeral homes that wanted $1700 for an urn. The cost of shipping and handling was steep, but all in all, I saved a good $1200 by ordering on line. I am very pleased with my shopping experience with In The Light Urns.

The pendant is beautiful! I would have given it five stars, but you should be aware that the writing, Always In My Heart is tiny. In the picture it looks bigger than what it is. I would like to see a way for the website to be able to magnify the items more. I also researched many pendants to see if any could hold a little more than a cubic inch of ashes. This pendant holds 1/4 cubic inch which is not much at all.

This company is wonderful. The quality of the items are exceptional I could NOT ask for anything better. Customer service is wonderful also they do not do anything without your approval. They also follow up with you to make sure you received your irltem and approve of the item. Most places do not care once they got their money but NOT this company they care EVERY step of the way. On these 3 occasions, I purchased small keepsake urn, cremation jewelry, scattering bamboo urns for a trip, and this purchase a custom inscription guitar urn and each purchase was perfect. I absolutely love the heart shape with the teardrop bracelet that I got. It looks so much better in person. It is well made. And something that is sure to last for years. The only complaint I have is that the funnel that came with it was super small and made of very flimsy plastic. They should provide a harder plastic and a funnel that is a little taller and wider at the top. If not you have to go super slow and it makes it harder to fill. I wont deduct a star for that because the funnel is not what I ordered, the bracelet is.I highly recommend this company. So pleased!

Absolutely perfect!!!!!! Krystal sent a mock up of the urn for my approval before it went to production. The urn is a beautiful resting place and tribute for my Dad. I did receive our urn for our little angel and I do absolutely love it BUT when my daughter received it her angels name was spelled wrong. I received my item after calling twice to get a tracking number. The company has very good customer service. I was not happy with the item I received because I expected it to be bigger. I spoke with Tami who provided excellent customer service and told me since my item was not engraved I can return it and will get full credit towards a different item. I mailed the item back yesterday and am awaiting it to arrive so I can receive my new item.

I received my order in a timely manner. It was very well packaged. It is the most beautiful urn I have ever seen and very well made. The Hover Helmet Alabama Urn is the most unique thing we have ever seen. The price was very reasonable and cheaper then everyone else and better quality then others. As devastated as I am over my grandmothers passing, Im glad she is in such a beautiful urn. She would love the blue color, as do I. The detail is intricate and elegant. Completely happy with my purchase! Arrived on time. Came with a mini screwdriver and a funnel for the ashes. It was for my daughter and she was brought to tears with happiness. Exactly what I was looking for! My only quibble was that the glass dome was coated with a very stubborn residue, possibly from the bubble wrap intended to keep it safe during shipping.I tried cleaning it with soap & water first, then white vinegar, and when neither of those worked, I resorted to acetone (nail polish remover) followed by soap & water, and that did the trick.

My daughter left me with the task of ordering the urn for my granddaughter. After days of looking for the perfect one, I returned to you after each search! My daughters only request was that it had to have a rose on it. Susan was helpful in suggesting a rose from another model to add to the one I selected and it turned out beautiful!!! I was somewhat disappointed in the durability of the biodegradable urn. When the funeral home placed the ashes in the urn, one of the corners pulled away and there was a crease. This urn needs to be sturdy to survive transit from my house to Norfolk VA for my husband’s burial at sea. It must be sent by USPS and I am anxious about its sturdiness to make the trip. The engraving and decorations were good, but unimpressed with the composition of the urn.

Loved this urn, however not all the ashes fit inside. Dimensions were perfect for the size of the niche. I needed a size medium which was not available. Otherwise unique piece, makes its own statement.

The items were shown with chains, but were not included with the pendants. The guitar urn is beautiful, it is a fitting memorial, but it is not big enough for the full measure of the man’s ashes. Everything else in working with this firm was commendable.

Horrible horrible horrible!!!!! Overall bad experience all around. First of all no parent wants to have to look for an urn for their child who hasn’t even been born yet (in my case where one of our twins didn’t survive)and plan a funeral and what not but I finally found an urn that I liked & when I got it there was a misspelled word, instead of saying “our” it said “ur” how do you not catch that? Secondly , they send me a replacement and it’s not even the same color or size as the one I actually wanted . I emailed the director who is supposedly “committed to going beyond expectations” to ask for a refund for our unhappy experience and haven’t heard anything in a week. I work in customer service and if someone was unhappy with my work I’d be doing everything to make it right, especially in such a sensitive situation. Pretty disappointed.

I purchased the Mother of pearl with wings urn pendant and golden heart urn, and I’m very happy with both. It was a bit of a struggle to fill the pendant, but it seals nicely and makes me feel closer to my Mom. The engraving on the back was well worth it. I highly recommend this piece and company.

I was a little upset after getting the charm and realizing that it didnt come with a chain. I didnt notice any where on the page where it said that this item didnt include a chain. Ive had my urn necklace for less than a week. Worn it maybe 3 times. The metal (whatever it is) has already started turning from silver to a pinkish hue. Not sure why, as I dont use perfume, lotion, etc. on my neck/chest area. It isnt even hot enough to sweat. Not happy AT ALL with the fact that my mothers ashes are stuck in such a disappointing piece. I unfortunately recommended this place to a friend before I received my piece and she spent $600 on a personalized urn that arrived without the plaque!!! Its ridiculous!!!!

Ordered a sea burial urn, the folding envelope pillow cardboard type and the urn itself was as expected, however the wording I requested wasnt as expected. I expected a metallic painted/printed wording, but what I got was military style block stenciling on brown paper overwrap sleeve. It still functioned well and looked nice. I just didnt have time to change it as the sea burial was on board a cruise ship and the date was closing in. The urn did its job, the sleeve was a disappointment as the images I saw were a gold print; not block style stencil cut. I paid a pretty price for the urn, but again it was functional and served its purpose. Thankfully I never planned to keep the urn. Its been thrown into the sea.
