Horrible place. I messed up my foot I took x rays for it and a week later they still didnt get the results. I called the x Ray place and they said everything was sent and the omni health refused to give me any kind of cast until they got the paperwork. When they received it they said it needed a few more days to be put in the system. They refused to accept the copies I brought after a week later. Still no cast. I had to go to urgent care to find out what the issue was with my foot. Dont go here

Went here today to get my follow up shot .I want to tell you vanessa..denise...teresa all were very curtious.everything was explained they were very patient with us.it went really quick I would highly recommend getting your shot and any medical visit you may need later on This is the place to go I got in and out without any hassle

I am new at this clinic and so far Dr. Macías has been great.She listened to me and really worked on getting me the referrals I needed.I am happy with this clinic so far!

I brought my son for immunizations and have been waiting 90 minutes to see the doctor. Crazy!!! We had a 1pm appointment and 90 minutes later I am currently just sitting here in the room with my son anxiously waiting. How horrible is that! You make a kid wait 90 minutes to get his shots. Never coming back here! Edit! 120 minutes and STILL WAITING!!! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Do not subject your kids to this torture!!!!!!!

You guys are childish. There Drs are very thorough and professional and thee staff members were very consistent and payed attention to your actual needs...

Dr Sichu, Spent the extra time to help me understand my problem. He ordered the tests needed and dident hesitate to set up referrals outside their own medical group. The Doctors, PA,s, & Nurses made me feel like they really cared about me as a person and my long term overall health needs. They addressed all my health care needs in timely manner over several appointments without fail. It is a brand new facility with all new staff that has never worked with each other. So there are a few problems but all were minor compared to the high quality of service rendered. Front office does need a little help with customer service issues. I highly recommend Omni if you looking for Primary Care Physicians

First time here everyone was very professional. My doctor was extremely nice and helpful answered all my questions. Had a great visit today I will be coming back.

If I could give 0 stars then I would! They dont really look into past medical history, they ask you what kind of meds you want instead of taking a full look into your history. You can tell them a narcotic works and they will say ok well give u that, with out even assessing you the right way. Doctor pretends to care and go over everything and say they are putting referrals then call in a couple weeks and no referrals ever put through. Happened with three different referrals through a two month period, (note:never got a referral I needed in the end) then God forbid you tell them they are wrong and they arent doing their job then theyll send a random mental health referral when you havent been seen by them for almost two months! DO NOT GO TO THIS DR UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE GIVEN MEDS THAT ARENT FOR UR CONDITION!! I drove to the bay just to find out simple medical problems that could have easily been identified by Omni if drs would have done their job.

Needed to have a simple blood test. Fourteen phone calls to the 800 number, on hold for a total of 346 minutes and then told I need to call back to schedule a consult with the PA (in Merced) to review the results. This was for a MMR antibody test

Had to call multiple times to try and get an MRI done with wait times always being 15 min plus no matter time of day you call. Never gave me a call back to update on authorization. Finally call insurance and they tell me I was declined due to no medical records being sent with referral. Horrible experience and customer service. Out to find a new clinic

11/05/2019 impossible to have a job and make an appointment. Call an 800 number get bounced around on hold average call about 30 min. Refills are impossible as I was told they go thru a main office not your doctors location. You can not even call the office where you go. Tried to return a call from the office 32 min on hold to be told I would have to make an appointment when they called me first. Very frustrated.Original review.Friendly staff. Dr Sidhu has a good bed side manner and very thorough. I like the late hours on Tuesday and Thursday.

It is. Very frustrating when you have to call a toll free number and your on hold for an average of 28 minutes. When you get a live person you cant get transferred to the office you are a patient at.
