The worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I come from Hollywood and that’s not even as bad as this place. These are small town women, I really don’t get it. Only reason I’ve gone to this place more than once was because of the price and their attitude doesn’t affect me when I leave those doors. I’ve tried killing them with kindness and have even humbled myself and not said much, but I’ve seen how they also treat others and they’re terrible human beings. Especially the blonde with the crooked teeth. A bad attitude paired with a bad face makes a terrible combination. If they just had a better attitude this place would get a lot more traffic and they’d even be able to charge more because of it. Only reason they’re still in business is because it’s dirt cheap.

The hair stylists are AMAZING at what they do!!! There is hardly a wait. At most, their longest wait time is about 5 minutes. (Not even that long!!!) Dont even get me started on the prices. So affordable!!! It’s only $12 for a haircut!!! I would highly recommend this place!!!

1 star minus 1star is what I give. They seem to be barbers not beauticians. The girl cutting my hair commented you get what you get. I had a hole cut into the back of my hair. I demanded my money back but the manager said shed fix it. Nope, she doesnt know much about cutting womens hair either, just guys. Terrible attitude.

Completely destroyed my hair permanently. I had extremely healthy lon hair going in. I asked for colored highlights and left with dead hair with bleach that had been left on for hours. I specifically asked for a natural highlight and specifically not to use bleach. I ended up having to chop off my hair and much of it fell out even with all the care i could give it. I can’t believe I let them touch my hair and charge me $95 for it. Don’t waste your time or money

Took my daughter she had a bad experience. Her hair was down to her waist we asked for a trim and they cut it short. The 2 ladies in there where very rude and unprofessional. Will not be going back.

Horrible customer experience from the chick with messed up teeth. Was greatest with joy from serina but once I hit the counter to ask for service the girl sitting there was so rude while I continued to be nice. Used to take my boys to get cuts frequently till today they lost my service because of her. Always heard horrible service but defense was my response until today.

I walked in nobody said hi welcome finally after standing there like an idiot one employee asked if I could wanted a haircut I said yeah she said have a seat well get to u when we do there was three in front of my me two men and a woman it took close to an hour and one employee was walking around with no shoes on walking in everyones hair one employee kept getting on her phone after every haircut the one who cut my hair asked if I wanted some texture or wanted it blah Ill never go back

I went to this place for over ten years and enjoyed the service until 2 days ago I went there with my Trump shirt and Dayspring told me its going to be 20 minutes wait until the other girl gets here. Although there was no one waiting I guess she doesnt want to cut my hair.

Well, I have been going there off an on for the past 15 yrs, as well as taking my mother in there and myself the past 3 months. I didnt get a haircut today because I was completely ignored! I sat in there with 2 other people for at least 10 minutes. All three blonde females were there and heard me come thru the door and sit down. Including that friendly owner Day Spring! Nobody said one word to me! Unbelievable! Another man came thru the door, he was greeted by Day Spring and asked if he wanted a haircut, she then said to him, come on back and he sat in the chair, after that I got up and walked out! Im still baffled. Did I mention that Day Spring and I used to be on a first name basis? Yes, she knows who I am....Wow!
