I was hopeful as I’d been there before, years ago, for face threading; but this was so not acceptable. When the (older lady) threading was done so fast I thought it was bcoz she was really good, and i didnt have my glasses on so looked great as i left and feeling thankful to her. But then I get home put on my glasses and see in my mirror, horrified at all the hair she missed. It was way too much to say it was ok. There were like a lot of long eyebrow hairs left, the btwn eyebrows was totally messed up. I had to tweeze to clean it up and then fill in bcoz it was so embarrassing. My face was only about 50% done as i could see dark longer hairs left everywhere. And the main reason i went there was bcoz I had these 2 dark chin hairs I wanted to make sure were gone, yet there they were, still on my chin. This was just upsetting but what you gonna do? Go back to the same place that messed you up?! I don’t think so. I paid $35 plus $5 tip for very bad service! I cant get my money back and I don’t want to go there again. All I can do is warn you. I really wanted to like this place, but now I’m just mad. Oh and i said to leave my eyebrows more natural… guess what i came home with, half of my eyebrows. I was butchered up and I paid for it. I took photos but you cant really see the long hairs left, so i left them out but believe me, it will take me months and months to grow my eyebrows back!!! I just feel like crying 😭

It was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded, and I was a little nervous. The lady threaded my eyebrows they look really nice. She did them quick, I was in and out in under 15 minutes. The price wasnt that bad either only 10$.

Absolutely amazing eyebrow artist 🎨! I got the combo microblading/shading and couldnt be happier! Worth every cent! Cant wait to try other services such as henna tattoos and glam makeup.

I do not recommend going to the older woman to do your eyebrows. I wanted to maintain my thick eyebrows and had told her that but she had made my eyebrows very very thin and uneven; However, I would recommend going to the younger lady she listens to the customers desires.

Ive been going here for many, many years. these ladies are always so nice & professional. they never disappoint, & ive never experienced a time where I was unhappy with their services.they take your brow shape & clean it up. they are so kind to requests too, ive heard some ask for a little less, more hair, & to clean it up even more.ive also had my makeup done by Simer herself, beautiful job. shes so nice & welcoming, since you do go behind the jewel curtains.definitely a place to consider to visit!

As of 8/24/2020 This shop is open. You wait outside and it’s one person at a time allowed into store. Not a long wait . They have eyebrow tinting and they do hair styles, makeup and more. The shop is located near stores in Walmart parking lot. 11am-6pm Monday-Sunday. $12 eyebrow.

My favorite threading place! The women there are so efficient and fast that you could plan being in and out pretty fast. Try to avoid peak times though because the line can get really long. I have never been disappointed. Great service at a great price!

LOVE this place

I do not recommend coming when they are busy. For 9 months I grew my brows out only to have them butchered by the older lady here. Not once did she ask me what I was trying to achieve during my visit. It was devastating. I know, its just brows but mine do not grow back quickly. Whats the point in complaining? Not like they are going to give an ish. They have a line of 10 deep waiting. So, terribly disappointed. Will not come back.

I have been coming here for two years. She always does a great job. Mother and daughter team makes you feel like family. Always make you feel good, and have you looking your best. I would NEVER go anywhere else!!

I’ve stopped coming here! Every time I would go I would notice that they would go thinner and thinner on my eyebrows. Both the mother and daughter are very rude!!! There would be times where they would argue and the daughter would mess up my eyebrows and be really tough on my face, I’m not sure if it would be intentionally or by accident since they would constantly argue. This is definitely an eyebrow place I would never go back to! They do not know how to treat their customers. Their personal problems should not be brought to work and their anger should not be taken out on their customers.

I was literally in and out in less than 3 minutes, great service and my brows look great! Highly recommend.

Always do a great job short wait

It was ok, it was my first time threading, a little bummed I didnt get to have owner do it. I believe it was an assistant. One of the sides looked a little uneven and she did take a little bit of skin so I have a scar above my eye. :( I probably wont go back. 11-07-18 I went back today to see if I could have a better experience. I went early and it was Simer. She must have been pissed at the elections or something because she was so rude..and my brows are so-so. NOT GOING BACK. 😟

Threading came out good but I had to pay extra than what was listed because I was a guy. That doesnt sound right.....

These ladies does a great job,they are busy all the time if there is few people sittings infront ofyou it doesnt take hours like other places do they are so fast it takes about 3 to 5 minutes to get your eyebrows threaded with them their prices are so reasonable .the place is so clean and nice homely environment with great customer service .they provide other services too i had done my makeup and hair with them she did a excellent work my makeup lasted all nite long love the detailed on my eyes they did definitely recommend this place !!!

I had threading done by Simer around 5 weeks ago, the results were outstanding! I have not had my eyebrows done since, it seems to last much longer than waxing. My skin felt so smooth afterwards. Simer is great in what is doin too, very talented at all things to do with beauty! Definitely coming back

The girl was rude it appeared that she was mad about something and was taking out on her customers. I had 2 teenagers with me they said they did not want to go there again. I plan to look for another place to go.

Im very picky when it comes to my brows and I must say I am very pleased with the service along with them fixing mine and shaping them back to sisters again.

I went there yesterday 07/29/17 and left with patchy, thin, uneven brows. They destroyed the arch I already had shaped to my brows and one brow is shorter than the other..
