Rude! The first time I called in reference to a Traditional Chinese Medicine inquiry, the acupuncturist didnt know and got frustrated, telling me to schedule an appointment. Today, I was scheduling an appointment, and the receptionist starts mocking me because I thought he was offering me a PM appointment as I told him I couldnt do AM already. Theres a major rule in qigong about not letting unhealthy people work on you. They will take more than they give. Save your money, learn qigong

If I could post lower I would. The accupuncture was alright, but process was rushed and a little rough so only went a few times. They said they took insurance and didnt charge anything upfront. Our friend paid $80 per visit, cash pay. When my husband received his bill our insurance paid $98 but they wanted an additional $110 from us. Seems like fraudulent practice. They already got more than our friends private pay from insurance. Yet they want more than double from us. Multiply that times 4 visits. When they were questioned about it they immediately turned it over to collections after yelling at us saying they had been in business for 30 years they knew what they are doing. Dont go here.

I was very happy with my acupuncture treatments. I would refer anyone to get and acupuncture here. They are friendly, timely and very knowledgeable. The acupuncture was painless and I like that they work with the whole body, mind and spirit.
