This has been my doctors office for 5 years. When covid hit, I was scheduled for a zoom meeting which was switched to an in person by the receptionists without authorization making me miss my apt. I called for 45 min straight to be contacted the next day with notice of a missed appointment charge on my account. I then had to wait over a week for medications I have been prescribed for years to be approved which were ultimately sent to a pharmacy that I hadnt used in 5 YEARS, but filled one paper script once a couple months prior. The office then called in my scripts to the pharmacy I used once in 5 years vs the one I use regularly telling me that there systems switch your pharmacy on file automatically if you use one outside of your usual. I inquired if I filled in a diff state because I was out of town would they send my scripts to that state now? The reply was yes. I called not once but twice trying to get my doctor a message. I was denied both times. Mischeduling my appointments, calling my scripts in over a week late to a pharmacy I do not use or can access only to delay them more, being charged for missed appointments...I just wanted to talk to my doctor. Something I had been denied for over a month at this time. Got a letter in the mail yest saying I am no longer a patient of theres. Instead of helping an upset patient in need of solutions for problems they caused over and over again, they kicked me out of the practice and denied my messages to my doctor...during a pandemic and all because I was rightfully upset. The letter also said I can call and beg forgiveness in few or less words and hope the office manager will accept me back. Im sorry, but that will be the day that I let an office manager whos high on her authority horse dictate my medical outcomes. To kick a patient out of a practice for being professionally and rightfully upset in the middle of a pandemic when I have scripts that are needed monthly because she didnt like me? People like that are ones I try to steer clear from in this world. Do not join this practice unless you want to kiss the feet of administration that has nothing to do with your health. The girls at the front desk emotions are stronger than the medical care you will recieve. I assure you.

I have been coming to this office for the last 5 years and have never had a problem with either the desk people or Dr. Seipel. She is wonderful, understanding and polite. She doesnt race through my appointment. Also I sent a text to her and she got back with me in less than 2 hours.

I had amazing service here!!! Dr Manian is so sweet! From the front desk who make you feel like family , they love to smile and laugh with you at check in , and they always know who you are!! The nurses go above and beyond their daily tasks so they can help each patient . I have worked in a medical field and it can be tough getting to messages with so many patients to maintain , also when Drs run behind its strictly just to take that extra couple minutes so that they can answer all their questions , so I would never mind waiting! it happens = ) Keep rocking it girls !!

This practice is wonderful! They truly strive to do what ever is necessary to keep you healthy! I love my new doctors motto of if its not broke no need to fix it! She listened to me and my concerns and together we are working to get me and keep me in the best health possible! This is a wonderful practice and I cant say enough good things! Highly recommend! 😊🤗

My appointment was at 3:00 I was out of the door within an hour even with blood work taken (they did it the same day right down the hall which is a HUGE plus as I don’t have much time for follow up appointments). I was taken back within a couple of minutes, the nurse I believe George was very professional and nice. I met with Dr. Seipel and she was so down to earth and took as much time as needed. She even called me after hours to follow up. I already had my mother make an appointment here because we have been searching for a primary physician and found her!! Thank you Dr. Seipel.

There was a mistake somewhere along the line with the scheduling of my first appointment, I thought I scheduled it for my day off and the doctors office thought I scheduled it for a day I worked. I missed my appointment and didn’t receive a call or anything to alert me that I had. When I showed up on the day I thought my appointment was I was told I wasn’t able to reschedule with that doctor ever again. There was completely no understanding when I’m in serious need of a good doctor. Would not recommend this office.

THIS DOCTORS OFFICE HAS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYESS I HAVE EVER MET. DONT ASK FOR A COPY OF YOUR MEDICAL RECORDS ALTHOUGH IT IS THE LAW AND YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A COPY IN YOUR HAND IF YOU SO DESIRE. IT IS NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE AN APPT ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THEY FEEL THE NEED TO DENY PATIENTS IF THE OFFICE MANAGER DOES NOT LIKE YOU ,SHE HANGS UP ON YOU AND THEN RELEASES YOU AS A PATIENT BECAUSE SHE CANNOT TAKE CRITICISM. HOW SAD. AND IT HAS TRICKLED DOWN TO THE RECEPTIONIST AND ALL OTHER OFFICE STAFF. WHEN ONE HAS A BAD ATTITUDE THEY ALL START TO. VERY UNHELPFUL, NONAPLOGETIC AND JUST DOES NOT CARE. GET NEW EMPLOYEES.!!!!!

This is the most disgusting medical office I have ever known, and I know a few because my husband is an active military and we move a lot, this is the way people treat military families HORRIBLE !full of unprofessional staff, starting from the front desk to the nurses. They feel like they can speak to the patients any way they want. Today I called to explain why I needed my prescriptions filled earlier than usual, because I planned to be out of town for the storm, I planned to drive with my two daughters, my parents, and my sister and just because of this horrible person that answered the call at Dr. Siepels office. She refused to listed to me, she slammed the phone on my ear and when I call back to talk to the Office Manager all she said was well Maam she was trying to tell you that ... bla bla this just a horrible office I cant believe the Manager was not trying to hear me out either she completely disregarded what I said to her and just start defending her co worker, its a shame that this is happening they are probably just giggling about it right now. But I dont recommend this office at all they are evil and nasty people that work here, its sad because I loved Dr. Sipels she was a sweet doctor and I loved having her as a doctor, but she needs to know what kind of people are working there taking her patients calls. I dont believe she would be okay with this kind of behavior, I feel like crying Im so upset this little girl playing doctors office made me feel this way.. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC THE FRONT DESK AND NURSES ARE THE WORST and not to mention the OFFICE MANAGER , the staff are not being kind and professional how they should be at a medical office.

This rating is based on my actual experiences with Bayview Physicians. Overall worst medical practice I have visited. Several members of the staff are extremely unprofessional. Doctors unable to effectively communicate, requiring whimsical medication checks or “follow up” appointments, rushing patients through appointments and refusing to directly return a phone call from a patient. As this is not the only Bayview practice at which I have been subject to the same service level, it would stand to reason that it stems from systemic issues within Bayview Medical Group’s business practices. Given the vetting I received attempting to reach the corporate contact provided by the practice manager, I have little confidence anyone at that level is any more concerned than my former physician or their staff.

Havent had any problems. Better than r to a military doctor
