Nothing but professional at this office. I was quite fortunate to be put in Dr. Jenkins care. He has one of the best group of professionals working with him. Im a VIETNAM Vet and I count my blessings. That I Im in his care. Weather your a civilian or military. You couldnt find a better dental practice. The quality care is beyond a 10.

This is by far the best Dentist I’ve ever seen in my life. I am so relaxed I had my family start to get seen also. I have PTSD and I feel very welcome here.

I was super excited about my appointment with Dr. Jenkins office after reviewing the ratings. I am new to the area and havent been to a Dentist since starting my new job. Before moving/starting my career, I went to the same dentist for 20+ years. Even in college, I would travel 7+ hours home and see my Dentist. Now, with a full time job, that is impossible.I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment to fill out my paperwork. After waiting an hour to be brought back, I decided to leave because I had to return to work and felt frustrated/not important.. While waiting, 3 guest arrived after me and all 3 were taken back as soon as they arrived. The Receptionist tried to help provide updates on how much longer it would be, but after I reached an hour of waiting I decided this wasnt the place for me. I am sad. I was so excited to get my teeth cleaned and go through this new experience. Disappointed this is how it turned out. Thinking now maybe a 7+ hour car ride isnt a bad deal to go to someone who makes me feel important/valued customer.

I can’t say enough about this office. I have been going here for many years. If you are looking for a place to get your teeth cleaned or dental work give Tamara and her team a call. They always get me scheduled in a timely manner when I need something done. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and always there to help.

I have had the good fortune of having Dr. Jenkins as my dentist for a very long time. He and his staff are professional, friendly and caring and have taken care of me and educated me so I can keep my teeth in my mouth and not in a jar! Over the years he has done many procedures and I trust his work and advice completely and all of his work is outstanding. In all my office visits, Ive never had an insurance or billing issue. Ms. Lindsey always encourages me to keep my insurance information up to date when it changes so there are no issues when I arrive for my appointments. My appointments are always on time so I dont spend much time in the waiting room but if I had to wait I wouldnt mind so much because the staff are quite funny and pleasant to chat with. Dr. Jenkins and his staff are truly a credit to their professions.

Ive had cleanings, X-rays, full-mouth scaling, and just yesterday, I had two wisdom teeth removed.Everyone in the office is friendly and kind, and they will go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable.Suzie at the front desk is a sweetheart and unfailingly helpful, as are the other ladies at the front desk, although I havent learned all their names yet!Angie, my hygienist, is the absolute best! She keeps me entertained with her stories and makes sure to explain what shes doing, all while making sure I am comfortable and calm.Dr. Jenkins is a really neat dentist, because he doesnt beat around the bush. Hes straightforward and kind, and he makes sure that I know the procedure before he does it. Hes helpful and very earnest in wanting his patients to take good care of their teeth.

The office was kind and able to fit me into their schedule for my initial appointment and for the follow up for cleaning and cavity fill. The staff kept my informed of what they were doing, what they were using, and why. Dr. Jenkins is friendly and thorough. The office staff was transparent about the cost ahead of time after filing with my insurance. Overall great experience

Dr. Jenkins has been my dentist for nearly 20 years, and there is a reason for that. I unfortunately inherited unhealthy gums (I am also a former smoker, which added insult to injury). That being said, Ive needed LOTS of care at the dentist during the past 20 years.Dr. Jenkins is AMAZING! He is thorough, very gentle, a calming presence, a perfectionist (which is a great quality in the dentistry business), professional, and kind. Going to the dentist has never been one of my favorite things, but when I have an appointment with Dr. Jenkins I am confident that I will be more than taken care of.His staff is super friendly and give top notch service. Dr. Jenkins wouldnt have it any other way. I love Angie, my hygienist, and Roxy, Dr. Jenkins assistant is awesome!Ive had just about EVERY procedure known to dentistry to include implants. Im always nervous going to the dentist, however.... Every. Single. Time, I walk through the door the staff here helps me feel relaxed & welcome. From the front office staff to the dental technicians, They are there to help you with any questions or concerns you may have. Location is easily accessible, nearby the Hilltop Shopping Center. Also, if you have issues remembering appointments, they can send text or email reminders for upcoming visits. :)

This is the best dental office Ive ever been to. Everything is so streamlined, from the text reminders to the fact that Ive never waited more than 2 minutes for my appointment to start (despite them waiting on me a number of times!). Caroline is an excellent, friendly, thorough hygienist who somehow makes it fun to get my teeth cleaned! I appreciate that Dr. Jenkins is usually willing to wait and keep an eye on areas of concern, rather than filling every nook and cranny every chance he gets. It inspires trust when he does recommend that work be done. Ill keep going to Dr. Jenkins as long as I live in Hampton Roads!

I would to shine a light on the wonderful service of Roxie within Dr. Jenkins dentistry. She is technically sound in her skillset. Additionally, she understand how to handle a combat Vet with care. The outstanding customer serv begins w/Susie during your initial call. She is warm & bright!

I love this place, me and my son have been going here for the last year and a half since I retired from the military and the service has been amazing. The availability of appointments are great. The main thing for me is the friendliness of all the staff the family like atmosphere makes you want to continue to come! I recommend this office to anyone especially my fellow retired military personnel they are so informative with prices and processes.

I met Dr. Jenkins in a BNI group. That being said I grew to feel comfortable with Dr Jenkins and his staff. Having never been to a dentist before, I was always afraid to go to one. Everyone on the staff is wonderful and and really go the mile to make you feel comfortable and less afraid. I brought my entire immediate family here and will continue to do so.

The staff is great here and they always make me feel comfortable especially since I have the biggest fear of going to the dentist. I never have to wait and they seem to be very well organized. I highly recommend if you are looking for a trustworthy dentist!

We currently have 3 generations at this office. The staff dont just work here they are invested and become like family. The hygienist are very careful and document all your specific request. Dr Jenkins is honest and caring which is not found these days. I so love this office and staff.

Hi my name is Brandon murphy . Dr Jenkins is a wonderful doctor and a very nice guy . However , I had to get procedure done for implants and he did them (incorrect ) . At the time I was wondering why my implants are always coming loose . I’m very specific to what I want and need . . I was not impressed at all . I regret coming here and my poor mother having too pay so much money for a procedure wrong . I went to a prothodonist in Jacksonville Florida one of best on the east coast . I went there and they catered to my needs seriously and the doctor told me they were done completely wrong . Instead of installing the screws in the wrong place he only did two not four . My doctor was very worried and told me to take legal matters but it was too late by then . I finally got them done correctly and have proof that they are done correctly and I’m very happy and satisfied . I’m sorry to write a review about this . But when you’re spending 17 k on teeth it’s important to make sure they are done correctly . I’m very disappointed in this place . God bless .

Dr. Jenkins and his friendly staff have been taking care of my dental needs for 20 years or more. They have always been very patient and accommodating through my whining and anxiety over dental procedures. I get tense just for a routine cleaning.I give them 5 stars through the years. I hope Dr. Jenkins doesnt plan on retiring anytime soon.

I have had alot of work done at this office and the staff are so friendly. They explain the procedure theoroly. Even the billing coordinator Lindsay is the sweetest and works with you. Older office but very clean. The dentist is very attentive to your needs and concerns. He doesnt speak much but knows what hes doing. I would definetly recommend this office to friends and family.

Dr. Rex is my favorite doc hands down, extremely personable! The staff has great customer service and always willing to help.

The old office staff was amazing, but the new folks are unprofessional, inconsiderate, and have violated HIPAA on multiple occasions in my case. I won’t come back here, and I’ve blocked their number. That’s really all I can say without speaking ill of anybody personally or what has happened to others.

Dr. Jenkinss office was able fit me in right away for a painful tooth. Wait time was minimal, staff was very friendly. I had no pain and Dr. Jenkins has a gentle hand!
