Dont remember if they have ever been able to help in my time of need.... If so only once for sure!! Everything is time consuming and pointless for one reason or another!! I end up more depressed and down than when i went!! Hate feeling so helpless!! Its bad enough when you have 2 ask 4 help, for it 2 go that way every time?? 😭😭

Very good place to cool off and bring the family and kids

Its a ok program . But they only take 5 walk ins and u have to be waiting in line before they even get there. And u cant make a appointment . They seem to not really wanna help the people that need it most. A change in policy is definitely needed

Caring staff, that truly sees beyond the exterior. They have helped many struggling families dealing with financial difficulties of all sorts. A++

They are clean and well maintained and they help with alot of different things.

In my first time of need at 49 . I think it is incredible how people can put a organization together to help the community especially for those as myself on disability and not able to pay everything I Thank Community Action.

Whoever wrote some of these reviews I know got help from diferent people bcuz the ladies who my Dad & I dealt wit these last few days were so heartless & even when I had called the office to get some information bout services the woman was so rude... I dnt know exactly whats the chain I need to go thru to file a complaint but I will be doing so... There needs to be a change in the people who serve Gonzales County..

This organization is so wnderful!!! They Assist residents in thier community..with assistances in helping them pay just about any utility if funds permit..and other situtations. And the employees were all so wonderful..great job ladys and god bless u!!

Didnt help with any of the prescriptions we needed filled but said that they will fill the other insulin if a Dr note was brought in

They not on top of rent part. the supv never there and she want return calls after she called you. they wait after 3 months to contact you. not very professional
