As the owner of my own CrossFit box (CrossFit ThunderDome) I can honestly say this is a top notch CrossFit gym with excellent work outs, as well as excellent and attentive coaching. I would highly recommend this gym to any level of athlete, advanced, beginner it doesnt matter. This group has the knowledge and willingness to help get you where youre wanting to be with your fitness.
