I received a call a little bit ago from my sister who has evacuated from Hurricane Laura. Her husband is on O2. A plastic connection broke from his tubing to the concentrator during the evacuation and they left the extras at home in the rush and panic to get out. They are staying in a camper, that she had to drive and set up by herself. They will not have a home to return to.She called your store, she is Edna, Tx, to see if she could come purchase another connector, and the lady that answered the phone was over the top RUDE, cutting her off. “Sorry mam, there nothing I can do for you, he’s not our patient” My sister again explained their situation and the lady told her she would have to call a company that’s over an hour away. Are you kidding me!!!She would have gladly paid cash for the piece, whatever the cost.I am appalled that your people would not make any exceptions to help them out. This is absolutely wrong and especially for a company that supplies life sustaining equipment and is supposed to care about people.For tonight, she has tried to glue the piece together in hopes that it will hold for the night so they can make the 2 hour round trip to Corpus to another company.I do not know who she spoke with at your store but whoever it was, needs to be fired! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!

Customer Service by phone with ladies in the office is horrible. Working with the guys that actually deliver are very helpful and considerate. I would list actual names but its obvious these reviews dont really matter to managers/owners because nothing improves. The one star is for the guys in the back who deliver.

Horrible customer service is an understatement. After months of communication with staff at the Victoria location and receiving information regarding medical equipment I have still not received the equipment that is needed.To make matters worse after months of speaking with multiple employees and even their corporate iCare counterparts they suddenly decided to refer to the HIPPA regulations where they claim I have not been cleared to receive information in the first place? Not only are they ineffective as an office they also very rarely choose to follow HIPPA regulations at their convenience not only at a branch but also at a corporate level. Please take this into consideration before trusting them with your Personal Protected Health information.

I called 3 weeks ago about a mask and the nurse never called me back. They gave me a full mask , didn’t fit it to me . It’s so uncomfortable drives me crazy. Then gave me anise mask , said just pop it off and put it on the hose . It will not work . Very unhappy

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. My nebulizer quit working. Brought it in to exchange for one that works. Told me they could not give me one without new drs orders. Went to my pulmonologist and got the orders filled out and brought them back to Lincare personally because I need machine today. Now they tell me I also need some type of notes from todays dr visit. Insisted that they told me that the first time which was a lie. I would have had the dr print them out while I was there if I had known. I live 40 miles away and cant come back tomorrow.

Needed to replace my C-pap supplies. Customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with in the medical field. Extremely rude and will not file your insurance for you even when your supplies are covered. Employees need to be retrained or removed from employment. I did make a call to the Corporate Office to question their policies in billing when your insurance does pay for your supplies still waiting for that return phone call. It appears that your employees know more than the physician do or so they think. Shame on your company for allowing it. Extremely disappointed...
