I have no idea what the bad reviews are about- this is an excellent clinic! They helped me and my family with our allergies and asthma. This place is the only clinic within 100 miles of Victoria that has Board Certified Allergists so we knew we couldnt go wrong. The staff were friendly and efficient and Doctor Harvey did a great job of answering all of our questions. If you have allergies do yourself a favor and go to Victoria Allergy and Asthma Clinic.

I take my daughter to see and take her allergy shots. She seems to rely on the shots than her medications. Everyone is nice and helpful.

If I could give a 0 review I would do it. Run from this place. Complete waste of time for me and my family. I took my son to be tested for allergies and the whole process took about 2 hours. Once we finally saw the doctor he came in plopped himself on a stool, and handed me and my wife some paper (he offered little to no explanation of what he was giving us). He didnt even acknowledge us. My wife started to explain some side effects of some medication that was prescribed by the clinic on my son, to which Dr.Rao replied No . When my wife tried to explain further he , very rudely, raised his voice at her and said No, you imagined it!Needless to say we will not be back.

By far the WORST clinic I have ever been to. I received a call that morning from who I assume was the receptionist saying they were ahead of schedule so to come in an hour early, I did that and should have just arrived late for my original appointment because it took that long to be seen by the doctor. When he finally did come in he just plopped down in the chair I should be sitting in and told me they don’t do allergy testing on children under 2 1/2...I have a 15 month old and we were referred here so this is a problem for me. I waited weeks for this appointment to be told this. The staff and doctor at Victoria Allergy and Asthma knew what I was coming for and knew how old my daughter who was being seen was because our pediatrician sent over all of her records. They never informed me they don’t do testing on toddlers until after I had waited an hour to be seen and waited weeks for this appointment. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time and money. The doctor left the door open the whole time he was talking to me (which didn’t last long because he didn’t listen to a word I had to say) he told me he wouldn’t do anything for my daughter because she was to young. Then someone else walked in because the door was wide open and was asking me questions because I was clearly upset, she couldn’t resolve anything and had no information for me either; the doctor refused to even look at me after this, he just stated to the lady who walked in that he wouldn’t be doing anything for me. I walked out after that. WORST OFFICE VISIT I HAVE EVER HAD! Don’t waste your time or money here. I wish I could give zero stars.

I have had some great doctors and the staff is super nice here doctor Harvey has really helped me with my allergies

Tried to get a appointment regular patient went through 2 people told them I need a appointment late. Told them I had hernia surgery recently and I dont want to cough myself open again. Twice asked me if I was a regular patient there. Yes I am. Told me I cancelled which I havent. Finally told them to forget it didnt know it would be so much trouble to book a appointment. Told the person I will just call back she sounded relieved. Great service.

So far Ive had nothing but positive experiences at this establishment. All the doctors and staff Ive dealt with have been great! I was a little nervous considering the only other Google reviews were terrible, but I have not experienced any of the things the others have complained about. I hope all of the other negative reviewers have since found allergy relief. It is a terrible thing to deal with.

What a waste of time at this place we live in goliad and we didn’t even see a dr you guys don’t even deserve one star. .. no one at this office informed me about not giving my children antihistamines for 5days. Like hello how am supposed to know that .. I’ll be going else where

Forget the Doctors Name, But all he wanted to do was run my bill. Hes unprofessional every time he leaves a room he yells what hes doing, idk about most but i dont want people to know what test im getting. In the future is you decide to use this clinic be-careful as to which doctor you choose, this dr was an older white gentle men with glasses. (No im not being races) but i dont know how else to describe him.
