The people who work here a very helpful and explain membership well. The equipment is clean and organized...My favorite thing about this franchise is the amenities. I literally melt with pleasure in the aqua massage chairs. The red light therapy is cool and the tanning bed is top of the line.I would definitely recommend planet fitness to everyone I know. Lifetime fitness, no, never again! Planet fitness, Heck yeah!😎

The woman who works nights...here at the planet in Victoria.. On the weekends..josefa does a really good job..i always see her busy and the gym is always clean and fresh smelling..good job👍

I was walking into planet fitness and forgot my mask at home. and instead of being nice and showing good customer service the lady in the front desk gave me attitude. and didn’t supply mask until i asked and gave more attitude. would’ve been a better experience if she was nicer.

Some equipment down.. when I reported it the girl didnt even put the out of order sign on it.. I watched 11 people walk up and try it. I warned the first 5 or 6 bit after that...

Ive only been to 1 other gym in my lifetime & they were very judgemental so I never went back..that was over 25yrs ago..my daughter has been asking me to go to Planet Fitness since she got her membership last yr..i finally went this week & loved it! 2day was my 2nd day & I felt at home. No judgement whatsoever..*Friendly staff *clean changing room/bathroom/shower*Each treadmill has a tv..*Cant wait to explore the Black Card privileges either..*Social Fitnessing is in place as well as face masks..& yes its not that dificult to workout with a mask on.& Water fountains have been replaced with refill stations..Stay tuned.....

Love this place!! Been working out for almost a year and the staff is great. The place is always clean and smells great for being a gym lol. And it is such a great environment. I see people of every size working out and never have a problem with not feeling welcome as I was bigger when i started myself.

New to Town, from Houston,the facility is nice since p.f. redecorated facilities with upgrades , the service we got was great from a young man named David i believe, he was really helpful and is always helpful, there is a young manager who we believe she is the manager she is very informative, there are a few other younger employees during the day with what I call Stank A** attitudes, just standing around & looking with ugly stares, no manners, like excuse me maam,(for walking in front of me without a word or acknowledgement as i was walking right behind my husband & daughter, i could have walked into her as she walked right in front me to get to check in desk.) or Im sorry maam. Some are Just there like they do not enjoy being there. Again other than those employees with bad attitudes, and having customers wait to be acknowledged, basically no customer service skills , we are good with our Membership.

It was a great first experience I had a great and wonderful experience the helpful people who gave great service, respectful and made my first time here great are Alex and Corey . Thank you guys , I felt so comfortable here , y’all made my doubts about not going to do it bc I’m 13 go away I left feeling confident and great- free Coleman 💞

The place is very nice, they are being very cautious by social distancing the workout equipment and making sure bottles of sanitizer are at their cleaning stations. I think the only thing that bothered me, but not much, was the fact that those working at the counter were busy socializing and not paying attention to customers at times.

What is the dang deal with the hot water????? Maybe 1 day a week I take a HOT shower the other 4-5 ICE COLD! Something has to be done about this, I come workout before work and need a shower. I love the gym but will have to look elsewhere if there can’t be hot water every day.

Small and not enough equipment for the load of people

Nice gym

New equipment, clean facility, lockers and 24hr availability make this fitness center a great deal. Although I would like to see a larger assortment of free weights, specifically Olympic bars with associated bench and squat racks, you can get a solid workout done with the dumbbells, kettlebells and Smith machine. Would also like to see a few clocks put up to keep track of time.

While they have plenty of tread mills and bicycles, the individual workout machines are limited to just one or two of each which leads to waiting for the machine. Next, if you have the 20 dollars members that gives you access to the tanning machine and massage chair, it’s the same thing. Never available. Waste of my time. When I go to work out I want access to what I am due and it’s was always “We’re sorry”.

Great place to workout! Well planned layout out of cardio and weights/lifting stations, variety of equipments to work on the same muscles (keep from being bored) and to suit serious and keep-fit lifters, no waiting off peak hours, and clean locker rooms!

1⭐️ I had already complained about no hot water, Planet Fitness said to talk to a Manager so I did and the said they would fix it. Well now here we are a couple of weeks later, there’s sticky notes by every shower that say “NO HOT WATER” looks like there NOT going to fix it. This is a big problem for me because I live out of town but work in Victoria and I sometime sleep at work so I need a shower after a work out. What a “HUGE” disappointment for me and others.FIX THE HOT WATER!!!1⭐️ There was a customer at Planet Fitness’s make loud out burst throughout the facility. He was disruptive in annoying not only to me and my husband but to other customers also. So my husband and I left. On the way out we told the staff and she said that the customer wasn’t doing anything and I told her you can hear him in the restrooms and each end of the facility. I called the Manager the next day and he said he would review the cameras and inform the customer I said OK.After my complain to the staff members, they have become antisocial and distant. “Now it is a judgment zone” (The female staff)Over all I LOVE the equipment and that each cardio machine has a TV of its own. 6 stair climbers. Restrooms are clean and smell great. Plenty of space and lockers. My husband and love Planet Fitness.

Planet Fitness is big and fun for people on the run - can do a quick workout.

Awesome!!! Very nice staff and equipment. The staff member that did the orientation explained in detail every single machine. And also demonstrated everything. I left orientation not having a single question unanswered. Very excited to be a member.

Love this gym! Never had a problem till recently. There is a lady named Brittany who works there. She is rude. She takes my tag and scans it. Doesnt say hello, doesnt say have a nice workout, nothing. I let one time go by without thinking much of it. We all have bad days but this has happened several times. All the people who work there has always been nice. I dont know why she is like this with me. Very unprofessional!!

Hey, General Manager Hunter. This is a complaint that is being posted on social media because you do not like to take phone calls from clients complaining about the obnoxiously loud music that you all are blaring in the gym 24/7.Your staff has condemned clients when they drop the weights. Lordy, yall blare the siren to let the whole gym that someone has broken Planet Fitness etiquette. But, yet, you as the manager have done nothing to lower the volume of the music. Why?Do you know how obnoxious it is to wake up at 5 am to call the gym to see how loud the music is blaring. But then realizing as you are loud talking to the front desk person that the answer is screaming in the background.Do you plan to give refunds to those that cannot come into the gym because the music is too loud. Or, maybe you can pay for our new memberships when we leave?Again, why is this on social media and not a private conversation? Well, that is because you didnt want to take the phone call and made the young lady at the desk become the intermediary of this conversation.FIX THE VOLUME OF THE MUSIC. Respect your clientele or give your staff the opportunity to turn down the music!

Nice people and nice place, but not enough weight lifting stuff. No incline machine, or regular cable machine. What they do have like it, is spaces too far apart and could cause injury.

I went to this gym on 03/13/2019 and the hot water ran out fast. I had to washed the shampoo off my body with cold water and it wasnt nice since it is still winter season. Franchise Owner, please consider your gym members and fix the damn problem.

Went for the first time lastnight and it was amazing. Staff was super nice and helpful & answered any questions about equipment we werent sure of how to use. People do not judge you here, it is against policy. The restrooms are a good size with stalls, showers and changing rooms as well. The locker room is very spacious. The staff is always cleaning equipment for a sanitary workout for their customers. A++++

Its an affordable place to workout at and that why i love it but it does get busy around 3 - 5 pm and is hard to find a machine. Its 24 hours a day so you got to work with the schedules but manage well.

I like all the amenities in the Victoria TX facility, however I cannot believe they are already open for business while theyre still spray painting in there around the cardio equipment. They promote good health but yet theyre exposing people to harmful toxins.

Definitely my go to gym use to be at another but this one has better pricing more equipment friendly staff

****BEWARE**** Unfortunately the Planet Fitness location in Victoria is extremely judgmental in their “No Judgement zone.” I’ve been to several locations including this one with no problems until my recent encounter with the Regional Manager named Michael Hendler. He possesses little to no people skills and if you want to know what his staff thinks about him, just befriend them while working out there. They are happy to tell you all about him. Being that I didn’t know this guy, I did not think anything of him positive or negative, that is, until my encounter with him. I am baffled that Planet Fitness has this man in a management position being that his ego is bigger than our great State of Texas. My workout partner and I have witnessed a numerous amount of dress code violations while working out every day during the week. Most of them occurred with the manager right there. Unfortunately my workout partner and I could only come to the conclusion that the only difference between them and I, is that I have tattoos (sleeves) on both arms and that I am of Hispanic decent. I served in the United States Marine Corps and have an American flag and a Texas flag on each arm, amongst other things. To my brothers in the thin blue line, I will contact you on a different platform with greater detail. This manager had no tact and lost his cool and canceled my membership for a “policy violation” when he couldn’t come up with a legitimate explanation as to why I was singled out when there were several violations on the premises by other older more distinguished “looking” members that he had been failing to address over the last month and including that day. There is plenty more to the story but I’ll stop here. I contacted the out of state headquarters corporate office and they forwarded my phone number to a regional level. I’m waiting on a call from them. I will keep you informed on the outcome. I attempted to attach a picture off the Planet Fitness Website that shows 3 individuals wearing sleeveless shirts. This was taken directly from their website. I can’t get it to attach at the moment.......... update... it is now February 13, 2020 and the ownership has failed to respond to this complaint, although they quickly responded to this review. Unbelievable

I just cancelled my membership today after many attempts to get my account fixed, i was being charged for 3 memberships , when hunter was there he said no worries n would take care of it and never did, then this new guy michael n said he would also take of it n i would b refunded all that was taken out for these xtra memberships n he never contacted me any more after that and never took care of the problem, i kept getting the runaround, so i cancelled my memberships n the staff on hand when i went where very helpfull in my problem and cancelled all the xtra membership and hopefully work on refund from planet fitness , soo heres crossing my fingers that i get all my money back, its a shame to, i really like the gym but hunter n michael the general managers are the worse !!!!!!!!!!!!
