Horrible! Brought here by ambulance following an auto accident. Complaints were intense pain shoulder, nose bleeding and in pain, dizziness and nausea. They only did a shoulder x ray—shoulder broken. Told me everything else was shock. Next day I had to go to ER again (not this one) when words were slurred, tunnel vision, and ear ringing in addition the dizziness and nausea. I had a broken nose and a concussion.The ER also consults with ortho surgeons that are incompetent so my shoulder injury was not properly treated properly. After nine months of hell I ended up with a shoulder replacement and Complex Regional Pain Complex. Avoid Victoria ERs if at all possible!
