The staff at this location are great!! Laurie was very helpful and Mary Beth is very good at doing her job. I recommend this location to anyone who requires assistance with pain management or needs physical therapy.

Both Therapist I dealt with were very professional, knowledgeable, with pleasant personalities and character.

Thank you to my physical therapist Marybeth and staff for the great work they are doing helping me get my lower back feeling normal. I know its a process but it will get there.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Admitting nurse was very professional in taking my information. Dr. Lin very cordial and explained exactly what was going on. MRI was prescribed and Dr. Lins PA called me with what the MRI showed, she to was very pleasant. As of today, I have had only positive interaction with this facility.

Dr. Almonte helped my mom with her back pain when no one else could. The physical therapy dept. was so caring and explained everything to her and her injection has given her pain relief for the last two years or so. I highly recommend scheduling with him or Dr. Lin if you are needing pain relief.

Have been a patient for over 10 yrs have always been treated well by Doctor, nurses, and front desk staff. Always try to treat my chronic pain as best they can. New office is nice too.

Very professional, easy to get hold of and get results

I have been here twice. I had a back injection, but it only worked for a short time, I am scheduled for another injection in two weeks the staff have all been great. Very knowledgeable and gentle.

Although this office is very busy, the staff was quick and courteous. Everything ran like clock work. The doctor was kind and knowledgeable. He reviewed everything I had written on my personal evaluation forms. I appreciated the fact that he sat and listened. I never felt rushed.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff! They will give you many options to deal with your pain and let you decide what you would like to do. The things I have tried have really helped and actually worked! My pain isn’t gone but it’s more tolerable!I had one incident where I was scheduled for procedures two days in a row and they neglected to tell me they cancelled the one the next day! So I showed up the next day ready for my shoulder injection to find out I had to wait 10 days! I would have much rather had my shoulder worked on! It is the worst and is!still very painful!!? Or at least given a choice!!

This medical office is extra ordinarily kind, attentive and organized. They deal with A LOT OF PATIENTS! And somehow, everyone’s attitude is lovely and helpful. I am dealing with genetically challenged AND an injured lower back and they have helped my pain and my brain.

The staff at Victoria Pain is simply amazing! They never rush me. They always put me first. What I love about each and every one of the staff is that they truly listen to me. I have never felt as if I’m just another number. When it comes to my insurance, those ladies work hard to make sure everything gets filed on my insurance. They make the best of my pain!

I have had pretty good care yhere, but I am pending surgery in a lot of pain and no pain meds are prescribed.

Dr. Almonte and his crew are very compassionate, professional, and effective. Im very lucky to have fallen in their care . Ive been struggling with pain for years and Dr Almonte and his team have worked very hard to successfully relieve my pain without narcotics or any other pain medicines. Being sensitive to medications and having a very busy schedule, this means the world to me.

My experience was good but the only thing I did not like was the waiting area chairs. Having a bad back my pain level almost doubled sitting in the waiting area for so long on the rock hard chairs
