I’ve heard great things about the doctors at this office. Unfortunately the phone staff was rude, condescending and unhelpful. Since I would have to do business with the staff, not the doctors, I’d rather go somewhere in Houston than be spoken to that way. Mind, I am a professional with excellent insurance, there was simply no reason for the attitude. My primary’s staff is knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful, combined with a good dr, it makes each visit seamless, comfortable and feeling taken care of. Not here though. Didn’t even get to making the appointment.
