The male doctor is rude. If you ask questions he makes you feel dumb. You can barely understand him. The front desk girl looks mad all the time. Doesn’t feel welcoming at all when you get there. And they only schedule super early appointments which is hard when you barely get sleep because of your newborn. Don’t waste your time going here!

We love Dr. Suresh! Our daughters saw him for most of their childhood until we moved away. They each grew attached to him and still miss him. He is trustworthy, kind, and caring. He often called in the evening to check on my daughter when sick or to return a call. He gave referrals when needed and took time to explain very well. We were without insurance at times and their office did cash pay for a very reasonable price.

The front ladies that work the deskare rude and unprofessional.It has went down this past year the service use to be great but now it seems they hire anybody.I would consider looking somewhere else .

Doctors Maya and Suresh are good doctors. Caught my sons pyloric stenosis right away and did not hesitate to have him rushed to the hospital to get it fixed. They always take care of all my children and let me know if anything could be wrong with them. And my kids love Dr. Suresh.But they lately have been having terrible luck with their front office staff. They are rude and unprofessional.I was called by CHIP as to why I have not taken my children for well visits. I informed them that I did and they said that there is no record of it. When I call Dr. Pathikondas office, the girl that answered said that she didnt know anything, so I asked to speak with the clinic manager (I know, so typical...) and she said they didnt have one. I asked her who handled the billing because if theyre not reporting/billing the visits, how is Dr. P getting paid? Again she said, this time rudely, I dont know. Come to the office to figure it out and pick up a form to take to the Medicaid office. Seriously? Its your job... or somebodys job in that office...And oh lord, dont even get me started on vaccine record requests...Dr. Pathikonda, you need to hire better trained people. Its getting frustrating. :(

The male doctor is extremely laid back guy who totally ignored my sons eye turn for over a year and every time I asked him he laughed at me and said that I worry too much!!His rounds the same hospital where my husband is a hospitalist. I should have written this review long time ago. I have had multiple incidents.when I went to optamologist after forcing him to give me referral I had wasted too much time and my son is almost in a need of blind fold for his eye!!Had multiple bad experience not just with him but his staff who looks up and refers you to doctors that dont even cover your plan and just very ignorant. My friend also had bad experience with him. The Least we should do is write a review so we can save others that do their research before choosing a pediatrician for their kids.

I had went to this doctor all my childhood he was a extremely good doctor. I liked how he could kmow what was going on with me in seconds. His office has been brightly decorated and made me as a child always want to go even if I wasnt sick. I really miss going to this doctors office. Thank You dr.Pathikonda.

My son seen him for the first time and Maya was his doctor for years, but he is older now . Dr Suresh is great he talked to us the whole time and made my son relax ,I love that ...

This place is a joke. I am new to the area and I don’t have insurance for my son. I pay cash. They refused service.
