Most patients know who the company is behind the CT scan that was performed at the hospital. My ENT sent me to DeTar North to get a CT scan done the other day. This is performed inside the hospital, but provided by an outside company - Crossroads Diagnostic Imaging. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They knew I was in pain and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and informed about the procedure and what to expect. I think they spent more time explaining what would happen than the time it took to actually run the test. Great experience, great team of people!
